Helped us get in touch to get a new filtration system installed right away.

My residential water system was subjected to several eye-opening tests. Tyrell was an excellent representative who was always full of useful information and helped me understand technical jargon. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I'm very excited for the city air conditioner to potentially be installed!

Sam M was wonderful when she came to give us a demonstration. She really put in the sales tactics. She made a staged phone call back to the office to act like we were getting a great deal, but we had to accept right then and there. She did a great job doing her job. The one star is because of how overpriced this unit is, do your research! The one star is also because of how they used their " moose on the loose " scam. Everyone wins with the boots, and everyone gets a shower head. They just want to get into your home and pressure you into an overpriced water system.

I am very particular about the quality of my water. I usually buy bottled water and then filter it. However, since I've had Georgian water system installed I no longer needed to go through that process because the quality of the water is amazing and I highly recommend this system.

There was never any pressure to purchase the product, and her and her boss went above and beyond to make me feel like my business was important. Their patience and personalized approach to my situation was appreciated, and ultimately made my decision a no brainer! Beware. Warn your parents. Mine were charged about 3 times the going rate and when I caught it in time to have it removed and refunded, they discounted significantly (still double what it should have cos). Shame on my parents to this point. Now with lifetime service and lots of softener issues they don’t call back and when they do schedule repair they don’t show up. Shame on Georgian Water & Air. I’d look somewhere else for my water and air service if I were you. I’d also be suspicious with their 5 star reviews that all sound the same.

It was a great experience working with Roni and Dave. They came on time tested my water, explained how the drinking purifying system and softener systems worked. Kaylyn came to our home after we had received a flyer in the mail.there were no obligations or pressure to have this product installed. Kaylyn was very friendly and knowledgeable.she showed us just how poor our water quality was. For something that is supposed to be good for you and drink tons of every day, it was truly amazing to see all the extra stuff in it. Book an appointment and see for yourself.

Mary came to visit us and did a bunch of tests on our water. It was pretty interesting personally for someone who knew nothing about home water filtration systems and for my dad who already knows most stuff about water filtration systems, and even then he learned the specifics about the systems they offered. She was super nice, and actually made this stuff interesting through the little science experiments of testing our water which shocked us to how much gunk was in there. She also gave us a super good deal after doing research with us about other companies who offered packages like they did but after a few conversations we figured out and revised the deal they could offer us, we figured it was best to go with these guys. Especially that this is a Canadian company and we may or may not move and the fact that we live in a rental, it's super nice that we can install it in the rental and take it with us if we moved and without any super hard installments. Will definitely be recommending these guys!

Coming from Toronto to Tiny, Ontario, I thought the municipal water at the cottage was fantastic in comparison to Toronto chlorinated water.
I learned that water at the cottage was "hard" which made it difficult to clean the hard water stains off the shower walls, and I didn't like what the hard water did to my hair. I spent hundreds of dollars on different shampoo, nothing worked.
I thought about getting a water purification system for years, but never got around to it.
Then I made a call to Georgian Water and Air, I got a free water test and a demo on what is in my water. The next day I had a water purification and water station installed. I want to thank Kaylyn for the informative demonstration, Sean for the quick service and Wil for the perfect installation. Excellent service and highly informative. If you are thinking about getting a water purification system and cannot decide. I highly recommend that you get Georgian Water to do a test and demo on your water.

My scheduled visit with representatives from Georgian Water & Air was an unforgettable experience! Upon expecting to receive an inspection & servicing of our existing water, it was noted that our system was now obsolete and we required an upgrade.
Our salesman (Roni P.) educated us with the new updated alkaline water filtration system and discussed the calcium issue in our water, with suggesting the water conditioning unit. Roni was very knowledgeable and experienced with the products sold by Georgian Water & Air and answered any questions we may have had. We agreed to the total upgrade. It has only been 3 days & we see the definite results. Our skin & hair is softer, our colours in our clothes are more vibrant, dishes shine after being washed, the water in our kettle is clear & there is no more calcium buildup. My passion for orange pekoe tea has steeped with its true colour. The water tastes great, can’t stop drinking this crystal clear water!

We are super excited for our new 4 unit system. We had a guy named David install them and he was a gem and really nice guy with a string work ethic. He keep safe with the covid protocols and we had no concerns. We highly recommend this water system and company.
