Shafi was very welcoming and helpful as soon as I came into the store. No appointments needed, you can walk right in and shop! Various plants, even arranged ones and a great selection of pots at affordable prices! Will certainly come back for my plant needs!:)

If you’re hesitant, don’t be. Finicky plants like flowers suffer almost immediately once they’re homed, nor do they travel well—so it’s not the store’s fault.

These guys have probably the greatest variety of plants I’ve seen, at least certainly for Mississauga. Once more, although the variety of plants and pots that can be purchased with them may be a little overwhelming, the staff are pretty responsive and don’t hesitate to let you look around; their suggestions are good too.

I was very happy to find they actually had an abundance of snake plants—specifically the cylindricas. I have a north facing window, and these guys help me feel a little more like I’m in the southwest with their strange appearance—kudos to these guys!

Geoponics has become my favourite place to buy the plants that bring some much needed life to my office.
They were the only ones to carry the specific plants I was looking for and the order was available to be picked up the next day.
When I went to the store to pick up my order, I was greeted by some very friendly and helpful service. They showed me around the store and gave me all the tips and info to help my purchase thrive. This is a great experience for anyone looking to do more than just buy plants, but who are interested in the hobby of caring for them as well.
I will be back for future purchases.

WARNING. Didn't ship my order through Etsy. Didn't respond to any of my emails. Had to get a third party involved just to get my money back. This was months ago and I didn't bother leaving a review. However, they just contacted me to say "ignore this message, fully refunded" so I thought I'd better leave a review. Don't treat your customers like trash. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS PLACE.

Awesome place for plant lovers. Buy fresh flowers with customized pots and vibrant designs. Delivery is bang on time and it's all about the Green Vibes. Must try atleast once.

We bought a beautiful blue orchid from here. But later we found out that it's a fake dye injected white orchid that we bought for a higher price. Be careful when buying orchids. Dye injected hole is visible in the fake orchid plant stem and the flowers close to the stem are dark blue and the farther away ones are lighter.

Went to this place for a specific plant and walked out with five different plants. Gentleman helping me was knowledgeable and brought other amazing plants to our attention. Plant selection is not the run of the mill big box stores. Don’t take my word for it. Check them out. Highly recommended.

My sister, my mom and I went for a visit after finding a video of them on TikTok, advertising make your own plants. It was a lot of fun! We got to pick a plant and a pot and repot the plant right in the store, with the help and knowledge of the owner. They even gave us a free gift for driving so far! They were very kind and they had lots of options to choose from! I will definitely be back when I need another plant fix!

Idk how people are giving this business any bad reviews! I went to the store a while back and the service and quality of plants was absolutely amazing. Honestly the service really stood out to me, the owner is a complete sweetheart and so helpful. I bought an Aloe & money tree plant and they are doing amazing. Don’t let the bad reviews deter you!

My review is in between the positive and negatives here with a slant to the negative. Yes, when you do get through on the phone, they are attentive and responsive. But usually the person on the phone has little influence over how orders are picked, packed etc. There is something fundamentally wrong with order fulfillment based on what I've personally observed and from reading reviews as well. Yes, no status updates as you wait for your order, yes, you get a bunch of promotional emails while you wait for a status update, not fun.

Based on my relative proximity to the store, I elected to pick up, but since I did not receive any updates for a few days, I decided to call. After the young lady checked, she said I would be able to pick up a few days later. The day she said my order should be ready, I called again to confirm I could come in, they asked if I could come in later that day, which I did. A gentleman brought out two boxes and I threw them in my car and drove away. After maybe 15 mins, a young lady called, said one box had been left behind, not a big deal.

When I got home to unpack the plants (the main thing I ordered was the 4 plant tropical bundle) the croton looked like it had been in a nasty bar fight. Both the croton and what appears to be a Calathea had slits in their leaves. I feel like I was offered a show dog and got a rescue. The three other plants were in ok condition. They were unidentified so I'm still trying to figure out what they are. I am treating this like a rehabilitative pursuit rather than a new plant exercise. She is better off in my care than whatever is going on over there.

My suggestion, go to a local greenhouse. They know what they're doing and I never see any plants in the same state as my croton. In all likelihood, they are cheaper too.

The plants were delivered to my door.in a cardboard box. It was thrown sideways on my front door. Also, upon opening, it was stuffed with craft paper, and taped in more craft paper, and the soil had managed to cover the bottom of the box (most likely as a result of shipping).

The Stromanthe Triostar was planted on the edge of the pot. The Pilea was planted in a pot with no drainage holes. Seeing as how these are tropical plants, it didn't occur to the packer to place them in a clear plastic bag to retain its humidity. The packaging and the way the plants were potted indicates inexperience and poor care and attention to plants.

Personally, I would not shop here again nor would I recommend this place to others. Ever.

However, the plants seem to have "survived" the transit.

I've experienced better service and delivery from other sources with attention to careful handling, and this is my first time ordering from Geoponics. Perhaps my expectations were too high or perhaps this establishment only aims for "good enough".

If you're in the GTA, and want to get your money's worth for better quality of customer service, packaging, delivery and healthier plants, go to JOMO Studios in Toronto or GroForIt in Milton.

I do not think they value their customers. The lady who was on the phone is really nice. There is where the one star is from or they should get 0 star. I placed my order on April 30,2021. The website said they would ship out the items within 3-5 days. I was so excited about the new plants that I’m going to get. As I did not receive any notification on May 4, I emailed to check the status. There was no reply. I totally understand that staffs are busy because limited people are working now. So I called them on May 5. The lady on the phone put me on hold to checked if any item on my order was out of stock. When she back, I was told they would ship out my items on May 6 and would receive the notification at the time. However, I had to call back on May 7 because I didn’t receive any notification. At the time, I was informed that one of my orders is out of stock and won’t be in store until next Thursday and need to wait for another week. I ended up canceling my order because I don’t know if another item will be sold out again at the time. Feel really disappointed. This is the worst online plant purchase experience that I ever had.

My husband ordered me a fiddle leaf tree for mothers day. It arrived infested with milipedes and crispy dry leaves with brown spots. They gave me a gift card to apologize which was nice but I really just wanted a refund. So fine, I decide to order two potted ZZ plants with the gift card and had to pay $30 extra on top. They arrived today and they are ARTIFICIAL plants! No where on the website did it say that they were fake plants! I'm so upset! Do not order from this store! You will be disappointed over and over again. Now I'm stuck with two fake plants that I guess I have to sell on my own on marketplace and lose money!

I placed an online order. After a couple weeks I hadn't heard anything, so just followed up for a status update. Within a day or so I got a shipping notification. Shortly thereafter my order arrived. The plants were in excellent condition and I was impressed by how well they were packed for shipping. If I was again looking for something I wasn't able to source locally, I would order from them.

Ordered a month ago and never received any emails saying the order shipped, I decided to reach out on multiple occasions and was ignored every time. They might be busy with the influx of online orders due to lockdowns, but at least be transparent with your customers. Or have customer service that answers. Worst "Customer Service", or rather, lack there of I have ever encountered. Do not shop here.

I had a bit of a sketchy experience with this place. I placed an order, but didn't receive any sort of shipping estimate (I would have expected at least a "it usually ships in about 5-10 business days, etc). When I tried to view my order online, I repeatedly got error messages that no such email/order existed. Feeling nervous (especially after reading these reviews), I emailed to cancel the order.

I did get my money back pretty quickly; however, I had to follow up on the request just to hear back — meanwhile, I received 3 promo emails.

I don't think they prioritize customer *experience*. They offer the service, but not from the perspective of making it an enjoyable experience for customers. I have never in my life ordered something without SOME sort of communication about when to expect it to arrive. That, and while the representative I spoke to was polite.some of their responses on here are grossly unprofessional.

While I seemed to have faired better than some other reviewers there were still some issues I ran into. Thankfully the plants arrived in good condition and nothing was missing from the order.

However the pre potted plant I bought came superglued together. The rock chips are coated in glue and stuck to the pot, and the decorative moss is glued to plant as well as the rock base. This isn't an issue now but as the plant grows it is giving me concerns about repotting, I also can't check the plant's condition other than what I see on the surface.

I called customer service to ask them if the glue would dissolve overtime as it was watered, and if I need to keep the wire twist tye around the top of the plant stocks as I didn't know if it was to protect the plant during shipping or if it was needed to hold the plant in shape. The rep didn't even understand what I meant by twist tye and seemed to have no answers for me either way, about the glue or what the tye was for.

While I'm happy the plants arrived on time and in decent condition, I don't think I'd repurchase from this retailer. The customer service wasn't great and while gluing the plant to the pot, glue got on some of the leaves. And when I went searching for solutions to future issues all this glue would cause, I got no help or answers.

Update: after about 2 hours I managed to dislodge all the decorative rock chips superglued to the surface of the plant. I then removed the lava rock layer and then the plant which didn't even have a proper soil layer. The roots were compacted into a small puck of solid peat moss.
There were also several rubber bands about 2 inches from the base of the tree (that were likely used when shaping the braid, but then never removed) that were beginning to deform the trunk.

I ordered six plants, two of them arrived in poor condition, I have emailed pictures, followed up and have called multiple times and nobody has gotten back to me. I agree with the other reviews - service after sale is non-existent. I am so disappointed in Geoponics costumer service. I will never order from them again and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered from here back in January and after a couple weeks of no communication and no shipping confirmation I reached out to find out what was going on. No response. I was then contacted about a week later and told one of the pots I ordered was out of stock (probably would have been in stock if my order was shipped in a timely matter) and was asked if I wanted to wait for more stock or just have everything else shipped right away. I asked to have the rest of my order shipped right away. Another week went by and no shipping confirmation email. Once I started commenting on their social media posts complaining about how long my order was taking to process I received a shipping email within an hour.
My mom also made an order through them 4 weeks ago and it has yet to ship and she keeps getting the run around and items from her order are now out of stock. She has finally asked for her order to be canceled because she's tired of waiting and they say it can't be done.
We've given this company a couple chances and they keep letting us down unfortunately.

Update! I commented on one of their social media posts (because that's how I finally got them to ship my first order) explaining how my mom has been waiting for her order to ship for 5 weeks now and how poorly their customer service has been and instead of contacting me to try to solve the problem they just deleted my comment. Shady, shady.

Summary: Ended up ok in the end but the process and customer service wasn’t great. My plants did arrive in good condition and they sent me an extra gift plant, which was a nice gesture. But the frustration trying to get my order means I won’t order from this store again.

The long version: made an online order and paid for two-business day shipping. A few days later I didn’t see any shipping updates on my order. I visited the store in person on a Saturday to try and pick up my order. I was told I couldn’t pick it up because it wasn’t ready. I told them I could wait or come back later. They said the people who prepare orders don’t work on the weekend.
I was also told one of my items was out of stock and I chose a replacement. I was promised my order would arrive by Tuesday.

On Tuesday, I still didn’t see a shipping online in their tracking app. I reached out to their support and asked if I would receive the order and asked for a refund of the $14.99 shipping fee I paid for.
They responded saying I would have the order the following day (but didn’t acknowledge my refund request). Later that day, they emailed me to say that a pot colour I ordered was out of stock and offered other choices - which told me they were looking at my order for the first time. I replied and also reminded them about the refund request.

On Wednesday, I still didn’t see a shipping update in their app and reached out to ask if it was on the way. And reminded them about the refund (which was my third time asking).

They then issued the refund that day and my plants arrived later. There were no shipping or address labels on the box so I assume they drove it over from the store.

My plants were in good condition. Except the replacement item I had picked out on Saturday was replaced with a similar but different plant. It was a fairy cactus to replace bunny ears I ordered. I had picked out a cactus with green flowers and they sent orange. Again, poor organization/communication.

They made it (mostly) right in the end but overall I feel like if I didn’t chase them to send my order I might still be waiting.

I have been waiting over a month for my order. It was placed in December 2020 and it is now February 2021. The last communication I had from them about delivery was 4th January 2021.then today, February 5th, I got an e-mail about curbside pickup.

"Update March 1st 2021.my plants arrived healthy and safe 2 or 3 weeks ago but the communication and order tracking definitely could be improved! "

Ordered 3 plants online and scheduled pick up through checkout, selected the options for 10am Saturday. I waited 1 hour in the parking lot, someone finally came and brought out unimpressive plants, one with leaves broken. I then asked about being compensated for the inconvenience, was told they can’t do anything for me. Then asked for my money back, instead they brought out a small, unimpressive succulent. Finally got my money back and I’m taking my business elsewhere. Less than 1 star

Good collection.but I felt cheated. I bought 4" Pothos. There website says it's for $11.99 but I was charged $14.99 +tax.
The purchased was made on Friday 26 feb2021. I also purchased 6" Bamboo for $11.99 that was ok.
