So me and my family came here this morning to have our breakfast then out to shopping. What a disapointment to the start of our day. The food we ordered was not hot my mother had to send something back right away it wasnt to her liking which took about 5 minutes to come back to our table should have been sooner staff was lazy out service was shotty refills didnt come around like normal so i put my cup up on the ledge and the waiter passed it by 4 times and finally i said something and he then came to check on us also i dont like watching the owner of the restaurant sit on his butt in the corner of the room on his latop it just felt like a lazy environment with poor food quality. We like it better when the ladies are working everything is better then.

One of the Waitress melissa, was rude and sarcastic. Was rushing us all the time, keep mentioning that she gave us the bill already. We were there not even for 30 minutes. Worst breakfast ever.

My girlfriend and I decided to pop in here for breakfast on a recent motorcycle trip we were on in the area.
This place was open earlier than most others, the service was quick and friendly. Convenient location right downtown. I had the Eggs Benedict with peameal bacon, and my girlfriend had the Grand slam (I believe it was called). Everything was cooked perfectly, hollandaise sauce was good, and the home fried potatoes were on point. Decent value for the buck, nothing fancy, but a good old school breakfast joint vibe.

The food was great! My toddler ate 3 pancakes haha he couldn't get enough! The women working there were so nice to us, we had a group of 8 and showed up at a busy time on the weekend and they made room to accommodate us!

By far the worst place to eat in Leamington. Went in for a bite to eat and encountered a KAREN waitress.its a wonder that they are still open. I will tell everyone about this disgusting restaurant and its staff, and management.

Super cute diner/restaurant. We ate breakfast here and enjoyed all of our options. Friendly service and atmosphere!

This restaurant came highly recommended by a fishing charter and they were right good food and great coffee

Its like one of the best family restaurants in town. Great service, friendly staff, affordable pricing and good food.

Food was decent, but be careful with the coffee as refills are charged at full price regardless if it’s a full cup or just topping it up (i.e. My cup was 1/3 empty). Would’ve been great if we could be told before refilling.

I’m a fan of Diner type restaurants with traditional comfort food menu’s and this place has not disappointed. Fast friendly service and all of the dishes I’ve had so far have been excellent. It’s not a shiny new found everywhere cookie cutter franchise restaurant. It has character and that’s what also makes it great. Best coleslaw north of Miami!

Came through Leamington Ontario to one of the nicest restaurants and towns I've been in. The server there was absolutely a charm making sure not just that my wife and I were comfortable but also our service dog. Thank you so much

To try and eat, while listening to what I think was the owner just sit behind the cash screaming and insulting an employee that she hadn't stopped serving customers to make a call for him to a supplier, that if she didn't stop everything now she could consider herself fired. It was no where near a good atmosphere by any imagination.

Adorable restaurant in downtown Leamington food was delicious and came out quickly despite having a large group. Very impressive and great experience!

Hot home made-like meals.delicious! And super friendly folks.like eating at your favorite Aunt's.

Not bad. A little pricy, but my wife and I shared our meals. I guess when you look at the price of even McDonald's food, it was ok!

Stopped in for breakfast, food was delicious. Home fries alone I would come back for. Service came with a smile, will be back for sure.

Went for breakfast today very busy had to wait but the food was awesome the waitress was great only problem is we had only sat there 45 min was just finishing looking for our last cup of coffee and man on the front counter come over and ask us to leave because he need the booth for someone else so we left. Not happy never been asked to leave so some else can have our booth sorry not going back BAD customer service

Nice little restaurant with edible food. Nothing to phone home about, but certainly not a bad place.

Lovely spot for a delicious breakfast. Service was great and menu was good price. It was so cozy sitting by the window while watching the busy streets and enjoying a meal
