Highly recommend. The gentleman that helped us when my Mom’s SUV needed to be towed was very very kind and professional! It was on a day of a huge snowstorm so we did have to wait a little but that’s okay. I liked the fact he didn’t come out of the truck with a cigarette in his mouth tossing it right before he saw us at the window. Or spat out the window or used foul language. He was very respectful and double checked our directions as to where he should go and asked if we were okay. I’ve dealt with Ottawa Metro Towing and they were rude, disrespectful, disgusting with mannerisms. Even the front desk was wonderful at Gervais towing! She was super understanding kind. Highly recommend.

I always recommend to anyone who needs towing services. Friendly receptionists and drivers who are passionate about what they do, which is sadly hard to find nowadays. Thank you Gervais for always making it a pleasure to work with you!

Horrible service and extremely rude. From the receptionist to the alcoholic driver i think his name was Ronald. This company is a clear example of why towing companies need to be regulated.

Charged me $118 for a boost that didn't work. My friend boosts my SUV in less than five minutes a day later. So, I paid $118 FOR NOTHING. I complained, never got money back. Call someone else, NOT this company!

Horrible company and their drivers don’t know how to drive. Their heavy wrecker giant truck driver didn’t bother to look in his mirror before changing lanes and completely demolished my car. If they can’t drive they shouldn’t be towing!

We hired a truck to come and tow our trailer from one site to another. The service we received from a young man was incredible. He was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and very professional. He was able to hook us up, tow us through mud, and safely place us on a narrow strip of gravel. This job was not convenient or easy, but he excelled in every way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and in particular the employee who showed up to tow us.

My mother drove me home. The starter inside the engine did not start

I called the towing company, provided information and tow truck driver arrived in 30 min.and suggested solution to the problem.

My mother paid the tow truck driver. She drove home feeling satisfied.

I called them for a quote on Thursday, May 6, as I had to move some equipment on Saturday May 8. I was told that someone would get back to me on the 7th. Today is May 11 and I have yet to hear back from anyone. No worries, I hired another company that was able to do the towing for me within 24 hours.

We called Gervais on 16 Jan 2019 requesting a towing from Gervais. They told us we would have a tow truck show up at our place within the hour, quoting us the price of 85.00 dollars. More than one and a half hour went by and the tow truck never showed up. We called Gervais to enquire as to why a tow truck had yet to show up and we were quoted the price of 129.00 dollars instead of 85.00. We waisted 1.5 hours on them and then had another 30 to 40 minutes more to find another towing cie. GERVAIS TOWING IS NOT YOUR FRIEND>

Fantastic, courteous, and extremely quick service when I locked my keys in my car, and was in a hurry to get to a medical appointment.
