Great experience, service was so fast we got our car in just 2 days, surely recommend place.

They serviced our Rav4 and charged us $1500 for maintenance which included replacing our brake pads. Here is where they effed up. They did such a bad job of fitting the new brake pads that within 3 weeks/2000 km, the new brake pads started to come off, making a weird sound, scratching the rims of the tires! We had to take it in to a mechanic shop to have the screws tightened.

Surely an authorized dealership can be expected to do something as basic as brake pads correctly! They can let their interns train on my car, but supervisors need to check ALL OF THEIR WORK. Cars are a matter of life and death! UNACCEPTABLE!

I will recommend to all people to book your Toyota hybrid vehicle at Georgetown Toyota.
Because I booked my one in the monthe July beginning and I got my Toyota Grand Highlander XLE Hybrid 2 days ago.
Moreover, I come all the way from Alberta to Toronto because in Alberta Toyota dealer they are not providing and bill of sale when you booked the car. They said when vehicle comes you have to pay that day price but at Georgetown Toyota they gives you bill of sale whatever the price overthere you just have to pay that one instead of current price.
I really thanks to Nick Hancock who arranged and manage all those thing (Billing documents, Transit Permit etc) so that I don't have to wait at dealership.

Went to purchase my first car, and as soon as I walked in, everyone there were all very nice and helpful, Marco Pereira greeted and helped me find an SUV that was reliable, affordable and good on gas and quite spacious for my move to college and for future uses. Marco also took the time to show me all the buttons and advanced technology that the RAV4 provided and how to work it, where everything was, etc. I love my SUV and I’ve yet to experience much more travels with it!
