What a unique and robust menu for a not so typical pizza shop! Actually, one of the most well rounded and plentiful menus you will find of any food merchant. The pizza rolls are the first I've ever seen such a thing and 200% a sure shot choice!
So I have tried three times in Two years there pizza and it's not good. The dough is weird and is bland. There dough ruins the pizza. The ingredients are okay.but not worth buying.
Ordered via Uber, supposed to arrive at 7: 10, arrived 8: 15pm. Had to call to get an order update. On top of being an hour late, pizza arrived with incorrect toppings (asked for half plain half with toppings) Called a second time to complain about the order being incorrect, was offered a medium pizza in exchange even though we ordered a Gino’s giant… very unhappy with the customer service. Insisted on receiving the correct order as placed and paid for (50$+) and was told we had to exchange the incorrect pizza. Zero apology and zero offer to rectify the issue properly. I would not order again.
Ordered a pizza from here for dinner tonight, and what can I say is PIZZA was DELICIOUS! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will be ordering from here again!
The lady that took my order was nothing but unprofessional and at the end after taking my order she said “K, Bye” and slammed the phone down NEVER ordering from them again!
Here is a restaurant that treats their clients like family. I’ve ordered several times and their food and service has always been great. Their pizzas, calzones and pastas are delicious, plenty and homely. Highly recommend this wonderful local restaurant.
They don’t honour their pricing or offers on their website. They advertise prices include taxes and delivery and when I called to order, they told me the pizza was a dollar more and there would be a $3 delivery fee.
When I told them what their website says, they say “we don’t go by that”. Then why is the pricing on the site when it’s not the price they charge?
DONYOU WANT OLD WITH NO INGREDIANTS? THIS IS THE PLACE. Went in the garbage. $11for 2 slices of paper thin crust, the thinnest ingredients I've ever seen and served cold in a box. Health board, and food safety issues foresure.
Food is decent, but the place was not very clean when I went in, there was a dead fly in the parmesan container. Not all the staff were masked even before the restrictions were lifted. They are always friendly and the food was good, but I couldn't keep going.
I haven’t even tried their pizza. I called earlier to ask about allergens and the guy on the phone couldn’t have made it more apparent that not only did he not know what I was talking about, but that I inconvenienced him by asking. About an hour later, I tried to call back again, this time to actually place an order; the guy answered the phone, I said “hello” and he hung up on me. If the pizza itself was the best in the city, it wouldn’t matter in the slightest with service as disgraceful as this. When someone tries to support your business, the bare minimum that you can provide said customer is courtesy.
Doe is as thin as a cracker, sauce is a non existant watery paste, and the cheese is razer thin and always all burnt. Take a note from your other locations that carry the same name, Gino's Amherstview and Harrowsmith do it right.
After an hour and a half I finally cancelled my delivery as Gino’s still had not accepted my order, on Christmas Eve non the less. - 1 star for horrible customer service
We recently ordered a pizza for dinner and were extremely disappointed. The crust was flat and there was no rise in any of it and it tasted like cardboard. The tomato sauce was non existant, but the cheese and the rest of the topppings were fine and made the pizza edible.
On a positive note when we picked up the pizza the staff were super friendly.
They are donating to the "freedom truckers" rally, and getting comments from the anti vax/anti mask facebook group like " I have been going there for a while and have never worn a mask. Never been asked either. ". So they have lost my business permanently
