The people of geek squad worked on my computer from 7pm to 11: 30 pm to look into why my computer is slow, to finally tell me to get a new hard disc since there seemed to be an issue that they weren't able to fix!
They were very nice and respectful but ultimately couldn't fix the problem!

Useless never buy insurances from them you will end up paying extra at the time of damages anyway
