When the home we had our eye on went on the market, Genuine came to the rescue. Through his expertise and professionalism, we put in a very last minute offer which was ultimately accepted by the seller. We then needed to sell home our current home quickly within a month before the slowed winter market. Genuine provided us with staging services and staged our place beautifully. When we listed our place, it sat in the market for a bit but Genuine and Gencan both followed up with us often and made sure they answered any questions we had. Assignment sales are by default not on mls so it comes down to how connected the agents are.
