Called this place asking if they sell replacement canopies and replacement rubber stops for the bottom of chairs. Both times they've asked if you previously purchased from them. Unless your umbrella was specifically from them they don't even help. I'm quite capable of replacing a canopy myself and it doesn't matter if you bought the frame from them. 6 ribs at 10 ft is the same canopy universally. I swear some people think customers are stupid or that we know less than them. The guy who answered also stated they would get back to me about the rubber stops and no one ever did as I expected. I doubt he remembers that I have been in their store 2 years ago but because of the way they answered the phones and their lack of interest I wouldn't ever go back.besides they've got the same old, same old stuff as any other overpriced patio furniture store that claims to be high end. I have aluminum chairs from Canadian Tire that look just like the expensive outdoor rattan yet are better quality and are going on 15 years and were also left outside uncovered. I did my rounds in the GTA to compare quality and believe me even Walmart quality is better then what you would find at these places.

Bought an awesome patio set from the boat show. Although the products are amazing, the customer service was more than a 5 star rating.
