The Staff at Georgian Court are welcoming and very helpful!
They take their time with the tour, answer all of your questions and address any concerns.
The units are very clean and up to date and the grounds are immaculately maintained!
I would strongly recommend Georgian Court Estates for anyone looking to rent in a clean and family oriented community!

I have been looking for a new rental for my family and I to locate to in the new year. I was shown a unit by Kandice who was absolutely amazing. She listened to my needs, addressed my concerns and made me feel welcome. I also got to meet the manager Jodi who was equally as great. Very friendly atmosphere. I haven’t made a decision yet but can tell by the walk through alone this would be a great place to consider with a great community office

Great community to live at, convenient location and spacious units. Staff are very polite and always prompt to address your needs. There's also fun events hosted by them throughout the year. Great place to be!

We had a sink clog that just wouldn't give up! Quadreal sent in Ryan And Adam to help us out.what took us 6 hours, they did in 5 minuets! Ryan and Adam Rock! Thanks guys

We had two viewings with Kandice, Assistant Community Manager of the property and each time she made us feel as though we were already part of the community. She didn’t rush us, she was very knowledgeable and made our viewing experience very pleasurable.
If her professionalism is what we are to expect from this property management company, we believe we will be very satisfied with Georgian Court.

Lived here for 8 years, The management staff is always zooming around in carts and quick to help out however they can.

Excellent neighborhood. Community management is fast and efficient with communication. They made every step of our move-in process easy and enjoyable.

Recent comer to the country and the experience I had with respect to anything be it office or the maintenance staff, is great so far. All the neighbors are also so kind and respectful of others.

Where the neighborhood and environment is so welcoming and safe especially for our kids…Close to shops and some amenities…The staffs are so friendly.they make sure everyone’s needs will be answered as possible…Thumbs up to the team. The staff that run the office are very pleasant and easy to work with! They were quick to respond to my e-mail, and help me with what I needed! The community is lovely and so are the people that live and work here!

Went to tour this property and fell in love- waiting for the application process but the atmosphere and people around here make it seem like an ideal place to live! Fingers crossed!

When I requested their help, they were at my place within an hour and this was not an emergency. Tech's and office staff are always polite and always address any concerns that I might have. They all deserve a lot of credit for what they do as I know that their jobs can be difficult at times.

This is a great place to live and the property is well maintained. They take care of all aspects of maintenance from lawn care to snow removal and they do it well. Any issue I have had inside my unit have been resolved quickly as well. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to rent in Burlington contact Georgian Court before making any move.

The office staff are pleasant and efficient. The maintenance staff is always on top of things whenever you need something. I have had some issues with the online service request. Sometimes there is a lag between sending and receiving. As much as two weeks. If I need something more urgently I call the office and it is always taken care of.

Just moved recently to Georgian course it’s More than I expected, the area is nice and clean everything was totally new when I moved in.management is responsive, tenants are friendly
The only complaint I would make is that the bathroom fan is very high (I don’t know about other units). I am glad I moved here

My maintenance request was handled with professionalism. Very courteous staff and very accommodating.

The management has excellent communication with residents (ie.memos, newsletter). They respond to the service calls very promptly, are pleasant and respectful when entering my home. The grounds are maintained very well; it's a pleasure to enjoy them.

Nice place to live very family oriented good for utilities being inclusive but very bad on the staff having to fix stuff I got nails coming out of my floor

I have resided at Georgian Court Estates for 24 years. It is a family oriented environment n I raised my daughter here from the age of 7. The wonderful amenities of a very large n never crowded private pool, kiddie pool n splash pad all with lifeguards, along with tennis n basketball courts, playgrounds n 28 acres of pathways makes it a quiet retreat with many activities to participate in or to just enjoy your spacious yard. The staff is superior, very pleasant n receptive to all tenants' needs. Work orders are done IMMEDIATELY! There is 24 hour on-site management 7 days per week. Also, ALL utilities are included in the rent. Yes, this review is long n I could go on n on with more wonderful things to say, but you really have to come down n see for yourself. One more thing in closing - it is a stone throw away from everything, including grocery stores, Go Transit, the lake n more. We've been here for about 12 years. Staff were always pleasant and willing to help. Some of the maintenance staff are on the rude side now. Getting things replaced takes awhile and there is no human contact email or call a call center to get things repaired. Good place for kids, swimming pool, playgrounds, basketball courts and tennis courts. Community bbq's. Etc.

Makes living in Burlington possible. Lovely neighborhood, utilities included and quiet. Personally nothing to complain about.

The pros are that hydro is included in rent and the grass is cut regularly. The cons are that the units are run down, nails are poking through the floors because of no subflooring, just out dated, and after numerous requests to repair or replace our gate, it still hasn't been done. Numerous changes in management over the years, hopefully this new one will be better than the rest.
