Gino's Pizza

The pizza is good but they close way too early! Does management like losing money? Cause you're literally located right beside a college.

Always a great option for weekend pizza.never disappoints! …and if a slice or 2 survives the night, It makes an excellent breakfast!

Easily the worst pizza in London. Slices are stale and have such little toppings that your slice is mostly just dough with enough sauce to make it red. 0/5 stars, avoid this place, do not spend your money on this absolutely disgusting trash pizza.

Affordable pizza. The quality does tend to be touch and go dependant on who prepares the pizza. Its not bad for a quick dinner option but is not a delectable culinary experiance by all means. Quick, cheap easy fast food is the best way to describe it. You can choose from specialty pizzas, panzerotti, wings, combos or just a slice or two for lunch. They do offer a rewards card get your 10th slice free, just snag a card from the counter right next to the register. You have the option to order online for pick up or delivery, call or order in person in store. They accept cash, credit and debit in person and online. Closes rather early for a pizza place, I would think they would remain open until at least midnight on BOTH Friday and Saturday at least.

It’s decent. My Italian ancestors would not be happy about that but it’s honestly not too bad! Good crust & sauce. I’m not sure what cheese these pizza places uses but I know it’s not real that my only problem really. Staff are always super nice & friendly! Fast service as well!

Employees trained to lie here…. When ordering they won’t tell you what would cost extra and after you pay you realize the total is more than what you see on their menu!

Tried to do the No Contact Delivery as advertised on Gino's website. Went through the whole ordering process only to pay with these three options

1. CASH
2. CEEDIT AT THE DOOR
3. DEBIT AT THE DOOR FOR $1 MORE

Called the order line and they couldn't help and the was passed onto the customer service department who thought we might need to start the order process all over again.

I mentioned that this is truly not a customer service friendly process. She didn't really care to hear the feedback. I went through the process again and had the same issues even when we clicked on the No Contact Ordering. I think they just want you to go down the path and give in. I am extreamly disappointed in the online navigation and the customer service that I recived. I feel for the local franchisees who pays good money for these services that are less than adequate is unfair.

I wish they has just tried to help me out in this process.

My Dominos pizza hit the spot and their app is super simple to use. It allows you to prepay leave a tip and provides delivery instructions.

Ordered off of skip the dishes and was quite disappointed. Delivery was 3.4 kms away and pizza arrived slightly warm.the spinach they used was previously frozen clumps and the feta I ordered was barely a sprinkle. If you’re looking for average pepperoni pizza I’m sure this place would fit the bill. Unfortunately not what I was hoping for.

I believe that Gino's pizza is the best one as compared to Domino's as well as pizza hut because it is quit delicious and the aroma of pizza is tempting.

Awful food, my girlfriend and I found 2 large strains of hair in our food and the restaurant wouldn’t even admit to fact that there is hair in a baked and fried panzerotti! Awful management and they will definitely be reported to health and safety

My go to place for slices. I love how crispy their pepperoni gets, muah! Perfection indeed. Do yourself a favor and pass by when you get a chance.

You know, it's just kind of a college pizza place however, I have never had a disappointing meal from there. Adequate toppings, and it shows up in a reasonable time. They have good prices for what you get. Would I sooner have a 1984 Eastown pizza, who wouldn't, but if you don't want to spend the Frank and Gus money, this pizza will get you there.

The phone service here is insanely rude. Made to feel very stupid when ordering. Wouldn’t recommend calling for delivery. Not sure if it was this gino’s or the call centre but the phone service was disrespectful and unacceptable.

Excellent service every time I am in! Always remembers which dipping sauce I prefer without asking and the staff is always super friendly. Not to mention the high quality of pizza every time!

The reason we love this place so much is because of the the amazing pizza and the costumer service! They are so kind and we don't get the "I hate my job" attitude. They are cheerful on the phone and in person. I totally recommend this place as it is our only pizza place we go to!

Amazing experience last night! I got a slice of Hawaïen and my boyfriend got Meat Lovers & Hawaïen! We loved them both Plus the lady working there was extremely cheerful and nice! It was a great experience! ️

Combos for 5.75$. A slice, sauce and a coke. Best way to fill your tummy after lectures. Available in veg and non veg options. Go and try it. Amazing taste.

Great deal for some great pizza. $5.75 after tax for a big 2piece slice, a bottle of pop, and a dipping sauce. Unlike other pizza places they are always well stocked with 6-8 slice options, even at lunch and busy times.

A great tasting pizza at a really good price. I buy from Gino's at least once a week. The location on Oxford and Second is fantastic with very friendly staff ready to fulfill orders cheerfully. I often get the slice combo myself at just under six dollars that includes a very large slice, dipping sauce and a beverage. You just can't find these great deals anymore, except from semi-local establishments like Gino's.

Always on time, fresh toppings, pizza is piping hot on arrival and delicious, the delivery driver is kind and polite and the web site is easy to navigate through for online orders

Food is good but no good dealing. Always rude and no smile while talking to customer. They should learn how to make customers feel happy. Should also explain if customer is asking for good deals. The staff was eating food at the counter while taking order.

The year was 1992. My friends and I would run from FDR over to Gino's for lunch. A jumbo slice and a pop cost $2.13 (tax in). We were 10 years old and weren't supposed to leave school grounds. But Gino's had just gotten a new arcade game the likes of which we'd never seen: Mortal Kombat. We pumped innumerable quarters into that amazing game while chowing down on humongous pepperoni slices. Later that year the Blue Jays won the World Series. What a time we had! Thanks Gino's!

Pizza is great ofcourse. However, the experience the staff supplies the customer does not warrant 5 stars. Try smiling more. But as I said, the pizza will taste great, and the combo they offer will not break your wallet.

Place always has the freshest pizza! So many different slices to choose from always available on walk in! Best pizza spot hands down! Only pizza my family eats

Delivery driver slammed his door open on my vehicle 3 times in a row and marked my car. My fiance got angry with him, and the delivery driver laughed and told him to piss off. Most likely putting this through insurance as we snagged a photo of his plate. He’s lucky my fiance didnt knock this guy out as much as he wanted to. I wanted to slam my door on his ignorant head.

This place has good pizza and pop for a reasonable price and in a convenient location to work. However, I take issue with their packaging for take-out; however much as it can keep the slice warm, it is still excessive for a quickly consumed ware. That said, they do have a smaller and simpler tray version for at-location eating that can be used instead. Be sure to tell them that you would prefer it to prevent creating more garbage than you have to.
