George Lippert Park

Okay dog park, could be a bit larger but it’s nice to have somewhere close to DTK to let the dogs run around off leash

Has enclosed dog park, playground for kids, community garden, and a tennis court (summer) / hockey rink (winter).

Just off the Spruce trail. I live right beside it and am lucky to have these amenities so close.

Great little unassuming park area with a little playground.

However the dog park was a mistake. It's the size of someone's backyard and when the 8 regular large dogs that are dragged there by their owners so they can stand around and gab while the dogs stand around and bark, the 3 sides where people call home must love it.

My dogs really liked the small off leash area. I really liked that there was fresh water for them and that there were not too many dogs as one of mine is not always nice. The grass currently in the rest of the park is pretty high and in need of mowing, but further it all looks nice.

Nice little dog park, not busy the last couple times I was there. There's a gap under the first gate big enough for my 30 lb dog to slip under - the second gate keeps her in as long as the humans remember to close it but perhaps not the best park for a small-ish dog who's inclined to run

There are tall trees that offer some shade.

Pretty nice park complete with a dog park, community garden, kids playground, one tennis court, a basketball court, historical park plaque, large trees, and a small sculpture. There is also a nice kids graffiti wall on the small building in the park (possibly maintenance spot).

Not sure why the address is on Ahrens. You need to park on Louisa St.near Weber and walk along the trail to enter this park. The dog run is small but neat and tidy.

I love this place because the people around here are great and it's nice to see parents out with there kids enjoying the park.

Tiny park, with limited equipement, basketball court, and a ball hockey arena. Also has a dog park and a garden.

Nice small part. However, beware if you have a small dog. There is definitely spots they can slip through in the fence

I love all of the things they have in the park. Community garden, dog park, playground with swings, tennis court, nice and shady.

Had a great time at the park beautiful spot with great ways for kids to have fun plus has the round spinning thing from when I was a kid still.

Great little leash free park. Been helpful for energy burning my new adoption! People have always been really polite.

There is a small park with play structures and a small dog park. It also has a small community garden which is really nice. The dog park is fairly barren and boring. It would be nice if there was more to the dog park- like tunnels or ramps or even more little shrugs. Something to make it slightly more interesting.

Perfect for just a quick run for the dog. It is also very clean.

Aweful experience at the dog park.
Aggressive dogs. Over 100 pound dog jumping up on me. Almost knocking me over.
People just stand around and smoke.
Just all around Ill behaved dogs, and people to go along.

This park is the best! Stay tuned for this hockey winter season as i build 2 of the best ice hockey rinks and family rinks for the new learning skaters. People from k-w wont wanna miss this.

My dog loves it and has made some real good friends here. It’s a decent sized park and very well maintained.
