I had my Mac book in to be looked at for a not powering on issue. He did his best, and was honest in telling me that the issue was bigger then he could fix 100% and he would need to send it out, at the end of the day he gave me a bandaid fix which was inexpensive. To this day my laptop is still working with his fix. Although they don't seem organized, I will ignore that because of their honesty and integrity.

This location on King and Bishop intersect is always a positive result. Gew s great person to deal with. His staff as well are on top of things and so friendly. Won't go anywhere else! Went to his Guelph location last week for the first time. Fabulous as well, nice store next to "The Works " on 99 Wyndham.

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY TOOK ME FOR A FOOL WHEN I BROUGHT A MACBOOK FOR REPAIR I HAD A BURT CHIP I TOOK A PICTURE OF IT ALONG WITH THE MOTHERBOARD SERIAL NUMBER. TE REPAIR WAS EXPENSIVE I TOLD THEN TO GIVE ME BACK MY LAPTOP IT TOOK 2 WEEKS TO GET MY LAPTOP BACK! I TOOK THE LAPTOP AND TOOK IT TO A DIFFERENT REPAIR SHOP WHEN HE OPENED IT THE BURNT PART IS NOT THERE. THEY SWAPPED MY BOARD AND DENIED DOING SO. I CONTACTED THE OWNER AND SAID THE BOARD AND CASE SERIAL NUMBER MATCHES AFTER I NOTICED I WAS SCAMMED I HAVE TO WASTE TIME OUT OF MY LIFE TO GO TO COURT AS I HAVE A PICTURE OF THE OLD BOARD. I HAD SOLDER ON THE BOARD THEY SWAPPED AND THE TECH TOLD ME THE WHOLE BOARD HAS TO BE CHANGED. NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS SHAME ON YOU THIEVES!

They screwed up switching me from Fido to a cheaper phone carrier, guy working there was dealing with 3 people at once. I lost money from them not switching my phone properly. Because I run my business on this old phone # that was supposed to be switched and they didn't. I can't even log on to public mobile because it says that my email ect doesn't match, contacted Gew told him whole story and day later he hasnt called me back to fix this problem. People working there even Gew himself, need to work with 1 customer at a tyme. This has happened to me before when I've gone there to pay my bill, took over an hr. Because there dealing with more than 1 person at a tyme. This place is terrible! Go somewhere where they'll be working with 1 customer at a tyme!

I brought him two phones, One was working fine, and he wanted to buy it off me. Then he took to the back took the back off and put it back on and came back out and said he didn[t wanna buy it anymore! And Now I cannnot get the note 10 plus to go online to the internet.

Gew and his staff are extremely helpful. I definitely recommend this place. Friendly and very affordable!

Purchased a Dell laptop on March 13,2020. Great customer service, Friendly atmosphere, good product support, great laptop. I would recommend anyone interested in purchasing a laptop or even a cell phone should vist GewTv and they will see to your every need.

When I finally made the switch from high-priced Rogers it was with a lot of help from Gew and his staff. It was challenging at first but ;things have smoothed out. We are very happy with our Public Mobile service which is excellent, (for less than half the price of Rogers) and are loving the TV offerings especially in this time of COVID19. As we were setting up Gew was endlessly patient as he guided us through the steps we needed to take. Thank you Gew and GewTOLO!

Called and brought my son's iPhone in for a new screen. $75.00 and about 20 minutes and it was brand new again! Highly recommend

I was there today to get my blackberry passport battery switched from a parts phone to my daily phone, in and out in ten minutes! I have used their services many times without issue.

Was told on the phone they could unlock my phone for $40 in 30-60 min. I do not live close to the store and I do not drive, so a 2 hour bus ride later I arrive. I spend 2 hours at the store waiting, then had to leave for a doctor appointment. The guy said he was still working on it and I should leave it there for him to finish. I called in just before closing and he said he was unable to fix it. Tired of going without a phone and having a busy schedule for several days I purchased a new one and a couple days later went to retrieve my first phone.
They shouldn't say they can do something when they can't, shouldn't waste customers time.

I brought in a Macbook with liquid damage and they repaired it for a very reasonable price. It works like new again. I am very satisfied with the repair from Gewtolo!

No way this place should be allowed to run. Took my wife's phone here for a battery replacement. Was quoted 3 different prices, when I picked it up, two people working (different from who I left it with) had NO CLUE what was going on. Phone screen is damaged, and now phone wont hold a charge for more than 15 minutes work. I wasn't given a receipt when I picked it up. Dont your waste your money, they may give a cheaper quote to fix your phone, but they are a scam. Pay a little more, take it to a real place, and actually end up with a phone that works.

Quoted me around $250 to fix a broken screen on an iPad 5th gen, as they said it needed a new LCD. Just got it fixed somewhere else and all they had to do was replace the glass, not the LCD.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable re; electronics and such. I always feel welcome there. They remember the customers names. I highly recommend using this establishment from now! Have a wonderful day!

Horrible service!
I was told on Nov 04/18 that my Samsung tablet that needed a battery and new screen would be fixed in 4 days. Hadn't heard anything for 2 weeks till I called, so after several calls and a big runaround, I showed up to pick it up 6 WEEKS later. I find that it is in worse condition than when I dropped it off! It was fully functional, just not holding a charge.

I took it to another place only to find out that several clips were broken on the motherboard and it is now unrepairable.

If I could have given less than 1 star I would have! I recommend that you find somewhere else to take your device!

Just got my LgX power 2 screen repaired. It only took 30 minutes and I am very happy. I highly recommend GewTolo for great service.

I took my ipad mini in to have the screen replaced. I was told by the guy behind the counter that they had same day or next day service. 2 days later I hadn't heard from them so I went back. A different guy behind the counter looked and looked for my ipad but couldn't find it. He held up another ipad that was sitting on the counter and said "is this yours? ". LMAO. I said no but I wonder if he would have given me someone else's iPad, had I said yes. He finally said "I guess it must be sent out for repair, we'll call you tomorrow". 5 days later (yes, 5 days later) I still hadn't heard from them so I went back again to find my ipad in the same condition as it was when I originally dropped it off. What a joke! I picked it up and left. So basically it sat there for a week and I was back at square 1. This place was nothing but a waste of my time.
