Gino's Pizza, Port Credit

Everything was amazing, we got half pepperoni and half veggie. I think we were the last delivery order in 2023!

Ordered uber eats here and the driver cancelled. Food was ready so I drove down to get it and the ginos pizza girl refused to release the food to me. I asked her to call uber and check and she refused. She would rather throw an entire order in the garbage even though I came in person to pick it up.

The pizza was delicious, one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The staff was really friendly, specially Aris. She was really sweet and welcoming.

Staff and service was really good. I had best pizza of my life and also chicken leg, must go and please try

I just had the best Pizza of my life at the Gino’s Pizza Port credit location.
The employees are so welcoming and would provide you with the best service. This is going to be my go-to pizza place from now on.

I used to order from Gino's all the time. I was so excited when I discovered this location until I found an entire plastic straw in my pizza. Very disappointed. Must have fallen into the flour or something.

Ordered from skip the dishes.asked for extra pizza sauce.they put so little pizza sauce that you would think there's no pizza sauce. I asked for cheddar cheese as a topping and there was barely any on it let alone regular cheese. Whoever made my pizzas last night did a horrible job. Will never be ordering from this location ever again. It'd an embarrassment that they call themselves a pizza shop.

The pizza I ordered from this place was delicious and served according to my taste. The toppings were fresh with the right amount of spice and sauce. The pizza was delivered hot and the service person was very friendly and amicable. The cheese cake and the chicken wings are a must to try add-one. I would recommend this shop if you have a pizza appetite.

Great pizza and was my go to place in PC. Now after ordering on a Friday night at 10: 45 and told delivery time would be 40 minutes, it didn't arrive until 12: 10 and was warm at best. I didn't get an apology or anything. I even had to let the driver know it took that long and all he could say is they are busy. I guess I will be busy next time I order a pizza and not call here. Good luck!

Probably one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. This Gino's chain is awesome, shout out to Victor for recommending some of their favorites gourmet pizza selections. 5 thumbs up

The owner is an amazing person and cares so much for each of his customers. I seen him deliver pizzas to our front line workers and support his local area. Please visit Ginos pizza at his location and support him too!

Had gone to this place with my son. Their pizza was really good, my son enjoyed it. Their staff at that time was very kind and polite. While most restaurants charge high for drinks theirs is very reasonable. The place was clean and food was great. Would definitely recommend.

Recently ordered large number of Pizzas from here for an event, it arrived on time. The Pizzas were still hot. They provided cutlery and extra dipping without asking. For sure will order again.

If cheap horrible pizza is what you are looking for this is your place. We got a good pizza from here once. Tried to make it our go to place. The 2nd time it took 2 hours for delivery. Tonight drove out to pick it up. Got home AND WORST PIZZA EVER has next to zero cheese on a medium. Rediculous!

Horrible experience ordering from this place. I ordered 4 Monster Energy Drinks (my only reason for choosing this place as I needed them for studying) and decided to get a small pizza with artichoke hearts and jalapeno peppers as well. When the delivery guy arrived he informed me that they were running low on Monster Energy and brought orange juice instead. The delivery was through Foodora so I didn't get angry with him as it wasn't his fault. I told him just to keep the orange juice, I have a whole jug at home. But I was a little curious as to why they didn't contact me to inform me of the switch as many restaurants I've placed orders at have before.
As if this wasn't annoying enough when I ate the first piece of pizza it was super greasy, way too many jalapenos, very thin and weirdly salty and funny tasting. When I looked closer I saw they put not artichoke but ANCHOVIES on my pizza!
I respect all peoples palettes but I'm a vegetarian and my dad has an anaphylactic allergy to fish. So I was thoroughly angry and grossed out.
Save yourself the time and money, just go to another pizza place. Clearly it was someone new, or maybe the entire team there just pops LSD before making pizzas.

It was great pizza! All I had to do was eat it in 4 weeks.gets a bit mouldy after the first week but honestly it's just cheese so like cut it away? Pizza to go! Stays fresh for weeks bud

Have ordered here multiple times, but the one night that we ordered and had several people over at our house they "lost our order" and only advised after two hours. The person at the store admitted it but no apology at all and no offer to reduce the price, basically just asked "do you still want the order"? I'm extra insulted considering all the money we have spent at this store. NEVER AGAIN!

First time ordering pizza here and it was horrible. Two toppings of chicken looked like dusting of chicken, not a generous portion at all. Everyone was pretty disappointed since we were looking forward to trying a new pizza place. Definitely not going back or recommending this place.

They basically have the best chicken apund port credit and very polite staff as well. Will definitely come back

Staff whom serve foods and specially whom make the pizza MUST have a training on USING GLOVES -for sake of God. We sat for 10 min inside the store.from spreading the bread to add chicken-olives and.just BARE HANDS! Now he is using the calculator and now cell phone!

The best pizza place in Ontario great delivery sauce and toppings are the best this will always be my favourite pizza place and it’s usually fast 10/10

Service was poor, ordered a walkin special was told it would be 15min when I came back I saw the employee put my pizza in to cook, I was then told it would be an additional 3min ended up waiting another 15min.

Picked up an order and the staff were friendly and fast. Ordered a vegetation, a meat lovers, and a Canadian pizza. Food was good.

I just ordered from this location through SkipTheDishes and my SO and I will not be ordering from this location ever again. We ordered 4 things: 2 large pizzas, 1 order of garlic sticks and 1 order of flavoured bites. For my pizza as well as the garlic sticks, I specifically asked for no cheese as I have a dairy allergy as well as no garlic butter on the bread for the same reason.

Well, clearly someone wasn't able to read because my pizza had cheese on it and the garlic sticks definitely weren't plain. I wasn't asking for no cheese just because, I have an allergy. You should be paying attention to notes people write on their orders. I can understand now why this place is so poorly rated on Skip (6.9) in comparison to the other 3 locations. We definitely will be ordering from somewhere else going forward.

Awful customer service, pizza came late and they couldn't give me a refund to my credit card apparently "not an option" come on its 2019, technology allows it!

Then when speaking to the supervisor he hung up on me.like so rude.

Where's the customer service now a days!

Plus my delivery was 25 mins late and they only offered me a $8 store credit towards my next order.you think I will order from Gino's again?

Amazing service and quality! This place have changed a lot since my last visit. It’s one of the cleanest pizza franchise I’ve ever seen. Great ambience and very courteous staff. Would definitely go back!

I placed a big order for a work meeting and was very pleased with the service and quality of food. The pizzas were delicious and our delivery came on time. Highly recommend the spinach and feta special. Will order again next time we have a work meeting over pizza!

Always loaded with toppings, generous with the cheese, actual cuts of meat and not just crumbs, or minced. Good quality, hot and very quick. Everytime we get our food in 20-25 minutes max. Very friendly anf professional service, nice clean location. Our number one for delivery. Definitely a recommended place for your pizza craving!
