I tried contacting "geeks know this" through associate chatting, I haven't gotten a reply over a month. I made several attempts nothing happened not even a single reply.

Very little communication between store and myself. Also took 2 weeks for a simple iPad repair that I had repaired elsewhere on another iPad which took that company 2 days to fix. Would not go back to this location. After your reply here is the ticket number: 69274217 and the individual I was in contact with was Nevin Porwal. It was to repair the button on my iPad and it took you a very long time with no communication.

Quick service. Gave them my beer damaged laptop on Monday got it back on Wednesday. Very friendly staff. They didn't try to upsell me either. They seriously saved my butt. 5 stars.
