We love Dr Woodley and his team. We drive past many other vets to bring Rosco and Vinnie here. We've been to all of them and they don't compare.

The receptionist was very efficient and pleasant when I made an appointment. I got my appointment in a timely manner.
I did not wait long to see the vet. But all the staff were efficient and pleasant.
I got a follow up phone call with test results very quickly… All in all a very pleasant experience

Great experience. Was able to fit my pup in for a visit at the last minute. Loved the very detailed and thorough explanation of my pups check up with our treatment options. Finally, very reason able prices. I would recommend this vet to anyone

They have always been really great with my pets and extra care during critical care support.also very efficient in administration and emailing information.we travel alot for work with our pup and they have been very helpful when information or medical history has been required at a moments notice. Great place

Cost a fortune. Was tried to up sale extra procedures several times during visit.
Not sure how people afford pets. Especially once they take one trip here.

DR. LAWRENCE WOODLY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. BEWARE.
Took my dog in for surgery.
Dog didn’t receive surgery.
WOODLY still charged me hundreds of dollars for my dog to get high and then cancel the surgery on a whim because she was just starting her heat cycle and stuck me with the whole bill. FYI dogs can still be spayed during the heat cycle, I was lied to and told it wasn’t possible but I was stuck with the bill for a surgery that didn’t happen. Disrespectful, condescending, rude manager.

Edit: Was also contacted and threatened with a lawsuit for posting a one star review on here. BEWARE.

We have been using Georgina Vet services since we got our "Lily" about 6 years ago. We have had a few dogs in our family since 1974, while living across Canada and have taken them to several vets from the west coast to NF. We are very pleased with the staff and vets at this clinic. Everyone has been very honest and helpful, kudos to Dr Wardley, Ingrid the office manager and the rest of the staff for making us feel comfortable in the knowledge that our Lily is in good and capable hands on each visit. Thank you.

I've been going to this location for about 17 years. They're always pleasant and are genuinely interested in the well being of your pet. I really appreciate the ongoing support and kindness of all the staff.:)

At first I thought they were ok, as time went on I realized they overcharge a lot! Staff care more about your money than your pet. I was asked to come in for unnecessary tests and when I said no they threatened to not provide me with necessary medication that my pet has to take daily to live. In some cases I was shamed and belittled, my pet was ill once and needed medication, upon arriving I was given the wrong medication, it was for someone else’s pet, that was much larger than mine, if I had given that medication to my pet they would have died, then to top it off the staff got mad at me for their deadly mistake! Please research around before deciding on this clinic.

After 9 plus years I have been able to count on their expertise to show they care and be straight up when it comes to my dogs health so I can follow their instructions in the event of any issues and know that it is going to help her in the best possible way to heal.

I just called to ask advice about my dog, since I am new to the area, and live 2+ hours away from my previous vet, I thought that calling the closest vet, and the vet recommended by my mother-in-law, was a good idea. Apparently it was not. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude to me and refused to answer my questions or provide me with any advice. I was told to “call your vet and talk to them” (I haven’t been there in 4 years and live 2+ hours away) and that I could “call us back if you would like to register with us” (which I mentioned I wanted to do prior to asking for advice). I was trying to find out if I should bring my dog into your clinic to get checked out or not, which I can guarantee I will NEVER be doing. Thanks for nothing!

1 month ago today my daughter’s dog received a life saving surgery from the great team at Georgina Vet Clinic. Thank you very much Dr’s Woodley and Tang, Kate Wendy, Beth, Susan, Cheryl and the rest of the team. Without you all, we would have lost our little spotted cyclone.
Dr. Woodley your ability to explain the issues in an understanding way is phenomenal. Thank you all again
