Georgian Hot Tubs

I recently had an issue with a diverter on my Hot Tub which I discovered late Friday night. I called the shop on Saturday and picked up replacement parts the same day. I wasn’t able to fix the issue but Scott reached out to me on Saturday afternoon and tried to talk me through it. When that didn’t work he drove to my place early Sunday morning. When he couldn’t fix it he arranged to have Corey come out Monday afternoon and got everything fixed up. Tremendous customer support and excellent service.

Staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable, the store is always well stocked with all the supplies & chemicals to keep your spa running it's best!

We have been looking for a hot tub for over 4 years. A coworker recommended Georgian Hot Tubs so we thought we would visit and get some ideas. Shawn greeted us immediately and asked what we were looking for, size, prize, etc. She was so knowledgeable and encouraged us to get in and out of several tubs. After about an hour, we knew we wanted to purchase a tub from Georgian. On the day of installation, there was a problem with the concrete pad not being level. Instead of postponing the installation, Cory and Mark suggested purchasing a very sturdy foam product that would solve the issue. They waited patiently while my husband drove to the south end to pickup the product. They were right, it worked and the installation continued with only an hour delay. We love our hot tub and use it almost every day. Thank you so much to Shawn, Cory and Mark. You provided amazing customer service and we really appreciate it. We would highly recommend Georgian Hot Tubs.

Helpful when buying and during set up of my tub. The Installer guys were GREAT! But seems like there’s two ladies at the shop who aren’t happy. They are rude to me when I come in and or ask questions or get water samples done. Maybe it’s just me…?

Bought a Hot tub from Georgian based on my own research and from friends that had purchased from there. I researched and visited every retailer in Barrie and through the internet as well. I found the Hydropool series had great value and features for what I wanted and to top it off they had the color and model in stock! Just as importantly, I've heard that the Owners have top notch service and that is invaluable. Do your research but I wanted to make sure I had a company that brand that makes for the Canadian climate, These are manufactured in the GTA so they know our climate and it should stand the test of my needs

I’m a first time spa owner, I trusted your company to guide me through a positive experience, but when my 9month old spa blew a hose in minus temperatures and I needed you most, you were quick to make clear what warranty covered and deny any responsibility instead of putting in the extra effort to guide me through a difficult situation.

Thank you! You saved my hot tub. I called every supply store in Barrie and Georgian Hot Tubs was the only place with the part.and the best price! My hot tub wouldn't run without this part and would've froze. Very knowledgeable and friendly! We can't thank you enough!
