My Son goes to Daycare for Preschool, he is attending Full time program from last 1 year. My happiest moments is he is improving in all areas of child development like speaking, communication, eating and social communication with other kids improved a lot gradually over this period. It is an overwhelming experience with all staff and owners really worked hard to keep all children safe by practising Peel Public health guidelines time to time irrespective of Pandemic unprecedented situation.

Giant leap is an amazing child care center. The staff are absolutely on track. Owners are absolutely amazing and very well on top things.
This center is very welcoming. I am so glad i enrolled my son at giant leap. I love that this center has the live time camera access and are always sending pictures and updates on everything. Mostly the fact that my son goes and leaves everyday with a smile. He has learned so much in this short period that he has been attending and it makes me so proud. Hope this continues and cant wait to see my son graduate from GIANT LEAP.

Giantleap childcare provides quality service for my child. My daughter has had a great experience there for almost 2 years. The staff are loving and professional (they know their kids very well), meals are nutritional and diverse, the large classrooms have big windows (source of natural light), they maintain a clean centre, they have a camera service, open until 12 a.m. And on weekends.
I feel they truly care about delivering optimal care.

I moved to another city, but continue to make the lengthy commute to drop my daughter at Giant Leap due to their level of care. My daughter looks forward to going in the mornings to connect with her friends and engaging teachers.

If you are looking for a daycare centre that provides a safe and welcoming environment for your little one, GIANTLEAP is your ANSWER. They are attentive to each child's needs and provide a home away from home for the kids in their care. I have had both of my kids attend the daycare and I am wowed at there level of organization, especially since the pandemic. The recent graduation ceremony they organized for my second kid and peers was even more heartwarming.

I absolutely love Giant LeapDaycare! The atmosphere is very welcoming and diverse, and the staff is extremely amazing! Between the staff and management there is always someone outside welcoming you. I feel at peace knowing that my child is in great hands while at daycare and I can watch her on the Camera as well. They keep up with daily activities and the kids are always busy! They update my app with my daughters daily agenda and the activities she did for the day. Putting my daughter in daycare has helped her development so much it was the best decision ever- from the first day I visited giant leap it was a done deal. My son, Kaiel, has been going to Giant Leap from when he was 17 months old and started in the toddler room. His teachers were absolutely amazing, he was attached at the hip to them so much so that moving to preschool was sad for all of us but then his teachers in preschool 1 welcomed him with such care and ease. He is now starting JK and sadly we are moving so it was time to close this chapter with Giant Leap but for any future parents I recommend this daycare tremendously! It's been absolutely amazing to know that while I was at work, Kaiel was in amazing hands who truly cared for him and his little (or big) personality. The owners, Michael and Patricia have always been so caring and seem to know all the children and their little personalities so well which makes you feel like family, not a customer. They put together an absolutely beautiful graduation for Kaiel and all the preschool children moving on to JK and it was so thoughtful and beautifully planned.it was way more than I could have even imagined.
The center is always well organized, maintained and clean and their learning programs for the children have been so helpful with our son. He is very prepared for JK.
The leave from Giant leap was so hard for us that I even balled my eyes out all the way home on Kaiel's last day.
Michael and Patricia, you guys run a wonderful daycare. Kaiel and our family will miss you guys so much. Thank you for caring for our son as if he was your family. Thank you to you and Kaiel's magnificent teachers.we miss you already! And to any potential parents, this daycare is the right place for your child! I'm so glad Kaiel's first out of home experiences were with Giant Leap.

My son has been going to this daycare since he was 1 years old. Absolutely amazing facility, great learning system, the teachers are amazing. Clean, easy to communicate with and the safety and security that they provide my child and I especially during these times of Covid is unmatched. I could not be more pleased with this daycare facility and would absolutely recommend it to all families.

The first thing I will say about Giant Leap Kids is I am thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism and care by all staff including the directors, teachers and assistants. I don't know where to start because I cannot say enough good things, but my child's entire time at Giant Leap was positive! She was with Giant Leap for just over a year and has only left due to the need for childcare closer to my new workplace. It was difficult to say goodbye as my daughter absolutely adored her teachers as well as the other children. The communication from the teachers to the parents is absolutely outstanding. Each day you receive a lesson plan as well as a daily report on your child's activities and progress. They often include lovely photos so you can see your child enjoying their day:) They also have camera access for a small fee which provides a nice way to check in on your child if you need. They are truly dedicated to the wellbeing and development of all the children and this is evident in their communication as well as their teaching abilities and lesson plans. My daughter has learned so much here in just over a year and has made so many friends. Special shout out to her teachers Miss Vishva and Miss Parminder, you could not ask for better providers. The genuine care and kindness they showed to my daughter allowed me to feel very confident knowing she was taken care of in such a wonderful environment!

I also want to mention the amazing professionalism of the directors Patricia and Michael. They are so kind and genuinely take the time to chat with all of the parents about the child's development. If you ever call them with a question there is never a time they are not available. They are very open in terms of communication and they are sincerely dedicated to the learning and development of every child.

Not only does Giant Leap focus on the well being and academic development of the children, but they prioritize emotional development and a positive learning space. They provide wonderful nutritious food and snacks (they have a wonderful cook who makes amazing food) as well as a very enriching academic curriculum. The space is large, clean and bright. The children are very happy and well taken care of and you couldn't ask for a better team of staff.

Another big THANK YOU to all the staff and in particular, my daughters teachers. You made a positive impact on both of us and you will be missed!

I cannot say one bad thing about Giant Leap care. If you are looking for an amazing place to send your child, look no further you will not be disappointed.

Giant Leap is one of the best day care. I don't know how to say thank you enough for being such awesome and loving daycare providers to my daughter Maral. I have enrolled both of my children at Giant Leap Childcare over the past 5 years and they have been a blessing. The staff are reliable and caring, yet professional and are always going above and beyond to ensure your children are safe. They have a balanced curriculum between playtime and learning as well as teaching basic life skills. The staff and owners are so accommodating to each family's needs, including special needs children. I give the staff all credit for potty training my children. Giant Leap Childcare even has a transportation service, if needed, to pick up and/or drop off your child (ren). I have benefitted greatly from this service and I am grateful for the effort put into making my children's experience so enjoyable.
Did I mention that this licensed daycare has extended hours from 6: 30am until 12am MIDNIGHT!
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, the hours have temporarily been reduced to 6: 30am - 6: 30pm.
Overall, I highly recommend Giant Leap Childcare to all parents.

Five stars to awesome teachers and staff at Giant leaps. My kid started at 18months here and now he is 3years. Thank you Ms. Patricia and Mr. Michael for taking care of our childern, for being so accomodating, for always having ears to our concerns, for relieving us from the stress of leaving our kid to daycare and most of all for maintaining high standard esp during Covid times. Special mentions to my kid's Preschool teachers Ms. Vishwa and Ms. Parminder for being so loving, communicative and caring.

Daughter enjoys coming to school everyday. I feel comfortable dropping her off at a safe, clean, friendly environment. Staff is doing a great job. Love hearing and seeing all that she is taught while here (letters, counting, alphabet)

Giant leap is a very high-quality child care. Many of the staff have PhD degree and they are great parents and this is the reason that making both teaching and learning interesting in a completely safe environment. I do recommend this wonderful day care to everyone who looks for the most fun-loving and the best quality of early childhood education. I hope we can have so many Giant leaps in the future

Giant leap became like family to Savir - the way the staff cares for kids is amazing! Even Ms Alicia pays individual attention to each family which blew my mind! Savir loved attending Giant leap and the curriculum was a great stepping stone for junior kindergarten.

My son started with Giant Leap since he was an infant. He loves it and we love it. Amazing and caring staff.

My daughter loves Giant Leap Kids. She enjoys the kids and always shares her excitement to go to daycare. That speaks volumes because it displays the care from the teachers.

I love the teacher that are here. Whenever I have an issue or question they always provide the answers.

I am so pleased with this daycare - my son started in the toddler room and noticed a HUGE! Difference in his energy when picking him up, compared to his last daycare (busy bee brampton) - the teachers are super friendly and loving.the fact that i know what my child has eaten, his day schedule is for activities through the App, is reassuring.im so happy we had switched daycare.my husband and i, and also our son is sooo happy with this daycare!

My son joined the daycare in 2015 and since then he is with Giant Leap. We are very happy with the services. More over the daycare able to accommodate us during school vacation period.

Having this type of DayCare that can accommodate parents that do not work a regular 9-5 should be given 5stars. I Agree customer service is always the most important when dealing with the public for a service. Patience and Kindness goes a long way. There are many Daycare's around, you just need to find the one that best fits your child and your needs. Reviews are great but they also can be harmful to a person's business. Continue to do the best that you can and always look for ways to improve your business. Good Luck and thank you for all you do for the little kids.

Love the environment here the staff are very well trained, I believe this in one of the first daycares to offer extended care programs and login cameras for parents to checkup on their children.

They have phenomenal professional and experienced teachers. They look for people who have learning experience in child development. The menu is healthy, the center is clean and I felt respected as a client.

My daughter just recently started in the infant room and she has adjusted really well. Her teachers are very respectful, polite and invested in my daughters well being. I am very pleased with the overall quality of care my daughter is receiving from Giant Leap child care centre.
