Giggly Panda - Baby Spa

If I could give this no stars, I would! The Erin Mills closed down, so we tried reaching out to the Dundas branch, but they never answer the phone. After emailing Ahmed, the owner, claimed he had no clue about the closure and gave random numbers. It's disappointing how unprofessional this is. I'd advise against purchasing anything from this declining company.

We bought a package from the Erin Mills branch, but it unexpectedly closed due to a dispute with the franchisor. There was no prior notice, and I'm really let down that the head office isn't answering calls to clarify. Our only alternative now is the Dundas location, which feels quite out of the way and not the same service.

Don’t bother buying the packages here, this business is looking like a whole failure. I bought a package last week at their Erin mills location and just been notified their franchisor is closing it down. Dundas is messy and old, their new locations increased the prices. Great concept but sketchy business, stay away.

Very very poor service. I have ordered online for So oil and then I cancelled my order. It's been 5 weeks I haven't received my refund yet. I did so many calls and emails no response from them. Very disappointing

I had a bad experience with giggly panda. I was sold a package from the staffs explaining about the features. When we have completed our 2 visits. There was a policy change which was not notified to us. As a customer it should have been notified to us. Because it was sold a package. Double check before taking those packages it will save a lot of time.

We’ve been to two Giggly Panda locations and we love it. The staff are warm and attentive. The rooms are clean and has a relaxing ambience. My child had a massage, floated in the pool, nursed, and explored the space. The only improvement would be to add more staff. At our recent visit, they could have used more staff. Even though the two women working were fantastic, they needed help to attend to three clients’ needs.

Giggly Panda Mississauga is awesome! The facility is well kept, decorated in a fun and whimsical way and most importantly very clean. The staff have been consistently fantastic, caring and supportive. Hanna (Hannan) in particular really made our last visit extra special. She took special care to head to our kids, her demeanor is patient and affable. We so appreciated her kindness and she represented the location very well!

Giggly Panda - Burlington Location - was an incredible experience for my baby boy and I. I received a massage from a RMT which was FANTASTIC all the while my baby boy was enjoying the space playing with toys and enjoying the hydrotherapy in the water! 10/10 would recommend this experience for any mom, dad, guardian and babe! So much fun!

I brought my daughter here a few weeks ago and the girl at the front desk, I think her name was Jessica. Was extremely rude from the moment I walked in with my baby. She spent most of our interaction staring at her phone and at one point I over heard her call one of the children ugly then laugh about it. Otherwise clean environment. Highly suggest getting rid of that horrible receptionist.

We’ve been coming to giggly panda for over a year now. We always look forward to our visits. We usually go with my best friend and her daughter so our babies get a spa date together. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The friendliest receptionist MELIS! Hands down can’t explain how much we love seeing her on our visits. She knows our babies by name which shows that extra care of valued clients. Also the RMT my son sees mostly, YOUNGJI CHO, the best RMT! She makes my son so comfortable. Even on his not so cooperating moments, she takes great care of him and is always a great session. She’s seen him grow from 4M old to now 19M old. No complaints. We’ve purchased several packages. You have plenty of time to use the packages. We would finish them so fast, we would buy another package before the other package expired. Sadly, I’ll be going back to work fulltime so we won’t be visiting as often. Thank you Giggly Panda Dundas location for such a great experience. I highly recommend this location!

My boy LOVED it. Wish we had done this sooner! Staff was pleasant and friendly. Baby's RMT should how to massage baby's tummy to improve his bowel movement which I am grateful for.

We bought a 7 massage package from them but now they deny it. To get the massage from that package we have to struggle for half an hour and talk to their manager.

Wonderful staff and such a fun experience for your little one! Do babies need massages? Probably not, but they enjoy it and is super relaxing for both baby and you to experience. My baby loved her massage and enjoyed the big bath after. I felt very safe with Covid protocols in place, and the place was very clean.

Booked my appointment for my son at Giggly Panda about a month before the date of appointment. The morning of the appointment they call me and ask if it’s ok that another baby and his parents be in the pool with my son, I said ya of course that’s fine. 2 minutes later, giggly panda calls me back and says sorry we need you to come in at 1230 or after 3 for an appointment we booked a party of parents and babies for the pool. Haven’t even gone for my sons session yet and their already switching up his appointment the day of. Not really happy about this. I had worked around my moms schedule so she could come and now we have to go a hour earlier than original appointment or else have to rebook for another day. Clearly they aren’t booking their appointments correctly.

Nice place, clean and well maintained. Staff are kind and attentive. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because once I arrived for my hydrotherapy session, the staff in that moment decided to tell me that there would be another baby in the spa. I would have appreciated if they had mentioned that when booking my appointment or called me in advance prior to my arrival so I at least could have a heads up especially at a time of Covid.

We have been going to Giggly Panda for almost 2 years now and it has been amazing. We’ve utilized most of the services at this location and they’ve all been top notch. All of the staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience. The facility is really bright, clean and kid friendly.

Dr. Maheen Andleeb has been treating the whole family for our chiropractic needs. She’s a great chiropractor and takes the time to really understand what’s going on. She has made a big difference with our overall wellness.

I would recommend to not fall for packages which they offer. Combo package for 5 or 10 massage. Firsr they charge you upfront for everything and then if you fail to cancel an appointment within 48 hours then they will count and penalize from the money you paid.

I took my 8 months old boy to this place for massage and hydrotherapy, he thoroughly enjoyed the 1hr session and the massage therapist was great. The place, specially the pool was very neat and hygienic. We are definitely going back to this place and explore all the available services

Exceptional service at the spa. Alessia (the massage therapist) accommodated us even with a crying toddler. She was able to provide the massage and gave some great tips for our son's health.

The owner is such a dedicated hardworking women and very passionate about kids. Loved the service and personalization with the service. All of the employees were so accommodating especially in time of covid. We're so grateful and happy for the experience.

I booked an appointment for my two kids and drove an hour from Milton just to hear that my kids doesn’t have an appointment. The front desk then advised to do hydrotherapy and I said I am okay with it but she said it will not be covered under insurance! The reason I came here is because my friend referred me here and she said it will be covered under EHB. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. This business isn’t organized at all. What a mess. Wasted our time.

Had a Wonderful experience with my 8 month old. The place is well equipped and most importantly clean and hygienic. The staff were very friendly and they are good at managing the ge kids. I will go back for sure.

Today is our second spa session for my 7month old. She enjoyed a lot both the times. Very good experience staff is very friendly. The lady who does massage always makes sure if baby is comfortable and other staff keep checking as well. We loved it and keep visiting often.

I recently took my daughter for a massage and waters. We had a very positive experience. The staff is massage therapists are great and very personable. Reasonably priced.

The overall location is good but could be renovated. The spa water was leaking which caused all my socks to get wet. Also the play area is very simple with very few toys.

When I was on parental leave I took my son here every week. Not only was it relaxing for him but also for me. The staff are very hands on and friendly and they do their best to give both the parent and tot a relaxing experience.

Mes jumeaux de 18 mois ont adoré l’experience! L’espace est grand, beau et bien aménagé. Pendant que le 1er avait son massage l’autre été occupé dans l’espace jeux prévu á cet effet ce qui me permettait de pouvoir naviguer aisément entre les deux. Avec l’aide du personnel qui était très disposé à me donner un coup de main.
Ils ont par la suite pu profiter du spa tous les deux. C’etait une belle façon pour nous de célébrer le réveillon. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter très bientôt.

AMAZING place to take baby for a relaxing time! I have taken my now 1 yr old daughter here multiple times since she was 6 months old. We live in Brampton but this is well worth the trip for us. This spa is meticulously clean and the service by the massage therapists, front desk staff and "pool helpers" is absolutely beyond compare. The management is very caring and wants all customers to have the best experience possible. I will be bringing my daughter back here again until she is 2 years old (the age limit for the big pool) Thank you so very much to all the staff at this location for giving my daughter many wonderful experiences with massage and swimming, we look forward to our next visit! I highly recommend their services to anyone: o)

I have taken my twins here for Chiropractic wellness assessment and was very impressed with the care they have received. The Chiropractor here is very knowledgeable and was able to address our questions and developed a comprehensive treatment plan for the twins. The spa staff are very friendly and it is a great environment to bring your baby to relax and enjoy some fun time whether it's in the pool or a massage.
