Great service, water testing is easy. They test and tell you exactly what to add. Proper chemicals level are key for any warranty issues on equipment

I’ve had multiple instances of poor customer service from an older gentleman who works at the front counter. Always moody, rude and unprofessional. Someone should stick him in the back shop so he doesn’t have to deal with customers. May look elsewhere for basic hot tub chemicals.

I have been buying all of my pool supplies from Gib-San Pools for the past 2 years. Their staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I also appreciate how they do not try and upsell you. I would highly recommend Gib-San Pools to anyone. They are best in class in the pool business.

Gibsan Pools Exceeded Our Expectations - Professionalism and Expertise at Its Best!

I want to express our immense satisfaction with Gibsan Pools and their exceptional work. From the initial design phase to the final execution, Gibsan demonstrated unwavering professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to excellence that far surpassed our expectations.
During the planning stage, we unfortunately fell for the promises of vanity vendors we found on social media. They convinced us to separate the pool construction from the landscaping, which turned out to be a grave mistake. We entrusted Gibsan with the concrete pool, coping, and mechanical components while engaging the vanity vendor to handle the Mega Meville stone work covering over 800 sq ft.
Gibsan flawlessly delivered the pool of our dreams, meticulously executed with precision and care. However, our experience with the vanity vendor took a turn for the worse. They shifted their business focus to fiberglass pool installations, despite having no prior experience, and their lack of expertise soon became apparent.
Problems arose when the vanity vendor failed to factor in the slope along our house, leading to significant water and phosphorus damage. Additionally, their negligent installation of the pool safety cover with inadequate depth caused further issues. The cover, unable to withstand the weight of snow, dragged stones toward the coping, resulting in cracks to the stones, tile edges, grout, and mortar. They even improperly drilled 2-inch holes instead of the necessary 8+ inch holes, causing concrete damage.
The vanity vendor's response was disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility and rectifying their mistakes, they chose to run from the problems they created. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior were frustrating and disheartening.
However, Gibsan Pools stood out as a shining example of integrity and professionalism. They not only addressed the issues caused by the vanity vendor's work but went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Gibsan resurfaced the stones, redid the mortar and grout, and fixed any damaged areas with precision and care. Their commitment to ensuring our complete satisfaction was evident in every step of the process.
Ed and his team at Gibsan Pools are more than just contractors. They are dedicated individuals who genuinely care about turning your backyard into a breathtaking oasis. They take pride in their work, and it shows. Unlike the vanity vendor, Gibsan didn't shy away from other vendors' messes or industry-wide issues. They took responsibility, delivered exceptional results, and proved their credibility time and time again.

Very rude and short. I came to purchase hot tub chemicals and advice. When I called to check hours they hung up on me over the phone. I spoke to Derrick in store who advised me if I had and questions to look online. He refused to answer my questions and when I went further back into the store he advised me, " the door is over there"
I got better help at Canadian Tire.
