I appreciate Dr. Tan’s expertise and the time he spent addressing my dental issues. The staff were all very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I am grateful to be a patient at this clinic.

Absolutely amazing. I'd had bad experiences as a kid with dental visits. But coming here has been AMAZING. It's completely improved my mental and emotional state for visiting a dentist.
I simply cannot say enough positive things about how great they all are here.

Horrific experience. Came in for my 1130am appointment, although turns out it was for 11am and there was a miscommunication when we rescheduled. They called me to reschedule because I had to see a different dentist about mercury fillings.
When I showed up, the front desk woman kept blatantly telling me “I am not fit to be a patient at this clinic” and shutting me down, due to showing up late… I moved to Orillia 1 year ago and have no family support here, had a new premature baby, and it’s been quite difficult to schedule and get care.
It was quite harsh how this individual kept telling me “I’m not fit” over and over rather than being compassionate or kind in any way. Clearly this place top priority is taking peoples money which can clearly be seen from the negative reviews. And the kind of attitude displayed here.

She told me they texted me and emailed to remind me about the appointment, and double checking this, not one one email or text did it say the TIME of the appointment. I was really looking forward to it. It’s really something that could be included, but the receptionist was trying to make me feel like a failure for “not seeing the time” where it actually didn’t even have it.

Just a completely rude person and this place is clearly corporate over humanity.

My spouse and I had cleanings done back in October they told us cleanings could not be done and we had to come back for another appointment for dame cleaning. Booked it then got covid so we missed our appointments and now trying to charge $200.00 for canceled appointments. They are over priced. And will make up anything to fill in appointments to grab more money. Never again. I don't recommend them. They will lie to get you back.

I really liked Chelsea my Hygienist as she explained and offered me different way of cleaning my teeth and also offered the bite guard which no one else has offered

The dentist is very gentle and quick and the hygienist are pleasant to be around great job thank you.

My husband has been going to Georgian Dental in Orillia for a year now. He says the staff is very nice and helpful. He doesn't wait long once he goes in for his appointment. He feels comfortable with the dentist there.
I have been there twice now with Dr Jodery. I have major anxiety about going to the dentist and Dr Jodery made me feel very comfortable. All the staff is very pleasant. I would recommend Georgian Dental to anyone!

Very friendly place with new modern and up to date equipment.
Nice hygienist (Amy) made my visit very comfortable. Also. I’m not covered thru insurance anymore so the pricing seemed to be reasonable for the work they did.
We moved into town over 2 year ago. So after 4 dental visits. Im happy to trust them with my future visits.

Friendly staff, and have been great with me as well as with my husband who has severe social anxiety.

Brought my 6 yr old son for a cleaning, tried to get X-rays, he felt like he was ‘choking’ and kept coughing, hygienist told him he was fine and kept trying, finally gave up and went to cleaning. Hygienist seemed to be getting annoyed that she kept having to ask him to open wider, and when he voiced it was hurting, again dismissed him and said this doesn’t hurt. By the end of the appointment, my son was upset and he could not be convinced to do the polishing. Hygienist told him many times that if he wouldn’t let her finish, he wouldn’t get a toy. Also made it clear that another appointment was coming so she could not take the time to allow him to compose himself. Dentist came in to try to make him feel better and started to tickle him. He was not asked if it was okay to come into his space and was already over stimulated. He cringed from not wanting to be touched. Ultimately they referred him to a paediatric dentist, but I definitely wouldn’t go back anyway.

Be warned that they will take your blood pressure, whether you want them to or not, and refuse to give you service if it isn't in the "green zone". And if it's not in the green zone they won't help you get there. Mind you, they don't take the blood pressure, in my case, until after they have taken x-rays and other things, that they will still charge you for it. I'm pretty sure they pulled my tooth without taking my blood pressure, but if you want a simple cleaning.nope. This place is just a corporate cash cow now. Ultimately, please don't take time off work to see them unless you are sure your blood pressure is to their liking.
