Gibraltar Weekend Market

Haven't been to Gibraltar in many years & went specifically for cheese & the cheese lady is no longer there.disappointed. Everything else is the same though:)

Brought back memories of being a lot younger and going to a different market that isn't around anymore

Would be better if they had some kind of a map to give out to tell customers what venders are there and where they are

Found a few things I haven't seen since I was a kid, so got to let my son see and try things out

Lots of interesting vendors, wide variety of selection. Bought pepperettes, bacon, burritos, and raw dog food, all in one place!

Love the food vendors but get a bit claustrophobic as there is so much stuff everywhere, it gets overwhelming.

Such an amazing variety of vendors, most of them are very nice and the prices there for things are good!

I always have good experience here. Place is decently clean and well maintained. And doesn't feel like a run down sketchy mall like what a lot of people expect.

Lots of stalls are reopened since the pandemic and they are booming with sales, unique finds and friendly faces once again. A great place to browse for gifts, hobbies, different foods, stylish clothing items and support your local businesses.

Love this place! Great selection of meats and pepperonis. All the goodies u could need. Prospect frozen foods in the back is a must go to

Some booths you need to be wary about. Not all sell the kind of merchandise they claim to. But most booths have friendly staff always open to bartering. Great food takeouts as well

You can pretty much find anything you're looking for here and if you can't then it has to be extremely specific or obscure or you didn't look hard enough. Food area is awesome can't complain at all and all the vendors are friendly! It's very alive and there's lots of neat stuff. Great place to go if you're bored or having a hard time finding something. If they don't have it someone there can usually point you in the right direction. Good positive atmosphere and overall great experiences everytime. Would recommend checking out cracklins fish and chips there. Food is cheap, and well prepared and always exceptional.
10/10 would recommend.

A MUST VISIT when you are in London on a Saturday or Sunday. The food vendors are amazing.all of them. There is a vendor for everyone's taste including collectors of vintage items. It's a big place‚ but not so big that you need to make an entire day out of it. So no matter the reason for coming to London‚ if it is on a weekend‚ check this place out.

The pandemic has taken over this place is not what it used to be even for the groceries part no meat no nothing what a joke

Not many places open due to covid, one favourite place has gone thanks to it. Will be better when everywhere is able to open up

Covid precautions not great, the kid at the door was not screening. There was no social distancing.

Absolutely will never return the treatment was horrible. Maybe the health unit should find a way for business to treat people withespect who are medically exempted. We cannot get doctors notes and to be able to uses services we are denied. I will never go back after years of attending. What social circles and households? Lots of vendors with their own and people touching stuff and medical cannot.

I hit up Gibraltar every weekend to get my dog food, today was the first day that I noticed we were only allowed to go through one entrance. Normally I enter through the side door near Furever Raw Dog Food. It was not labeled on the door that it was closed, so I assumed the market was closed until I overheard someone say something about the main entrance.

While inconvenient, this gave me the opportunity to experience the size of the market. It was way larger than I thought it was and I was happy to learn about all of the other small businesses that operate in the market.

My new fav place! Such a crazy selection of food and products. All the vendors we spoke to were friendly and extremely helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Friendly vendors. The shop with the hard to find American goodies is always a favourite. I always try a new pop when I go by.

Always lots of interesting finds here.both merchandise and produce. The cheese curds and pepperoni sticks are amazing and the fries from the chip truck outside are fantastic. Definitely worth a stop and walk through.

Very busy today. Even though most of the market is closed Mondays to Fridays, Forest City Surplus and The Freezer Guy are open seven days a week. But given current circumstances I was surprised at the attendance. Good and concerning simultaneously.

Links clothier is always great for all namrd brand quality cloths, blankets and so on.
My favourite love there crooks and castles, hustle gang stuff. Always a pleasure

There's a new fish and chips takeout open in the market. Fantastic prices and the best fish in London.

I enjoyed the market, I hadn't actually planned on buying anything, it was just a fact finding mission for Christmas.but the prices were very good, the quality was very good, and I found myself Christmas shopping. People were very courteous everyone wore masks there wasn't a lot of social distancing because of the crowd but nobody really got in your face the stall holders were courteous and welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed my day.

One of the best markets in Ontario great meat and loads of deals. As this is a small business market not every vendor takes debit or card payments. Ask first or pay cash for even greater value.

"A diamond in the rough", go on a treasure hunt, get lost or just a good place to be a creep and people watch?

Very disappointed with there health/ safety covid protocall.most if not all doors are unlocked with no one watching how many are in the market! Most staff and vendor a not wearing masks and if they are the hanging off one ear or under there chain.the grocery's are mostly past or out of date.the produce look its been froze and thawed out for the last four or five weeks i would not feed it a pig let alone eat it myself! Don't get me wrong there lot cool stuff and some really great vendors.but there are many with the exact same stuff with next to no change.i would for share say they need to reassess alot of health/safety stuff as they do sell unwrapped and fresh made food made in the market.also all dinning table are well with in 6ft of booths cooking and sell food as well as less then 2ft of walkways.

Love getting my cereal from the guy that sells the food from the states. It's my favorite. You can get all kinds of different snacks and pop you've never heard of there. Het a case of mixed pops. It's great little shop. They also have baked good on the other side. He even has baby yodas so cute. Lol
The freezer guy as well they are open during the week witch I love frozen veggies and diced up onions. Love it. The bacon is a great deal but goes fast. 25 buck for 100 pieces you can get sometimes.
Squash, asparagus, brussel sprouts, anything you want they have pretty much again its frozen but great. My house hold loves them fry them up with butter and garlic so good.

Lots of people. But everyone does wear a mask. I'm not happy about the prospect meats not having a meat order anymore.

Great place with awesome deals, only other place I can find maple bacon sausages mmm but I wish the tables where they are next to everyone walking were closed down since you arent required a mask while eating. So when its busy your pretty well being shoved into the unmasked people eating.

The die cast model dealer didn't have airplanes and the stereo dealer had only separate components not complete sets.

Gibraltar has a good sélection of meat cheese and a wonderful resterait for friend and big breakfast deals.

You can find really good deals here. In the past have purchased an air conditioner and a dehumidifier at discount price because the packaging had been damaged and they are both still going strong. Very friendly and helpful staff. All sorts of different treasures.

Great place to experience a little bit of everything! Something for literally every body.
Will go again
