Gemini Gymnastics

They got my credit card information on the first registration and then after that they keep taking the money without my consent.

So, after 3 month of going there, ive noticed the instructors are just little young kids who absolutely had no knowledge and experience of being a coach, i decided to change my daughter's gym. So after more than 12 emails and 100 of calls, begging to talk to the owner not the kid on the counter, no one replied and after so many attempts they said they don't /can't return the money.

Although they are well-known, but this kind of business (only thinking of charging people and get their money and not responding) would go down.

Review for 18 month age only: I tried Gemini when my twins were 18 months. This facility is not set up for the little ones, the programs are not specific for this age. The age range of the kids was too big cleverly at all different levels. The instructors were young and clearly had no knowledge of toddler development. They moved each group from area to area in the large gym very quickly. They wanted the kids to do a summersault into a handstand against a wall (at 18 months, very first class!) I have friends with much older kids that LOVE Gemini and I will try them again once the kids get older, but I would not recommend the program for under 2.5/3 years old. I do have to point out that they were very good at refunding my money. We immediately withdrew the kids on the first day, we could tell the program was not well put together for that specific age. With Gemini having such an amazing reputation, I was majorly disappointed for this age group.

The staff and coaches are so amazing with my little one. Love the atmosphere here

The gym is fully equipped, the staff is super accommodating and friendly. I would dock a half star for the viewing room, as it fills up fast and sometimes it is difficult to watch your child. But the amazing staff makes up for it!

Their no refund/ credit policy is ridiculous. I understand why they put it in place but when Covid hit, my daughter had only the chance to go to 2 classes before classes were cancelled. Since then, my daughter has found an interest in soccer, and no longer wants to do gymnastics, so Gemini has $250 sitting there that will NEVER be used that I could put towards her soccer. Instead I'll lose it. Come on Gemini, I think after 3 years, it's time to refund all of those with an oustanding credit who are not returning after Covid. It's better for business and we shouln't pay for a service we never/won't use, if you ask me.
