I went in to return a pair of shoes I bought online that didn't fit. The staff all seemed like they were deers in headlights and didn't know what to do with me. They got the manager who's only question to me quite rudely at that was 'where's the box' (as in the box the shoes came in). Everything was there. No 'hi how are you', no 'is there anything else we can offer'. Then she walked away. It was as if she thought I cobbled the shoes myself in my garage and tried to return them. A simple smile, how are you or anything would have made this a better experience. In the times that we live in, kindness goes a long way.

We are really happy with our new shoes we bought at GEOX store yesterday. The quality of the shoes is excellent and they fit perfectly after the first fitting. We want to note that we were provided with exceptional customer service at that time, all team was excellent, specifically I'd like to thanks Alessia, who demonstrated the highest level of organizational skills and business ethic and Dhurata, who responded in prompt and really professional way to all our requests and to our choices of the shoes. Highly recommended!

The store was crazy busy.
The sales associates were doing the best they could given the number of shoppers in the store.
I would have never expected to see so many people there on a CoVid Sunday.

I had never considered Geox brand for myself until 1.5 year ago I entered the store at Bayview Village by chance and had the best experience with customer service. Until now, I shop for my shoes at this particular location and own about 13 pairs. Agnes, the store manager, and her staff are lovely and make the best recommendations.

Low quality of products and poor customer service
I used to owe Geox products for years, and the quality is not the same anymore. Unfortunately, the stuff in the store is not responsible for their own words and recommendations, and totally don't care about the customer once the product is sold. Never buying Geox again.

The store manager Agnes was very friendly and amazing to deal with. She was very helpful and knew the product very well. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for good quality shoes and a great customer service experience!

Quality products and good service. I bought a light weight down coat and the sales staff showed me how I can fold and roll it to tuck the whole coat into the hood! It saved a lot of luggage space!

Fantastic selection of shoes & spring jackets. The colours for this spring are truly beautiful.
