Terrible customer service. Waste not picked up for three days and counting. Left numerous message - no call back. Last person I spoke with simply transferred my call to a number that has been ringing now for 23minutes. I've had to take waste to a municipal waste site as garbage is overflowing in the bins.

Website says it should be open on Saturdays, it is not open. Loaded up and came down for nothing.

We came here because none of the regular city operated Transfer stations were open after 1 pm on Saturdays. Our loads are usually $25ish there, but found this place and decided to check it out.

Just FYI, price is $75, for anything up to 500 kg

We were extremely surprised with the price, but we had already made the long trek down. Great if you have large heavy loads!

Usually A10-15 minute wait when you're lined up ready to dump frontend loaders are always on the move, scraping garbages 3 trucks in 3 trucks out it's a 4 out of 5 service. Keep up the good work gentleman

Please update your hours.had to empty a trailer full of garbage to make room for materials I already arranged to pick up, based on your hours saying your open till 6pm.i was there on a saterday at 2pm.

Business hours says open Sundays 10am to 3pm came all the way down to find out not open Sundays
Not professional for such big company

Fast, efficient weigh scale operator, never that busy, open 24 hours and about half the rate of Toronto transfer stations these days!
What more could u want in a place to dump

Says open on Sunday until 3pm, yet, has the fence chained off and locked. You can update your hours if they have changed due to pandemic.

This place is closed and under construction, it's been this way for the last 2 weeks. I rented a truck on Sunday, filled it with garbage and took it to this Transfer Station only to find constructions workers at the site - I even called the week before to make sure it would be open this day but only got thru to an answering machine, I left a message with no response: (Man am I angry - I had to extend my rental truck for 2 days so I could take it to another place during the week (after the Victoria day weekend). The construction workers said they had a 100 people come by that day looking to drop off their garbage. It would only take a web designer 10 minutes or less to update their website to say it is closed.

I would just like to say that, ever since GFL started picking up the garbage I have seen a great improvement in the way it’s been handled.
Our bins don’t get broken and they don’t leave anything behind.they take it all.
Would just like to thank you for the great work you are all doing.
