Fast, efficient work by Kieran. Used this shop on three occasions. Safetied both my vintage Porsche 996.2 Carrera and GMC Canyon AT4. Took about an hour each and their schedule was accommodating. Replaced the oil and filter, as well as DOT4 brake fluid for my Porsche 996.2. Rightly declined to change the coolant in the Porsche 996.2 as its a highly specialized process best left to the dealer or a Porsche specialty shop. Rates are on the high end, but for the work this shop generally does its to be expected.they don't do engine or transmission rebuilds! An honest and well run outfit.

I was losing air in my Lexus rear tire. About 2lb a day. I made my appointment and they repaired the tire due to a nail. It was ready in 1hr. They balanced the pressure in all my tires to my specifications. Excellent service.

I went to them to get a safety done told the lady that my uncle is signing the car over to me and that’s why we have to do over the safety, a Lincoln 2013 the car was well kept with no known issues. They booked me for the following week, I got in earlier than my time and was waiting, the lady came out took the keys the then took the car in after about 5 mins tops the guy called both the elder lady and the younger lady from the counter’ I watched them whisper to each other. The elder lady later headed out and about 10 mins after the younger lady called me to the counter and informed that so far the car have already failed the safety based on their findings all my injectors needed to be changed and other damages that will cost thousands of dollars to fix. So if I wanted to stop the inspection now I won’t have to pay, obviously I told them stop because that was very strange. The car remained another few mins behind where I heard ponding, eventually they bough the vehicle out gave me a paperwork saying the finding where both strut mount bearing binding, all rear control arm bushings completely cracked and separated, didn’t remove wheels or continue inspection after these findings more work could be needed in quote. I later went and get my uncle who took the car to another garage where it passed the inspection after changing only brakes pads and left side indicating light. SMH

When I got my vehicle back they added a complimentary engine shampoo and even a little tire dressing. I’ve recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do some with great confidence. Working out of town always comes with its ups and downs. 6.5 hours from home and the Towable unit runs over debrie in the field snapping a transmission line. Called around and Genuine Auro Servise was able to fit me in. I was able to get a rental car for a couple days to get me by. Genuine Auto Service was about to source the parts and install them in a timely manner. Greatly appreciated.

Very good service! I dropped my car off in the early morning before they opened and loved the fact they have a locked mailbox with an envelope you can leave your keys in! Love that I can receive up to date texts and pictures to see what the issue is. This was my first visit and won’t be my last. Highly recommend them.

Without question, they are simply the best shop in all of Ottawa, hands down. True to their name, Connor and Kieran offer the most genuine vehicle repair experience. I blew an alternator and had my car towed into the shop. Luckily all the parts were available, so they had it all fixed that very same day! I was shown exactly what was being replaced on my car and the repair was very affordable. It is evident they are so knowledgeable about the trade because they were able to answer every question I had without any hesitation and explained it all to me so that I could actually understand it. They took the time to come and check-in on me throughout the process while I sat in the waiting area and even offered me refreshments. How thoughtful! What AMAZING customer service from honest people who truly care about helping you. I recommend this shop to everyone I know and I will continue coming here for the rest of my life. Had my vehicle safety inspected at this shop on the first of December. They checked over the car and I failed as my left headlight was out.came back the morning of the next day and they had the paperwork done for me in under ten minutes after seeing the bulb replaced.they got me in the fastest, got the inspection done and were wonderful to deal with. This was the best company to deal business with in terms of customer service in auto service. I was hunting for new winter tyres for my BMW and everywhere quoted prices higher than I was expecting. A friend recommended this place, and the owner was able to advise on the right size tyres at prices half the quote of my dealer! Tyres were switched and installed in less than half an hour. I had the most amazing experience!
We were stranded with a flat tire!
Three hours later we were back on the road (we don't live in Ottawa). Turns out it was this huge Rock in my tire (I have 18 inch tires) my spare tire was seized to the back of my Jeep! And not the right size! Omgosh! Tire could not be repaired therefore I had to buy a new tire, it was suggested by two tires so that they are the same, and the good tire that was on the Jeep be kept and used as a spare! (Same size tires) I want to thank everyone who helped us that day 2 damsels in distress! Amazing guys thank you we appreciate you.
