Gino's Pizza

This is now my favourite pizza place mainly because of their location (100m from my home). Not only this, but the employees are polite, they've never messed up my order (so far), and they are very quick and organized. I still remember the very first time ordering a pizza and how much i was in Awe with their pizza crust. Like literally impressed. Before, I'd never really put much thought into it, but when it comes to how their pizza dough tastes, it puts their pizzas into a league of their own.

Great pizza at a great price, our go to when in town for sure. Pizza sizes are still proper size large size is like a XL from dominos, XL is a proper XL. Yum.

Love their pizza, especially the traditional and bbq sauce together with pepperoni toppings

Good food, slow service & inaccurate times.double the time they tell you and you might only have to wait 5 mins when you get there.

Updating my one star review because the ownership has changed some time ago and we’ve been going here occasionally now.

Overall, this place has improved a LOT with the new owners. Quality of food has improved and cleanliness is so much better!

Only small food issue - I find the sauce too sweet. My son loves it but I don’t like a sweet sauce on my pizza - this is just my preference though.

My only true complaint is small but bugs me and it’s that staff and their friends sit outside the exterior door on milk crates right beside the door and behind a large concrete pillar. Whenever I walk by, they blow smoke in our faces (accidentally) and they scare my dog who I’m very worried will react poorly one day. It’s illegal to smoke that close to an entrance so they shouldn’t be doing it anyway - but it’s just also really gross and not very neighborly considering the sidewalk is so small and there’s no avoiding all the smoking and people yelling there. Have them move to the numerous benches with ashtrays provided by the mall.

I have ordered pizza from this location multiple times and every time I was pleased to receive great customer service and more importantly quality of the pizza. Wait times and price anre excellent as well and staff have always been pleasant. Highly recommend this pizza place!

It Took 2 hours to get here and the driver guy did not have change not the best service but pretty good food but not worth 2 hours

I cannot even rate the food, as the ordering process online made me give up completely. It is absolutely ridiculous that you need to create a profile to order food. It is even more ridiculous that when you try and create one, it doesn't save the info properly. The fact that you can't just check out as a "guest" is sheer stupidity. And after reading some of the other reviews, I'm glad I didn't order.

I have been to this location 2,3 times but this it was just ridiculous. I ordered a large one topping pizza with red onions but it was so tasteless it reeled like eating pizza crust with the raw taste of tomato purée and cheese so altogether no taste at all. Their location just opposite to Fanshawe college is much more exceptional than this one.

Asked employee about tips and they responded if it's debit the owner keeps the tips but cash goes to employees. Basically owner is cheating his minimum wage staff.

Save your time and money and order somewhere else. Unless you like cold pizza, waiting an hour and half for your order, and like terrible customer service. Go some where else.

Really bad, customer service. Order was late by over an hour. Food arrived cold. No compensation or refund given. Wouldn’t order here again.

Terrible customer service. Our order took 1.5 hrs to get delivered to us and was super late and food arrived cold. Called for compensation and to explain the situation. Lady was rude, and said there was nothing that could be done. Argued that it was actually on time by the word of her driver, even though I had an email confirmation and credit transaction as proof of when the order was place and when it was paid for. They blamed the driver and disassociated them saying the driver isn't part of their company. Since it was the driver's fault it's not their responsibility. I asked for the manager's/owner's contact info and was told they don't have a contact method to reach them, even though they told me they just spoke to the manager and he was the one that said nothing could be done. If I could give 0 stars I would. I recommended ordering from somewhere else.

Garbage customer service. Pizza was late and cold upon arrival. Called for compensation and was told there was nothing they could do. They said it was the drivers fault and argued that the order was on time and not late. All here say from the driver even though I have an email confirmation and receipt of the transaction. Wouldn’t order from here again, don’t waste your time or money here. Take a look at all the bad reviews on here. You’ll see a trend. Would give 0 stars if I could

FYI that if you buy pizza from the Gino's Pizza in the Cherry Hill Mall, tips you give through the debit/credit machine go STRAIGHT TO THE OWNER, NOT THE STAFF!

We tried these pizzas at a friends house a few days ago, we loved it. In fact our kids loved it. Last night I went to get a pizza for my kids. I don't know what happened, the experience was down 60%. I chose to pay for extra cheese that I didn't see on the pizza, pepperoni very little. Disappointed

Pizza was so good but I ordered garlic bread and it was not there I called the place and they tried to say that they weren’t going to come back but I pressed them politely.

I waited an hour for the bread to arrive because I paid for it, when I got it it was basically a baguette cut in half with a little bit of butter slightly toasted and cold.

Would definitely recommend the pizza but don’t get side’s.

After 4 years of trying pizzas in my area Gino's is by far the best. I have ordered twice now. The pizza is loaded with toppings and taste very fresh. You can build your own and even order it well done. When ordering double cheese you certainly get double cheese. The pizza came hot. And delivery person polite. The wings are great also and a good price. I will be ordering again as we finally found a decent pizza here!
