Every two weeks I visit this location on my way home to Hamilton. It's the only Gino's that in my opinion is still really good. The staff are lovely and the pizza is amazing. ANYWAY, yesterday I lost my wallet after leaving there. I called them, they didn't see it. Tonight as I was making dinner I had 4 missed calls from them, THEY HAVE MY WALLET! I am going to pick it up right now and am over the moon excited and impressed with them for getting ahold of me! Thank you all for your great pizza, kind service, and going above and beyond for your customers!
I used to order Gluten Free pizza from here. Always okay eating here. Had been a while. Yesterday, I ordered but it is bad. Stomach problem. The dough is not right. Don’t order gluten free pizza here anymore.
Ordered an XL tandoori pizza extra spicy, get L pizza with regular sauce and the pizza was on sweeter side (don't know why, if it was mixed with other sauce). If I am spending 27 bucks, I should get what I requested for. Would not recommend.
I have placed my last order here. They must have changed management because the pizza is awful. I ordered a large on regular crust with 5 ingredients with 1 being extra cheese. I also asked for extra sauce. The crust was so thin and hard. You could not tell there was cheese let alone the extra cheese that I paid for and barely any sauce. That’s it…not wasting my money there anymore!
Usually go to Gino’s pizza but this location I purchased a pizza that came thin in some areas and super thick in other areas. Hardly any cheese, when I called in to let them know my issue she told me sorry we are busy.
Ps the chicken topping tastes like rubber. This must be some processed chicken mixed with bread crumbs of some sort.
I went in for a hot and ready and waited for 20+ minutes while the staff stood in the eating cake? The young girl who worked the register ended up making the pizza? Terrible service!
