Gino's Pizza

Decent place to get your pizza. Not all toppings are great but could be varying between person to person. The cost of food is reasonable compared to other pizza shops.

Big thank you to the manager harnoor singh, he was able to fulfill a large company order. Very happy with the result and pizza was amazing!

Humble staff, specialy the Amritdhari sardar guy he is soo humble and professional. He always make sure that everyone got the order on time.

Gino’s pizza under new management is phenomenal and I loved the taste and texture of the pizza, fresh ingredients and sauces are real good. Exceptional customer service is always a plus this location has. I recommend everyone to visit this location.

I visited this place today worst experience. Never going to return. The girl over there dont know how to speak. I have order small tandoori pizza not satisfied with taste and quality.

Management has changed. And it's obvious. Quality of Service has taken a hit. I've been in the Malton area for years. This has been my spot of choice for pizza for the family.

But after the service I received over the phone and then at the store, I won't be returning. Sorry to say.

Product was good. Females in the store are what are carrying the store right now. But the guys have a bit to learn about taking orders and service.

New upgrades to the store may look nice, but don't let it cool you. Hopefully they treat you better than they did with me on my visit.

I really miss the previous staff. So will my little girl. It's just not the same. Hope this changes for their sake.

Today I bought a pizza on walk in for 8.99 which I taught was good for the price, one topping, medium pizza, but after trying this pizza at home it was the worst, it was dry and the dough was stiff an rubbery.what a waste of money, so disappointed. I had to throw it out, my dinner ruined.

I recently had a visit to this store and my experience with customer service and food was so great. Highly recommended for all pizza lovers.

I went to this store tonight after a long time. The new management has worked wonders at this place. Everything from customer service to Pizza quality is top notch now. All our future orders will be from this location only.

There are many pizza stores in GTA but it's about the taste and the way they are made. Awesome service, very good taste, really recommended

I've been coming to this shop since it opened in the summer of 2001.when it first opened the pizza was amazing.always had friendly staff. As of recent things took a turn for the worst. The quality of the pizza is horrible. Went in last week took a look at what's on display and I was so disgusted I didnt buy anything. Wont be coming back unless I see some changes I wouldn't care if they shut down

Worst pizza. There was no extra cheese in the pizza while I told her to put extra cheese in it. Also, the sauce in it was nil and not even look like a regular sauce.

I have had pizza from this location numerous times over the years. This is the first ever that I was so disappointed with the food. I don't know if these are new owners, but it was not thoroughly cooked. You could see that the dough was not cooked properly. So disappointing, especially when you are hungry, and a waste of money. Definitely not going back there, and not recommending anyone to go

Order butter chicken pizza. Got overloaded onions on it. Dough was very hard and even it was not cooked well. Wastage of pizza, time and money also.

There's a fatty punjabi girl in afternoon shift she don't have manners to treat the customers such a rude lady i have ever seen owner should teach her lesson

Pizza was revolting. Absolutely terrible quality. I'm never going to buy from this place again. Gino's was better a few years ago. Now it's gone downhill.

Quality of food was horrible. Dough was undercooked, not tasty at all and ice cold, dipling sauce was leaking. I called store, lady who answered call said, call customer service and customer service said call the store, we can't do anything. No one want to be held accountable for poor quality of food.so disgusting, I Don't recommend this place, better try another pizza store.

Pizza was so yummy, even though the premise was not very tidy. Service was great. They offer silces of xtralarge pizza. One of them is good enough as a meal.

Love their Pizza. I chose sundried tomatoes, grilled red peppers and olives. My friend introduced me to Gino's with this flavor and I went there craving for the second time and oh! Boy it did not disappoint me. I would definitely recommend to try it

Good job, took longer than usual time for order but well cooked. I got diced onion on my pizza instead of those normal sliced one, liked it.

The girl at the front was super helpful and great. I cancelled and reordered and she was so appropriate and professional! Hope the pizza is good too:)

Worst service I've had by far I order at 12: 45 was told 15-20 mins so I arrived at 1: 00 they told me 10 minutes but I waited till 1: 25 for my order

Worst place to eat pizza in Malton. Unhygenic, unprofessional and uneducated females who are interested more in gossiping rather than serving customers and delay orders intentionally so that customers opt out of store at the loss of owner. The staff keeps store very dirty and they never wear head masks and wear poor quality dirty gloves. They abuse owner in punjabi and shirk work. No value for money and wastage of time.

Worst pizza ever. Employees very unprofessional. They don't even wear gloves. They don't even speak English when customer is around.

I have been to a few Gino's Pizza and like their product. I liked this store's selection of Gourmet Slices so I had Butter Chicken. The staff was friendly and noticed they follow normal handwashing procedures after handling money.
The pizza taste was "ok" could have had more chicken on it and warmed a little more however the crust was hard and it tasted as if the slice was heated up and cooled down several times.

Went there last night, and what a horrible experience!

The girls were arguing about an order that was made, and screwed up. The customer came to get their pizza, and the girls had to remake it all together!

When my slice was ready, they dropped the food container on the floor, then picked it up as nothing happened and tried to serve it to me. After i stopped them, she tosses it aside and aaid she didn't intend on using it. She then switches my container, and puts the dirty one on the shelf to serve to someone else. I was overly disgusted, and baffled how these people work in a food industry
