Gino's Pizza

Very skimpy with their toppings! Especially with their cheese. I basically had a hard flat bread topped with tons of tomato sauce, some cheese and a few pieces of chicken here and there. It did not feel like I am eating a pizza. It's a shame that this location is very skimpy with their toppings, otherwise all other Gino's I've been too have always loaded up the pizza with all your toppings.

We ordered from motel 2.7 km from place
Was told 45 min it showed up 2 hours cold
Couldn’t find motel and said phone number didn’t work
We used hotel number
Food cold made us pay full price but was good quality dough

Lunch was good and everybody was happy. Will order again in the future. The delivery guys, his name is Sunny was patiently waiting for me to take the food. Great service.

Excellent service and food is always fresh, my family loves getting pizza from here. Staff is so courteous and friendly. They have halal options too. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

This location always makes amazing pizza and the staff are always so friendly. I usually see Bharat in the evenings. Super friendly and helpful.

I was trying to make an order for delivery. I have a speech impediment and everytime i would stutter…i would just get put on hold…very disrespectful

Bad costumer service, I asked for one Indian style spicy and one regular. They made both the same and I asked which was spicy and they had wrote on one of the boxes spicy but they didn’t add any
spice to it.

After trying pizza from various pizza chains across Mississauga/Toronto, I thought of giving Gino’s a try. Placed my order 1 hr before pickup. I was asked various options to choose from if the pizza base should be thick or thin crust, what kind of sauce, toppings etc and the pizza was made as they would make any other pizza, no difference between a thick crust and thin crust, some toppings were missed, the pizza was soggy by the time I arrived home which was within 5 min. The pizza lacked taste and it was one of the most tasteless pizza I have ever had

They have good walk -in specials which are worth the price. They are generous with the toppings and have good halal options as well.
Pizza bread is too good, soft and remains the same next day as well even if you microwave.
I am happy with services and walkin specials plus generiosity with the toppiings. We always take halal peproni and tandoori pizzas.
I would like them to introduce new flavors like chicken tikka and malai boti.

The pizza and wings arrived late, cold and the driver didn't bring the machine. They would not deduct any money from the bill. Worst customer service ever.

I ordered 8 wings from this place. When I got it, it was not wings and they were tiny chicken pieces. And 2 of them were not even chicken. They were just the dough shaped into chicken pieces. Horrible service. Never order from here.

One of the best pizza store, the customer service over there is even amazing and the taste of pizza is awesome. Every person who is fond of having pizza must visit over there.

Had the worst customer service at this place.
There was a topping not available and the guy in the store conveniently ignored asking/ putting a replacement all the time while I was on store. On asking, I was rudely told that they do not keep corn across Gino's pizza chain. Was rudely told again that: -It doesn't matter if I out 4 or 5 toppings, you would be charged the same.
Then had to spend 15 mins inside store talking to customer care all the while pizza got cold.

I wouldn't recommend this specific location, Gino's has amazing quality but the service from Twain Ave tonight was very. Unfortunate.

We waited over an hour for our order and when we called, apparently our delivery was delayed because the driver got pulled over. Then when the food arrived, it was cold on top of the driver expecting cash, even though we said we were paying debit. They suggested e-transfer.

Calling in again, they wanted to give us store credit instead of a discount due to the poor service. We aren't unreasonable, the situation was just too bizarre. Whoever we spoke to wanted us to still pay in full and come to pay because the driver forgot a machine. The poor problem solving was unsatisfactory, they complicated things.
