Third time purchasing dairy/meat product only to find out it is expired after taking it home. Do not purchase anything refrigerated from here, it will get you sick! I will be reporting this location to Ontario Public Health.

Not only do they have everything you can think of. But the employees that work there are so nice and helpful and happy People shopping there were nice. Just an over all great atmosphere.

Got some nice pj bottoms and tops for hubby. Have to LOOK for Cotton and/or Cotton/Polyester blend. FEW winter curtains.

I had a little money not to spend for things that was necessary you know what I got what need got out with change Nicole the cashier put up with me she was wonderful and so understanding she made me laugh and I am a jovial person already had a time of my life with her simple but a beautiful moment. Ha a the customers behind me did not through us out (figer of speech)

Lots of parking; might not be the biggest giant Tiger, but if you know this store and their stock, you’re not usually disappointed.

Good deals on household, clothing, grocery and pantry products. Easy access to transit by taking the 54A/54B/954 from Lawrence East TTC Station. Free parking out front, loyalty program and daily markdowns too.

Security store walkers love to follow you. Went to buy clothes and groceries. I had a store walker follow me the whole time. First off this is covid give me space.he was 3 feet from me the whole time. Second I am a customer shopping I don't need to be made uncomfortable.many people have told me this is a issue at this location. If you like someone breathing down your neck I suggest you go here otherwise find another location.

Mynloca giant tiger. Always a pleasant experience. Not often very busy but steady traffic. Usually have everything im looking for. Helpful staff. Hope they bring in nicer and better quality clothing;more variety.

Went for a curbside pickup they did not respond to my text or calls, just left and will wait out the 7 days for a refund. Still have not heard from them.

3750 Lawrence Store 178 specifically. I am regular Giant Tiger shopper in store and online.honestly not this location and will not order from or come to this store again. I came to ask about pajamas and asked the woman if she could check another store her words "we don't call you have to call". This is fist time I have been told this at Giant Tiger.

I dont usually rate department stores but Tracey J deserves 5 stars. She was so pleasant, patient and had exceptional customer service! Thanks Tracey!

They have some amazing deals for the price here I usually shop branded but the prices here are so worth it for some of my needs that I do come back.

Very limited quantities of what is advertised in food section. Waste of time. Ads hype do not match products.

Always liked this Canadian 'WalMart' equivalent - albeit it much smaller. Lots of things very well priced; like drape panels.

The lady who stands on the entrance door is very rude. Each time we visit the store, she deals with us rudely. She isn't respectful. She made me decide to never come back to this store.

Great prices friendly and helpful staff, the price match almost all stores by a penny they credit you 3 cents for every bag you use. And the best part is they not have self check outs the have cashier's!

Staff were very friendly. It was tidy and they offered sanitizer at the front entrance including a sanitized shopping cart which i appreciated. It could use reorganizing, but that could be because of inventory time.

I've been to this store for many years and they have a good selection of items. The staff is always helpful in finding what you need.

Tip: If you want to skip the line and get rushed to the front. Just tell the staff you can't wear a mask for medical or health reasons and they will oblige. If they ask you what your health condition is just tell them it's none of their business.

Didn't have what I wanted. I saw a thing for teens a special light to make great videos and none on stock. No beef or chicken taquitos no full figured clothes or men's plus size clothes.

I bought two pillows from here, 2 days later I came here to return them with unused condition, both the cashier and store manager denied the return even exchange saying it's a covid protocol and they never mentioned this when I was buying them. I would strongly reject them and would suggest some other place to shop if you wanna same money and time. Thanks

I love Giant Tiger they have great Customer service always helpful no long waiting in line always have sale but my favourite store is at Scarborough Gulf Road & Lawrence Avenue

Quick grocery shopping. Very conve ient ay a cheaper. Lawrence and Scarborough Golf club rd another at Kennedy rd and Lawrence.

Cashier's are great! However the little man that runs around stalking shelves is rude when you ask him a question. Mabe he should stalk shelves a night so he doesn't have to deal with the public.

Don't the location of this store. But the merchandise is priced low. Good place to shop when ur on a budget.

Average selection of clothing, grocery and household items.

Recommendation: if you are going to place an online order, be prepared to pick up your items in store (as advertised). As to my knowledge, delivering your order directly to your home is not possible yet.

I prefer Giant tiger over Walmart. They are very professional in handling the could situation.
They got the household items, clothes and prices that suits my household.

A great place to shop. People who have never been should check it out.

Love shopping here inexpensive play clothes for the kids and nice steals on some adult clothing you can get grocery essentials as well worth joining the VIP program

Staff is always helpful.
Particularly Rose, she has assisted me on more than one occasion when I have had problems with my mobility.

Great deals for Raptors' gear. Also found the size of TradeMax work pants with side pockets for my boyfriend. Staff are courteous helpful. Happy that we can use the fitting room to try clothes now. Wasn't able during the pandemic.

Very difficult to get in and out of the store with a walker. There was no opening big enough.
When I told the staff person at the door he shrugged his shoulders.
Inventory on line not up to date and got to store and several itens not available.

Just left there.asked an associate while he was unpacking a product from the boxes is that "LaundrySoap" & he RUDELY Answered "YUP". Woww someone was havin a BadDay.

Disappointed in the online service, and when you talk to management they come off has been or wanting to help. But when you speak to them as someone with common sense their true behaviour /colour shines through and they hang up the telephone on you abruptly AND with annoyance.

NOT EVERYONE IS MANAGEMENT MATERIAL.

Hard to find Groceries. If you are planning t buy Grocery keep in mind this store is not a dedicated grocery store, they only have a small area for grocery.

I could usually get the things advertised in their flyer but day the shelf was empty of the items I needed. For example: the flaked tuna and sponged towels. There was no rain check for the sponge towels either.
The good side was they recognized my birthday with a gift. That was great.

Lady at cashier was rude, worst customer service and the person whom I asked the purses price she looked like Supervisor let me feel bad that you didnt read it was from diff aisle when they were disorganized worst cx service I have seen ever. They have good stuff in this store but people need to show some courtesy, went with my friend she felt bad for me and people in the queue starring at me

Crowded, disorganized and lack.of help. Website says they had individual yarn but nope.no Ty toys either. Waste of a trip

If you value your time just shop at jug city in the plaza. Buying anything at GT will take 30+ min. Cashier's here are some of the slowest I've ever seen working anywhere.

Do not buy any products for animals from this store Or any Giant Tiger location. They are very poor quality and will make your pet sick, or kill them. This pork bone shattered into razor sharp pieces. Despite contacting head office - Giant Tiger continues to sell these unsafe products after being notified they are dangerous for consumption.

Some bins and areas need to be a little more organized and labeled. Looking for something specific can be a little difficult at times. But the prices are good and they have a lot of stuff.

Love shopping at Giant Tiger, house dresses, ice cream, milk, sleep wear, just to name a few, I am always there looking looking for great deals

In a small plaza. Store isnt very big, but has all your basic essentials plus clothing. Their clothing selection is pretty big. Store does seeming a little cramped, but is spaced out enough. Items are organized, but sometimes the prices are missing. Things In this store are priced cheap, and you can also use coupons.

Sadly there are no 'Giant Tigers' in this store however the prices for their clothing and food products are great. Worth a visit!

Convenient barging store with clothes, food, and housewares etc. Customer service was just okay. This place need a redo in terms of product placement and advertising. Will check back another time to see if anything changes.

Plus size section ihas become smaller not that good. I buy these dry liver treats for my dogs. They love them. I can find things for my house. So I will be back. Clean store, nice service
