Gervais Party and Tent Rental

We recently used Gervais Rentals for a corporate event to rent glassware. They were very quick to respond to a request for a quote and follow up questions. Organized and easy to pick up and drop off from, and very competitively priced. We'll definitely use them again for future events.

Used Gervais Rentals for one of our wedding events and they were awesome! Had the pleasure of dealing with George who was so helpful and kind. We got chafing dishes and warming ovens which were both delivered and picked up flawlessly. The selection at Gervais is great and the customer care is too!

I've had the pleasure of working with Gervais as a trusted wedding vendor for a number of years both for my clients weddings as well as my own backyard events.

My personal experience has always been with Cleveland - who has always gone above and beyond for myself and my clients (and continues to do so).

Gervais provides you with beautiful tents (that are well constructed and looks stunning in photos) and rentals for your wedding day or special event.

I love Gervais because clients can go visit the warehouse and choose their rentals (instead of trying to choose from a website of photos). I also love their responsiveness to any issues with items delivered (if a table was damaged in transit) and how quickly they make sure replacement items are sent out.

I will continue to recommend Gervais to future clients for both their tent and event rentals!

Rented a few hundred glasses and a few tables for an event. No hassle booking, pick up, and drop off of event equipment. Price was reasonable. The only pain point is their website which is quite slow and dated.

Gervais Party Rentals was great to work with and accommodate my late request to change the tent we previously ordered to a different style. The tent was set up efficiently and made our wedding venue look even more beautiful and kept everyone dry during the rain! I would highly recommend using them for all tent needs!

We had a fantastic experience working with Gervais for our wedding this September 2022. We heard great things about them from my sister and brother-in-law who used them for their wedding in August of 2021. From the beginning, Darek was quick to respond and to come look at our property to make sure it was suitable for a tent wedding. We felt very comfortable in his hands and followed his recommendations. The team setting up and taking down the equipment was professional and did a great job. All the equipment was clean and looked very nice. We would definitely recommend working with Gervais!

We hired Gervais to rent a number of items big and small for our wedding this July 2022, and they were absolutely fantastic from our very first inquiry to final pickup after the event. The rental items were all high quality, clean, and perfect. Having all of these items really pulled the ceremony space together and made it look stunning - exactly as I had envisioned, if not even better. Great place to rent from. They answer the phone and have always come through in the 25 years that I have been using them.
