Giggles Playland Inc Scarborough's Best indoor playground

Highly recommend this place for a kids birthday party. We celebrated our son's 3rd birthday and not only did the kids have fun, but the adults loved the video dance party too! My guests noticed how organized everything was and everything went smooth. John was so helpful with answering all my questions during planning of the party and also great the day of. We didn't have to worry about anything because he took care of all the set up and cleanup. Check out this place it's a great!

Had my son’s 1st birthday party here and it was amazing! From start to finish. As soon as we arrived the owner and his employee were extremely helpful they set everything up for us so we could focus on our guest. They were extremely pleasant and the customer service was amazing from start to finish. The place itself is very clean and lots to do for the kids. Everyone had a blast including the adults. They have 1 of the best prices for all packages in town. Promise you won’t be disappointed booking here. Highly recommend and we will be a returning customer

The kids had a blast! Really nice playplace. We had kids from age 2 to age 10. Everyone had a great time. There were activities for the little kids and the big kids to enjoy. It was great to have the place to ourselves. Made it a bit easier for parents to relax. Some of the arcade games didn't work as well, but the owner John was quick to refund tokens or adjust the machines when needed.

John was very helpful and professional. He and his staff did a great job with decorations, and keeping the party on schedule. He also doubled as a photographer and sent us a bunch of photos and videos of the party afterward. I really appreciated that! I should have used his services more for the extra food we ordered to save myself some time, effort, and driving. (Note well, the person booking the venue must be on site before the party starts otherwise the kids won't be allowed to play.)

I would definitely book again! And some of parents who attended expressed interest in booking the place too. We were impressed!

If you're looking for a venue that includes an attentive host - their staff is amazing! They take care of everything and make sure every single guest is having a great time. They work with you to make sure everything turns out exactly how you picture it, and when it comes to hosting, they actually host! Very caring staff, 10/10!

It pains me that I have to update my review based on my experience, but interested parents should be warned. We've been to Giggles Playland for the past 2 years now and have even promoted it to friends referring 3 other parties. But as parents, you know children birthday parties can be very difficult to pull off. So imagine my surprise this year when we were told our reservation we had, with email confirmations, was double booked. So our reservation had to be canceled. As for a parent, that's a nightmare scenario trying to figure out where to go last minute. Very unprofessional and up until this point, not the review that I would have given. BUT PARENTS BEWARE, so this doesn't happen to you as well

I would give this place 100 stars if I could! This place was absolutely amazing. I chose it because it seemed interesting and the location was good. The reviews said it was awesome so we gave it a try for my kid's bday last month. Honestly, it's the best birthday she's ever had! It was SO much fun, the parents kept thanking us, the kids kept thanking my daughter - it was a blast! But what really sets it apart from other places is: of course that it's private, but mainly the staff! Omg they do EVERYTHING! I got to really just enjoy my kid's party for once! Like, they even packed up the leftovers in their own containers! It was incredible honestly I can't race enough about it:)

The host was excellent in his interaction with the guest.

We had the opportunity to celebrate our son's 7th birthday and he had a blast! We were so impressed with the service entertainment we received from John and his staff they did everything for us including the set up clean up and also provided all the utensils and paper plates. The best thing of all is that you can bring you're own food. We would definitely have another event at Giggles Playland. Excellent service, clean, and the best of all is that it's entertaining.

John at Giggle’s Playland is an absolute master of birthday celebrations! He made my son’s birthday party planning the easiest thing I’ve done so far. The staff at Giggles was very helpful and attended to all our needs. We will definitely be booking our next birthday party with them! My children have had 2 birthday celebrations here for the past 15 years. Giggles is one of the very few party venues that allow you to bring your own food. John and his team are super! He is very accommodating, well equipped, helpful and he makes it fun for the children. Dance sessions are the best!

We had our son’s 3rd birthday, and we had a wonderful time. All our guests, both kids and their parents had so much fun. John is amazing. He made it an easy celebration and we are able to enjoy the whole party with everyone. The dance party is amazing!

I had my son's 5th birthday party there and I have to say it was the best party ever! My son, family and friends had an amazing time. I've been to other indoor playgrounds before but this one was by far the best. It's private, very clean and the owner John, was very polite and helpful throughout the entire party. He took care of everything from set up to clean up. I will definitely be back again.

2nd time using Giggles playroom for my son's Birthday, First Yearwas during covid height, and really couldn't find any other places as accomadatimg. Was so good that a refered and book 2 years in a row. Family business, usually has his son with him which adds to the charm. I highly recommend giving them a look when considering private children's events.

Tried to charge us an extra $200. Deleted email that was for basic package. Overpriced and old games and machines.

Was given a bill for $672 when we booked basic package at $455. When asked why he said we asked for the premium package and printed out our email to confirm. Only problem, he deleted the part that said give us the basis package which thankfully we brought with us.

When confronted with the issue tried to blame us and said he would throw in the extra s*** for free. Will never book here again and would never refer el stone. Classless move

Celebrated our daughter’s first birthday party this weekend! It was truly amazing experience. This place is just not only for the kids but the adults can have so much fun! Too many arcade games available and the video dance party is the icing on the cake! John and his team took care of everything. Very well organized. Thank you so much. Totally recommended!

I've been to this facility for my daughter's 1st and 5th birthday. Each time we get the 3 hour video dance party. The kids absolutely loved it each time, even saying it's a million time better then chucky-e-cheese. The best part is that it's private, it's only your party. Tons of games and things for the kids to do, it's almost impossible to get them to leave lol. The video dance party plays up to date songs all the kids know. The owner John is very accommodating and makes sure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend them for any kids party!

We chose Giggles Playland for our daughter's 2nd birthday, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! Not only did we all have a lot of fun, I have never seen such great and organized service! John and Alicia had the food/plates/cutlery already set up before we even finished unloading! They made everything seamless for us so we didn't have to think about anything besides celebrating our baby's birthday. We got to have fun instead of hosting. It's a more intimate space which is exactly what we wanted, and we had it all to ourselves (a BIG selling point for me). Plus, there was something for every kid to do, regardless of age - I'm pretty sure the adults spent more than an hour on the boxing game! And I may have spent more time in the ball pit than some of the kids! The space is clean (HUGE on my must have list), safe and versatile. I really can't emphasize enough how great John and Alicia were - they were fun, friendly and accommodating to everyone. They really went above and beyond and we're so happy that we chose this place. We'll definitely be celebrating there again. Thanks guys!

I havent been to this place. But was expecting a walk in or daily play. Would be amazing if they started a daily play.

We've had 2 events here, and each has been great! The staff are very helpful and really take the stress out of setup/teardown. They also ensure that everything is running per schedule. All the kids had a blast, as did many adults during video dance party. We plan to have our next parties here as well.

Clean, organized and kids loved it. Only bad thing is getting rushed and pushed to wrap things up near the end.kind of spoils the fun for the party hosting parents.

And.don't forget to take your own socks.otherwise you need to pay etc.

Absolutely love Giggles. We had the pleasure of going there for a friend's birthday party and had a blast. Who knew we would have an even better time hosting our own daughters big 5th birthday!? The host, John, was super helpful throughout the whole process and helped us host our first big bash with school friends. The kids loved competing in the arcade, the little ones had a blast in the ball pit and with the cars, and everyone (including the adults) had an awesome time during the dance party. Super clean and you can't beat the price for a private party. We recommend this place for kids of all ages and all needs!

Had our twins 7th bday party with the video party, the place is clean and John and staff are very courteous and professional. We and the kids had a blast. They take care of a lot of things and let you have all the fun, they sell out fast and there is a reason for that.its Scarboroughs best kept secret for sure!

We had the best time at the playground. We didn't have to think of anything. Very organized, very clean and the kids had lots of fun. At the end when it was time to go, all of our stuff was already arranged close to the door to make it easy for us to load up the car. It was great. We really didn't have to think of anything. Highly recommend!

Been here twice now for family birthday parties. Both times were great experiences. Having the place to ourselves is amazing! Also, anything you need for a party can be purchased right on site. The foil balloons we got were priced the best through Giggles and we didn't need to run around before the party. They were waiting for us. Great parties!

They ignore emails. It’s been 3 weeks since I sent an email and no response. Once I came in to their business (way before I sent the email) and the man was so rude to me and my wife because we accidentally thought they were open for open play! We did not know they were only hosting parties all the time. I emailed them because My wife forced me to as we did not have too many options to book my little one’s birthday. I should have known better.

Came here for a birthday party and ended up booking a birthday party of our own. Staff are courteous and always available. What the kids loved was the dance party at the end of the party. The play structure is fun and there is an arcade area that costs extra. The older siblings were a bit bored but little ones (ages 2-4) had a good time. It's reasonably priced, you can bring in your own food and drinks and staff keep things running on time for you. It's great!

Amazing experience with bouncy castle rentals. John basically saved my kid's party after a very bad experience with redline promotions where they left me without a bouncy castle the day before the party. TOTALLY RECOMMEND AND WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.

What I love about this place is that it's private! - one party. You feel much safer letting your kids run around! The hosts Are great! Fun games and activities for kids and grown-ups! I highly recommend this place for your next party, and it's right off the 401! So convenient. A+

We celebrated our sons 2nd Birthday Party at Giggles Playland this April and had such an amazing experience! My son and all his guests along with the adults had a great time! The staff went ABOVE and beyond to make sure myself, my family & friends were all thoroughly taken care of. I love how the staff make a schedule to accommodate your time properly. They interact with both the adults & kids which is great! They set up everything and cleaned up everything. It was great to be able to just enjoy my sons party with all of his guests while all food prep, decorations, cake prep and so on were covered for me by staff. We also liked how the facility is on the smaller side so all parents can keep a close eye on their children even while sitting at tables. All in all, we all had an AMAZING time and will definitely be back for future parties! We couldn't thank John and his staff enough for such an amazing time! We highly recommend Giggles Playland!

Not a very great experience. My friend had her kids 4th birthday here. First of all everything is ridiculously over priced. Might as well go to Chuck E Cheese. About 30min in there was a power outage to the whole area that lasted about 20-30min. This obviously isn't the owners fault but the way he handled it was terrible. He gave her more tokens which basically added up to $40 off of a $600 party! The timetable was completely screwed up because of the power outage, the kids barely ate any of the pizza that my friend had to pay the owner extra money for due to the timetable. If he had offered $100 off we wouldn't have been so annoyed and all the parents there would have seen how amazing this guy is when it wasn't even his fault.nobody thought his offer of tokens totaling $40 was even close to generous and I don't think anybody that was there today will ever be going back again.as a personal message to the owner I'd like to say that if you were more generous the joy that that would bring parents would make them want to come back to your establishment but instead you just had a party of kids and parents see why they would never come back there again.

John (owner) and Alysia provided amazing service for my daughter’s birthday party! They are true party experts having everything I needed on hand and keeping things on schedule without feeling rushed. They went above & beyond to make sure our decorations and food were set up perfectly and even saved the day when the front of our cake got smeared! The venue is a great size with a variety of activities catering to all ages from toddlers to adults. And I loved that we didn’t have to transport balloons or chafing dishes because they were all taken care of on site! Highly recommend having your private event here with all the attention on your party! Thanks so much John, can’t wait to party plan with you again!

I had my son's birthday party last month and I can't express how much I was happy with this place. I looked at more than 25 places until I decide to choose giggle playground. Its a clean private playground and you can also bring your own food and cake. Other than place itself, John and his assistant were very helpful. They went beyond expectation and handled the party very well. Adults and kids were entertained the entire time.

Super nice service, John and his staff did an amazing job helping my daughter 1st birthday memorable, very clean and I like it private we didn't have to share the place with anyone else, like the other playplace. The kids were save the parent enjoy themselves as well. A1.

So i absolutely LOVED this place. Pictures do this place no justice what so ever! John and this team were AMAZING! Took initiative, staff were visible if i needed them. John is soo prepared he literally has everything you need just incase you forget anything. John literally made my hosting my first birthday party a memorable and easy going one. I was not stressed (ok i lied maybe in the beginning) but as everything got all set up i was able to relax and enjoy my sons party. DEFINITELY COMING BACK! Thanks John

Absolutely amazing place to host a kids birthday. Adults and kids alike were entertained the entire time. Things we forgot at home they had in stock for us to purchase. They did an incredible job helping us set up so everything looked great, and ran perfectly. They had a whole schedule and allowed me to just relinquish control and focus on my daughter's and my guests' happiness. There is no comparison to the other party places. These guys go above and beyond to make the entire process easy and we are extremely thankful for an incredible birthday for our daughter and her friends.

Pictures do not do this place justice. There's so much space for kids to play and parents to rest, food to be set up and people to eat. Highly recommend hosting your parties here. We will definitely be back again for future birthdays.

Its SUPER clean, staff is friendly, its private, no worries about other customers.your completely in control of guest list, and food (your allowed to bring your own food it's a big plus for everyone).
