They don't support their staff struggling with mental health. You get punished for struggling instead of being supported and offered help.

U also get passed over for promotion if u have mental health issues. That's discrimination and disgusting. U would think an employer would help there employee succeed, that way it's a win for everyone.

Everyone complains about this hospital being awful all the time. It definitely is! I walked all the way there from my house as my husband had the vehicle that day. 15 min walk. With my two daughters, 3 and 4 years. My 4 year old has severe pain in her arm and all I wanted was for it to get checked to make sure nothing was broken. I waited with my two toddlers in the waiting room for almost 5 hours. Now, you can imagine what this was like right? The worst time ever. My girls were tired and impatient and it got so long that I had to leave and walk them all the way back home. Now I'm going somewhere else to help my daughter since this place can't seem to speed up or care.

Really good nurses but not enough Dr are great but. Need more Dr very clean good food thank you to all health workers

I understand the healthcare crisis so the 8 hour wait times aren't that bad of an issue considering the state of things, but seriously what health facility has vending machines with only unhealthy, sugary drinks! Absolutely no water, we brought water but after 8 hours it depleted and could not buy more, the most crucial element of life and they don't have it available at a hospital. I had to leave to go get bottles of water elsewhere and leave my son waiting on his own.

The hard working doctor and nurses did a great job of taking care of my husband. They helped him get back on his feet after an accident. Much appreciated.

Probably the worst maintained hospital I've seen, cracks in the structure, no hand soap in the washrooms, broken equipment, even the tap in the exame room is busted off the sink and free floating

Has this country lost its mind? Ridiculous wait times for people who need help. Not enough workers working here, yet our population keeps on increasing.

Had to call an ambulance for my husband a few months back. The paramedics were horrible but the hospital staff were amazing and made us so comfortable. Even though we were in for a long stay with his issue I felt comfortable. They are amazing. Good job guys! Totally appreciated

So I arrived at 830 on a Saturday with a thumb that would notcome back from the bent position without help. I had injured it and waited for it to heal on It's own. The check in staff were fast and curious. I had looked at the wait time app and knew I would be waiting as there was 22 + in the queue ahead of me. I expected to wait hours to find out I would need to go to Rvh or soldiers to get exrays. I was wrong Iwithin 30 min I was sent to exrays.the tech was awesome, kind and polite not my usually hospital experience on a weekend. Now I did wait for a while to see the doctor as I knew my injury was not an emergency.the doctor took the time to see me as a patient and not as the next patient.this would be the best hospital experience I have dad.thanks GBGH doctors nd staff

Horrifying competence. It takes 10 tries just get a nurse that can successfully apply intravenous. Rude, and staff that could care less. A nurse inserted the intravenous directly into my muscle tissue causing pain for years. During my stay I saw the records myself and they lied and said the intravenous fell out. This is not true. They lie and cheat. Run from this place. Clown town.

The wait times are unbelievable and never updated. The staff are rude on the phone and don’t help at all. I’ve waited 7 hours for an allergic reaction and people with simple colds are being fast tracked. Disappointing.

Everyone in Emerg has been so nice, understanding and patient with me. Great staff! There's waiting times. Like any Emerg room but they're very attentive and friendly. Thank you all for making me better.

Sorry excuse for a hospital. My mother went in yesterday evening for a serious issue and was told to wait over night for a surgeon. It is 12: 30 the next DAY and she hasn’t seen anyone besides a nurse! Not only that but she slept in the hallway the entire night in pain. Glad my tax dollars are paying for this.

I can’t be there with her right now due to having my own responsibilities but believe me I’ll be making complaints to anyone that will hear me out. My own experiences there were awful as well. Staff chatting to each-other and ignoring patients sitting with IV’s in their arm pleading to have them taken out bc they can’t wait anymore and have to go home.

Edit: it is now 3: 30pm 12+ hours after admittance and still no surgeon. No fluids only antibiotics. ‘I can’t even cry I have no fluids in me’ is a text I just received from her.

What wonderful hospital. Staff are friendly, easy navigation, good service. Wasaga needs a hospital like this.

I went to ER of this hospital on April 28th. The Triage was quick absolutely no wait time. The only wait-time was for getting the results of the blood work which is understandable and it usually takes time. The staff, volunteers, nurses and the Dr.were nice, polite, patient and resourceful. The hospital was clean, neat and welcoming. Very pleased with the care and service I received. Thank you!

I have never had a bad experience at this hospital. There is something wrong with the people that would give this Hospital a 1 star rating. There are many other Hospitals around and I chose to travel here to get the 5 star services

From the bottom of my heart I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I wouldn’t be here without the amazing ER team and dr morrow. I am forever grateful for the kind and caring nurses that helped me stay comfortable and grounded through my stay in the ER and the ICU. Thank you so much everyone.

Terrible experience, multiple times.if you are a younger person the doctors don’t take you seriously and have no rush or time concerns for you and your care.very slow as the staff stands and chats with one another about non medical topics, with sick patients waiting.
