Gino's Pizza

We were staying in hotel across road and ordered take out. We liked it so much that we ordered it a second night too. One of the best pizzas we've had! Real bacon, not fatty, other excellent toppings, crust just right and tasted good. Good price too.

Ordered thin crust well done.
Got fat crust barely cooked.
Absolutely tasteless pizza.
Got hung up on twice while ordering.

When we go to Niagara Falls Canada, we always order in a pizza from Gino's. One of the best pizzas in Niagara Falls.

My boyfriend and I go once a week and ask for light sauce pizza and never have I once gotten a pizza with light sauce

Always the quintessential Gino's. Great job! Hats off to the always grossly understaffed employees that work harder then they should have to. Another example of greedy owners who the minimum wage employees take the fall in the end. Great job staff, take that ethic and move on up.

Used to be our go to for years. Stopped buying here about a year or so ago now because of poor sanitary reasons. Also, skimp on the toppings. Very unfortunate.

Great staff and fast service. Pizza tasted amazing as well. Friendly people that love to chat and naturally have a warm and welcoming personality.

The food is not too delicious. Its not cooked properly. The dough seems to very old. Not tasty overall. We ordered two party size trays which I think is waste of money.

My new pizza place of choice! Although the Brueshetta bread was questionable. Just a bunch of tomato chunks and onions laid over top of garlic bread. Was like a salad on top of bread and all just fell off.

The owner is a person of care and compassion, there was an order mixup and he completely rectified the situation above and beyond, if you’re looking to get tasty pizza with a lovely and welcoming shop this is the place to buy! We order Gino’s all the time at least twice a month. We are a family of 5 with 3 small children tonight we ordered online at 4: 59pm, it said the order should be ready in 45 min. At the one hour marker my wife called was placed on hold and then hung up on. She called back placed on hold and hung up on. 3rd time we are told the order should be there in 20min. And the woman said there was nothing she could do the pizza was already on the road. The pizza arrived at 6: 37pm. And it’s a Wednesday night. I had gone out and gotten the kids McDonald’s when she she said 20min. I guess I was right to assume she was lying. This is our last Gino’s order ever. They did nothing for us, not even an apology. If this message will prevent at least one customer from going back to Gino’s then I feel have have been reimbursed.

I’m giving them a two star only because they used to be really good, & they’re friendly. But something has clearly changed. The last 5 orders have been a disappointment, and twice they gave me a pizza that was old, not hot & fresh, & hard. Probably gave me a cancelled order where someone didn’t show up for it. Instead of placing order through call centre, I walked in to say things haven’t been same & politely asked them to add a little more sauce. I thought this would guarantee me a better pizza. Came back 30 minutes later, per their instruction, drove home, and pizza was the worst ever! Not hot, not fresh, it was tough like old bread. They clearly didn’t even start my my order because they had an old one they had to get rid of sitting around. Money wasted again, and for last time. Too many pizza joints around to put up with these shenanigans. Lost a loyal customer. I don’t know if it’s new management or what problem is.

School pizza day is very important for our little ones, and it's a shame that 4 little kids are going to be left out on pizza day, I contacted this location 3 time left my number to make sure my kids wouldn't be left out of pizza day, and Noone returned my called spoke yo the owners sister who assured me I eill be contacted by her brother, I called 11am this morning no call back. Way to go Gino's pizza

This pizza store is the bomb I haven’t had Gino’s for awhile and this is my new pizza place it was so good the pizzas had that lil crunch on the crusts and it was perfect the garlic bread was so good too they are not cheap with the toppings either great job guys

The service was great! Sarah was very pleasant and friendly. She had such a great personality. The Pizza was so delicious.

Way better than any Gino's pizza in London Ontario. The crust is amazing and the the toppings are fresh. The London Gino's flat cardboard pizza is horrible, learn from this location in Niagara Falls.

The pizza is very nice. Good texture, perfect amount of grease. The prices are amazing compared to many other pizza chains. I recommend Gino's Pizza.

Food handling was so bad I left the pizza I already paid for, I wouldn't eat it of feed it ti my family, it was left open next to the register while people paid and came and ordered, random people and money being passed over my pizza

Visiting from Hamilton where a. Gino's Hawaiian slice is $4.20 taxes included. They charged me $5.75 for the same slice. They stated it was a 3 topping slice. Too expensive.

The pizza is always so good and the staff is very friendly. I’m always happy with my pizza from here.

I’m editing my old review, we’ve been in several times and the pizza has always been gross. Different staff who don’t seem to care as much.

This is the saddest pizza and wings I have ever seen! You used to have the best in the city.what happened to the old Ginos we used to love?

My wife ordered pizza for my 3 year old and I while she was away and it was fantastic! Great delivery service and great pizza. This was a heart shaped pizza. Can't wait to have it again.
