When you are looking to buy a house, the most important thing to find in an agent, is responsiveness. There could be a house on the market for 3 days, and if your agent doesn't respond or doesn't shoot you info on that house, you will miss it.

Needless to say Sara was by far the most responsive agent I have dealt with. She was very quick to respond and always willing to make the long days longer to show me every house I requested. She was very honest and upfront about house prices and what was realistic and in the end we landed the home we wanted at the price we wanted.

Sara is an outstanding realtor. She has helped us both buy and sell a house. She is very knowledgeable in her practice. When it came time to sell our house, Sara was confident in the strategic planning of how we should sell. Given the nature of our home (built in 1875) there were some jobs that needed to be tackled. Her husband Matt came in to paint and complete some unfinished projects, and they both helped with strategic staging of rooms and furniture. They assisted with professional photos and videos that showed off the unique qualities of our home. Sara did her research, and helped us choose a market entry date in early January. This led to tons of viewers checking out our home on MLS and on social media. The end result was amazing - we ended up selling our home in 5 days, with multiple offers. Given the unique nature of our home, this could have been a challenging house to sell, but Sara's expertise led to a fantastic sale at asking price! I should also mention that Sara is kind, patient, personable, and funny. She was flexible with our schedules, kind and loving to our children, and on the ball with her overall knowledge of the market. I would highly recommend her service. She is wonderful!
