Gino’s Pizza is fantastic pizza. We order yummy pizza there 2x per month. They are always friendly, respectful and kind! Highly recommended:)

Last night i visited the store and two extra large pizza, the service was pretty great and the food was very delicious.

TRASHHHHH! Wanted to try something new and ordered food here. Asked for everything well done and as soon as I got home I had to cook everything more in the oven. Worst food ever

I find everything best there. Its available for pickup, dine in and delivery. They do online, oncall, uber, door dash, skip applications access too where we can order. Give fast service and not expensive its moderate.
They have a new item popper rolls. I will suggest everyone to try it. Its so delicious.

Friendly staff and delicious pizza. I had a thin medium pepperoni dine in napkins were available and a pop. Its a small location but there is seating and tables so you can kick back and enjoy your meal and whatever. Hope this helps!

Very unprofessional. Tried calling several times after I was hung up on in the middle of my order. They also do not answer the phone in a professional manner. Score of one is too high

I ordered in advance and it arrived on time - BUT the garlic bites were burnt and my medium pizza was RAW in the middle. When I tried to get the order remade through their customer service I was told AFTER sending pictures that although they would replace it they would need the store owners approval who they couldn’t reach. After two hours I was finally offered a refund but again they needed the store owner’s approval- who they still couldn't reach. After speaking with a lovely manager, Kyle (who did his best to help me) i am still no closer to having issue resolved. Do better GINO’s - this was a horrible experience! Do not use this store.

Ordered pizza, they forgot to put some toppings, not cooked properly, row dough but on side looks good, after first slice complained them, but they refused to make new or refund, requested to talj to manager, they transfer to owner of location, he said to wait 1 hour, so he will inspect pizza, i refused then he became abusive yelling and threatened, will try to reach headquarter, but avoid this location is better than nightmare

This place is dirty and falling apart. I wouldn’t trust them with my food. Avoid at all cost!

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! AVOID AT ALL COST! We placed an order for a pizza and everyone who consumed this junk got food poisoning and fell extremely ill. The pizza dough and the toppings seemed like they were days old and tasted rubbery. When I contacted the store the day, the girl over the phone tried to blame me saying that I had a sensitive stomach and that my taste buds aren’t used to the spices they use. I ordered the paneer pizza (and I’m Indian so I eat spices on a daily basis) so that was a joke. She said the manager will reach out to me and I have received no communication on their end. This place is trying to get away with selling garbage and they have zero sense of customer service. If you own a business and made a mistake, it’s your responsibility to fix it, especially where other peoples health is concerned. I’m reporting this place to the health and safety board of Ontario as this location should be shut down.

I've been waiting 90 minutes for my pizza after placing an order via phone. No one has showed up. When I call No one answers the phone and their voice-mail is not set up. I call the 310-4466 customer service line and report it and she tells me because I ordered directly from the store there's nothing she can do but call them because I should be taking this up with the location manager.

Delivery person eventually showed up 90 minutes after the order was placed and asked for a tip. Wdf.
