Gem Limousine

Gem came through! I almost got ripped off by a shady limo place, called Gem and they were able to book me in one week before our event. We used the limo for my son’s 14th birthday party and the kids had a blast. Limo was super clean and looked great. Our driver Stephan was so friendly and professional. He was on time and got us there and back safely. We are so happy with the service. Highly recommended this company. Extremely professional and accommodating.

I got double charged for a mistake on their end I will never use them ever again advise anybody to make sure be careful cost me almost $700 extra.

We had Gem Limo for our Daughter's wedding this past weekend. They were amazing, showed up ahead of time and our drive Bill was fantastic. Car was so clean inside and out, sparkling wine for the drive there and got us home safe and sound after the party. I would highly recommend Gem Limo. They know how to do it right.

Our driver was on time, super friendly and accommodating. The party bus was very clean and the temperature was amazing (mentioning the temperature due to bad experiences in the past with other limo companies). Overall a great experience.

Gem was absolutely amazing for our wedding. Service was on time, clean and friendly. Transportation almost always goes wrong on wedding day but not with Gem!

We could not have been happier with our service on our wedding day from Gem Limousine. They safely transported our wedding party to and from multiple hotels in Hamilton. I had spoken by email with the office regarding exchanging information with the driver upon pickup so we could call to be taken home at the end of the evening. The driver, Bill, had not been made aware of anything other than drop off and as I was already nervous to get married, started to panic a little. He assured us that it would be sorted out and on our drive over he called the office and set things straight. He gave us his personal number and he was back with jokes and smiles in the pouring rain after our reception. He even gave me, the bride, a big hug at drop off. He made me and the rest of the group feel so much calmer and I can not thank him enough for being such a pleasant, patient, and professional driver. Bill was exceptional and I would recommend him and Gem to anyone!

I had my wedding on May 27th 2023 and I used Gem Limousine Service.they were absolutely exceptional.our driver Bill was punctual and got us to all our different destinations on time. He was courteous to make sure we had everything that we needed and always kept us smiling throughout they day. Working with Taylor to organize all the fine details was effortless as he made it extremely easy to choose the vehicles and service that I needed for the day. The vehicles that I used were always clean and the temperature was perfect for the day that we had. Hands down the best service I had.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end! Taylor was very helpful planning our event and Bill our driver was wonderfully friendly and helpful throughout our entire tour!

I haven't actually used their vehicle service yet but the help in booking and the time they took answering my many questions was terrific.

Friendly representative on the phone but, a condescending driver. I paid around 500$ for one hour and seven minutes and he was reluctant to do even that. It was my son's 15th birthday and he wanted to listen to some music but the driver watched us mess about with wires and whatnot and THEN we had music for the last ten minutes but by then he was too let down. I PAID FOR THREE HOURS AND SHOULD HAVE GOT THREE HOURS. I guess the driver had plans that didn't include WORKING THAR NITE
