Great prices for cannabis products, love seeing the employees each time myself and my partner have came into store.

Witnessed a budtender turn down a customer wearing a ponytail bandanna claiming that the customer could be gang affiliated. The hair tie was clearly from Ardene's as I also have one and it's clearly fashioned as a hair tie. Bandanna design or not this was a case of ignorance of the worst kind. Budtender should be ashamed of themselves. Took the air right out of that poor girls sails. I turned around and shopped at another store as that was absolutely disgraceful behavior. I will not be returning.

Never shopped here before and never will again. Placed an online order for delivery. Site says 40-50min. I received a few texts saying my order was confirmed and being worked on and then another message saying my order will be sent out as soon as possible. Then nothing. I waited an hour and then phoned the store. Guy answered and said no delivery before 6: 00. I said it was a bit disingenuous to say as soon as possible when in reality it would be 6 hours. He was rude and short with me throughout the entire conversation so I cancelled my order.

Wonderful atmosphere, knowledgeable staff. They got what I didn't even know I needed.

I had high expectations and they were met. Definitely coming back here. Great service and items.

I have never had a bad experience at this store. Every time I go in the employees are engaging and are able to give some good recommendations. It's obvious they aren't just trying to make a sale, they actually care about the product, and their store. They won't upsell a high priced product just to make more money if they know it isn't fire. My only downside is it's not the easiest building to get into but they offer delivery as well.

Knowledgeable staff and a friendly atmosphere. The employees have been very willing to discuss options with me as well as kind in general. Prices are the standard but the club program (a free loyalty bonus) gives a small discount which is nice.

It was nice inside the stuff where helpful and pretty cool there is a board that you use. Or just walk up and ask at the desk etc.

Finally was able to go inside and see the store since re opening today! Super friendly staff and amazing service. Huge location! Always quick and ontime and easy to order online and pick up!

This is my favorite dispensary in Hamilton. The staff are incredible, they are super knowledgeable, friendly and awesome people to chat with.

Bought 3.5 g of apple toffees cannibis at 60$. So disappointed. But store looks very nice and clean.

Clean up your yard ya filthy animals. Nothing but pre-roll boxes and improperly disposed of packaging from your store scattered ALL OVER the area around your building. You really need to do better.

Friendly and welcoming staff that made the experience that much better as it was my first time in a cannabis store. Will be back
