The doctors at this location are great. My issue is with the staff at the front. They lack basic customer service skills. They are just so rude by nature, not personable. When patients walk through the door, at least great them with a smile. Perk up a little bit. They are drab and look miserable. If you don’t want to be there, find a new job that you’ll be happy at. The energy is negative. Cheer up.

Avoid this clinic and Dr. Manalo! Complete disregard for FAMILY health! This Dr only cares about his pay check he does not care about the health and well-being of his patients or their family.

This place is the biggest joke of a family doctor. Good luck getting a appointment. They won't have anything available for a month or more, I guess there just hoping it goes away so they don't have to deal with it or they tell you to go to emergency. They can't even send phone calls at lunch to voice mail (granted they wouldn't check it or return it anyway) and even if you do get through they do as little as possible to help you out. They lost all my info moving locations I had to go in a completely new patient when they moved to there dovedal location. So unorganized and unfriendly. If I could give it negative stars I would

This place is joke. Supposed to be family doctors. You’ll die before you get to see a doctor here. They don’t work at lunchtime. They also take numerous holidays. They won’t even take an appointment for the following day even though your a client. They’ll just tell you to call back tomorrow. That’s if they all answer the phone.

Dr. Tyler is always through in his care of my children and I. Front desk staff are also helpful. Thank you for being a wonderful doctor!

I can't say enough about Dr. Tyler and the staff here. They have been so professional, kind, patient and go above and beyond. I know I'm in great hands and receive the best care at Georgina Family Health and I'm always able to get an appointment in a timely manner.

Worst doctor ever!
"Dr". Tyler was the most rude, ill mannered doctor I ever met.
It's like he thinks he's God's gift to medicine! Arrogant!

I gave him 3 visits to win me over, and he acted the same and failed me equally each time. No sense of humor, not gentle, never explains anythings when asked, and thinks he's above needing to explain anything to those of us who probably don't have the brains to understand.
- Maybe he doesn't know - why else be so dismissive?
Really - Try to ask him questions - he gets irritated, short and will not respond!
We patients have no rights when in his office to ask anything - He knows best like a Doctor from 100 years ago. We should all call him Mr. Doctor, but even that may not be enough adulation for his ego.
Very dangerous - I'll never see him if he's the last Doctor in the area!
Run the other way.
- I'm sure if you ask him about the Custom Home he's building he will be more agreeable to comment and "hear" you.

Dr Tyler is the best family doctor I have EVER had. For myself and my kids. His calming nature and willingness to explain things and follow up on his patients is unparalleled. He never makes you feel like your issues are trivial and is wo derful at recommending outside sources that may be of assistance to you and your needs. His youthful attitude allows the pre teens and teens to feel comfortable discussing anything with him. 10 thumbs up if i could give that many!

My doctor left town and we had no one to go to, so I used walk in clinics. Dr. Tyler took me on as a patient and I couldn't be happier. He stood by me through a few terrible years of illness. I love his manner, humour and gentle style. His office staff is the best. Thank you all.

Worst doctors office ever, the front desk staff I had a major issue with because I paid 150 dollars for forms to be filled out which were incomplete even though its clear on the documents that the doctor needs to fill out. I try explaining this but I keep getting cut off and then excuses that im yelling at the person which I wasnt. I am taking my family far away from this office and finding a new family doctor even though Dr Tyler is amazing. I must also point out that they are overbooked with patients cause when I call for an appointment its minimum 3 weeks wait.
