Generation Fertility

I have had an amazing experience with Generation Fertility thus far. Although I recently suffered a miscarriage and felt frightened and unsettled, Dr. Lai, as well as all the nurses and administrative staff, provided me with ample support and comfort. They demonstrated concern not only for my physical well-being but also for my mental health. Their efficiency is noteworthy; they consistently responded to my emails within two hours. As I continue on my journey, I am deeply grateful for all that they have done for me. I highly recommend Generation Fertility to anyone in search of a fertility center.

My husband and I have just started our fertility journey after a hard year. We did our research for clinics around us. It has paid off so far not to pick the closest one. We have to travel about 1.5 hrs 1 way to come for our appointments, but coming to this clinic to see Generation Fertility Team has been worth it.

The other clinics closer to us in Orillia and Barrie have terrible reviews and I have heard from my Naturopath she has heard the same from her other clients. They go there for convenience but if could pick to go somewhere else they would. I told her to recommend Generation Fertility as they are so welcoming, friendly, informative and have amazing followup.

We hope we are successful with starting our family.and we are happy we found this place.

Thus far, our time at generation has been wonderful. Although we have not come to the outcome we have hoped for yet, Dr. Lai has been so caring and understanding throughout our journey. She has shed so much light and knowledge and I am so thankful to have her as our doctor. The nurses and front staff have been so compassionate each and every time I go. Specifically, Nurse Carley has been amazing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about generation.

When we met Dr Gurua and team we were already very stressed and agitated as we had been trying to conceive naturally for couple of months. Dr Gurua said everything is normal medically and we should have fate and Trust him for further process! He made us feel confident about ourselves. We went through cycle monitoring with him and it worked like a charm in 3rd cycle! He and his team have been very supportive throughout the process and have always patiently answered all our questions/concerns. His team is very responsive over emails and getting appointments with them had never been a problem! For us he is the best! Thank you Dr Gurua and team!:)

I never realized how bad the old clinic I went to was until I came to Generation Fertility. From the day I inquired, I got nothing but good vibes and just overall good service. The team would always get back to me so quickly and they were just on the ball! I had a successful pregnancy after my first IUI cycle, thanks to team Hartman!

I have truly been blessed by the entire team at Generation Fertility. Dr Gurau was patient and clear in his communication with us. He allowed us to make decisions that were right for us but always had sound advice. It was a long road for us but the nurses, receptionists, and technicians were always friendly and I came to rely on their support. I highly recommend for anyone on this journey.

Thanks to Dr. Hartman and the lovely team of nurses, technicians, and office staff, we have just celebrated 100 days with our baby boy. Overall, we’ve had an excellent experience with Generation Fertility and based on our success, I would recommend this clinic to others.

Perhaps it was because our referral was during the transition period from Procrea to Generation Fertility that our intake process was rocky. We initially chose to go with Procrea (now Generation Fertility) because of the short wait time. We received the call on a Wednesday while we were on vacation in cottage country and were told that we had to fill out the intake forms by the end of the business day on Friday or lose our opportunity to have preliminary appointment with the doctor. So we scrambled to borrow a computer to only find that the link to the form wasn’t working. After not hearing back via email for a day, we called the clinic multiple times, speaking to receptionists that couldn’t find our file. We finally got the correct form on the third and final day and we’re relieved to have sent in the forms before 4pm. It was a little stressful to say the least.

After our initial virtual appointment, it was just a series of clerical errors (such as giving an appointment time that was for the wrong person and inputting my birthdate incorrectly into the system, which showed up again and again on blood samples and prescriptions) that gave us a bit of worry. However, once I started my treatment, it was only positive experiences from there. The ultrasound nurses at both Newmarket and Vaughan locations has phenomenal bedside manner and knew how to calm me down when I was nervous during the procedures. The nurses taking blood samples did an amazing job each time - I had minimal to no bruising afterwards, which counts for a lot with all the blood samples that needed to be taken! The nurses I met with, spoke on the phone with, or emailed after each of my appointments were always super friendly and patiently answered any questions I had regarding the process. All things considered, the entire treatment was convenient, as I was able to book appointments that did not interfere with the 8am start time for my job.

I would recommend Generation Fertility and would not hesitate to return to this clinic for future treatments.
