Good Place. Lots of stuff at a great price. Staff are extremely friendly. I like going there. And it hasn't changed

Very rude staff and they don't refund your money because they make mistakes and blame you and they don't Really check for the special price for customers to inform them

Great prices and the plus size section for clothes is amazing… very clean store… do most of my grocery and household shopping at this location

Pulled up out front of the store next to the curb, got out to open the door for my 98 year old grandmother, and help her in the car with her walker. A store associate bringing carts in walked up and said “you can’t park here sir” I said “okay my apologies, I’ll leave in 10 seconds, let me help my grandmother in, her mobility isn’t great” he then proceeded to say “Sir, I can’t have you parked like that, please park in a spot and walk her out” i did as he asked, made her walk through the lot and went back in and said “thank you for making my 98 year old grandmother walk the extra 180 feet in the pouring rain with a walker because I was helping her into the car at the store front for 15 seconds buddy” * I was right next to the car, never left it’s side and was not blocking any ramps, and had access to move in seconds if an emergency vehicle arrived*

It's alright I guess. The new Biway. Great deals on certain items. Almost all their food is processed junk.

First of all toilet roll on sale and if you're a member special price which I am only 2 left limit of 6 when I got to the cash she said the first one I could get at the member price next one full price nowhere did I see that in the flyer so I put one back no peanut butter no bread listed in the flyer and it was day 2 of the specials have to drive 30 mins to get there what a waste of time

Customer service was poor. I was super friendly and the folks I spoke with seemed cold. Definitely looked at me like I was shop-lifting and it just made me want to leave. Will shop somewhere else.

One of a few Canadian department stores in town, prices are comparable, typically better then big box chains. Surprising amount of unique items to be found regularly. They offer a vip rewards program.

Where do I even start. Wait! Don't get me started. 6 bucks for slippers! NHL and NFL authentic merch! Man, I left that place in tears of appreciation.

Lots of good deals, never had an issue getting stock of what I'm looking for. Clean tidy environment. Only issu I've ever had is carts are not always available at the door when I go in for the little one.

One of the neatest, cleanest, well stocked Giant Tigers I have been into. I was even greeted with a good morning sir part way through the store, nice touch.

Very clean and bright store with lots of variety. I was able to find everything on my list today and checked out a few more things.

I really enjoy shopping at GT. It has all my needs at an affordable price. I always leave there with more than i came for.

While cashing out, I noticed that the cashier was not wiping down her station after each customer. When I asked her about it and she was really rude to me. She said I don't have to, no body is doing that. I said yes they are at Costco and a few other places I have shopped. She started to argue with me. So I left, now I don't feel safe to shop there. Sorry I have always enjoyed shopping there.

Not very well, looking for item at all locations. Workers knew nothing about item, was not carrying the item at all or out of stock at there warehouse.flicker torches. These torches are on sale at "ALL" locations according to GT website for 4/$20 but not true so we had to order online.

Last two times in, they were out of stock on both advertised items I went in for and it was on the morning of when the flyer started. Not impressed!

Thank you giant tiger for making my experience very pleasant. You saved me from shopping online. Had everything I wanted. Your social distancing was to the letter. No long waits. Will certainly shop there again in future. A lot of very good deals.

Hadn't been there in over a year and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of product that was available and the prices were pretty good also

Terrible experience at this store! I would NEVER go back & NEVER recommend to anyone I know. I share my personal story & they tell me after they won't shop there either

Of all the store brands of cheese out there, giant tiger's store brand of cheese is my favourite

Giant Tiger gear staff really kind but not a lot of product shelves were empty no one had Reloaded ice cream was all on a date most product wasn't being removed from the Shelf it was out of date

Lots of clothes at this store.they seem to be a good value for the money.giant tiger in general has a good variety of items and plenty of sales

Affordable clothes and groceries. Great bras and athletic wear. Not all that impressed with the staff in the change rooms. I went to Giant Tiger over the weekend to buy some bras and I asked the young girl who worked in the change rooms if I could try them on. She was cranky and unprofessional.

It was ok, nothing too special. It's been a few years since I have been in a Giant Tiger. Now I remember why it's been so long. Unless your going there for something specific don't bother going at all!

Didn't like it much, tried two bras on. The young lady assisting with opening the dressing room treated me like a would be thief and even thought she gave the bras out of the boxes and gave the room a good look around. She left a poor taste in my mouth. The final kick was when I openly took off my coat and placed it on top of my purse in the handle basket. Nothing else in the basket, she wouldn't let the basket come with. So I had to take my coat and purse out of basket. I did not buy

Great deals, parking good, I like it because it has a little bits of everything Merry Christmas everyone

Need to have a buzzer near the cashiers so they can buzz the bathroom door open instead of making customers wait to open the door for us at the bathroom and customers wait in line.

An all Canadian discount store with great pricing on groceries, clothing & household items.

Good deals in various items. Beware some of the clothing has issues like falling apart after a few washes. Their sock deals that I have purchased are pretty much disposable. A few wears and the toes and heels have holes in them. Otherwise their stuff is ok for the price.

Good prices for most items. But customer service desk needs improvement. Long lineups. Should open 2nd cash if a customer is going to take long with returns.
