Gino's Pizza Brantford

The only decent thing to get from there are the big deal slices. 5.50 for 2 slices, pop and dip. I got a medium 3 topping walk in special last night, with 2 pops and 2 dips, came to $20, the pizza wasn't even fully cooked. Very little crust. Mostly dough and toppings. No wonder why my pizza felt kind of heavy. Caught between wether to go back or not after this disappointment. Such a waste.

Terrible pizza, and worst customer service ever. Filthy store that was just shut down by the public health inspector on August 22 2022. What a s@$t hole!

Maybe have your drivers A couple packs of dipping sauce of each you asked if I wanted dipping sauce I said yes 2 of them and u show up with none

I usually like this place, despite the extremely unhygienic practices. I especially liked their poutine, but this time the treatment myself and my partner received was horrible, and so was the food. It was cold, tasted bad, and just entirely ruined my appetite.

We were the first people in the building but the last to receive our single item order, even after another individual, who arrived after us, received several pizzas. We waited close to 20 minutes in the extremely unclean, hot, cramped, seating-less space for our single poutine. One would think they would fill orders as they come in; but being the only white people in the building and receiving our order last, despite ordering first, and receiving the food in the horrible state it was in, I now believe that this place is very racially biased; and I really don't like having to say that.

I witnessed the individuals handling the food directly with un-gloved hands, (while also handling a cellphone the whole time), unclean and clearly very old tools (which were dropped on the very unclean floor), and there were insects everywhere; including all over their display pizzas.

I've had poor experiences with this establishment before, receiving undercooked pizza crust and rude treatment from the staff but today is definitely the last time I will be visiting. The food this time around was so inedible that I consider it a total waste of my money and wait time.

I absolutely do NOT recommend purchasing any food from here, if you care about your health. With the state the inside of the building is in I have no idea how they are permitted to be serving food. Its actually gross.

Was charged $90 for two squares after ordering over the phone while reading off online and ordering the $28 squares.
After calling to find out what happened and why it was so much we were hung up on. And when i called back I was told I wasn’t hung up on and in fact this is what I ordered. When it wasn’t.
Don’t order from there unless you want to be ripped right off

If I could give a 0 I would. We've ordered from here quite a few times. I thought we found our favourite pizza place in Brantford. While being pregnant and having a late night craving we ordered some pizza. After already eating a slice I took another and as I went to bite into it there was a DEAD BUG half baked INTO the cheese. I was mortified, I threw up and threw out the entire pizza. I contacted head office and never heard a word back! Paid well over $30 to get a dead bug cooked into my pizza. I will never order from here again. To think I'm pregnant and had this in my food is dangerous and disgusting.

Yay used to have a bad review for the one on brant ave but new management has taken over and now you can expect great pizza always at the same price the new management place is great again now

Not sire how something can be burned and raw at the same time. Deep fried pickles totally disgusting

Third time going there. Never offer you the dip the comes with, always have to ask. 2/3 times the slices have been cold. They put the slice in the over for legit a second. They rush you out and don’t make you feel valued.

I’ve ordered from here countless times and they continue to make mistakes and mess up my order. I ordered chicken wings and the lady on the phone told me the price. Then when the delivery person came they told me a completely different price then what she told me and tried to charge me an absurd amount of money for my wings. When we called to inquire about this, she pretended that she didn’t know and just “made a mistake” in charging me so much money, she didn’t even apologize. We were told we would get our money owed on a voucher to use for another order but they never called back. We’ve given so many chances to this location, but we will not be ordering anymore. Terrible customer service.

Its a small little pizza place. The Pizza’s are not bad but i have noticed that the employees dont wear a hair net.

They also recently increased the price on most pizza’s but that’s understandable with the rising cost but considering chicken as 2 toppings is something that put me off.

Overall, a decent pizza place for ur pizza needs.

Lousy pizza and do not give you an option to put sauce on the side I had a better pizza than thar

I ordered last night and the Pizza had no crust and was thinner than my fingernail the Pizza was a mess I wouldn’t even Call it Pizza it looked like soup I do not recommend

My pizza was raw, I took two bites out of a slice before I realized what was wrong. I knew something was off. Those two bites how now given me food poisoning. I was refunded through skip the dishes.

Use to go here all the time, I enjoy their pizza. After tonight, I doubt I will again.

Prices are too high for the quality to be a hit or miss 50% of the time. I live around the block and I used to prefer this pizza spot over others. Be sure to call ahead of time and order, as they only allow 2 people near the entrance at a time. However, this does not apply to the delivery drivers or employees on break.

Took over 2 hours to get my pizza. Originally ordered for delivery but had to come pick it up myself and found it was burnt from reheating. Had to sit outside until a fresh one was made. They gave me a $10 discount as a balm for the ulcer they gave me, I was starving by the end!

Been ordering for past year often. And like there food but had one too many mistakes and messups, within the last 4 times I've ordered 3 have been messed up. Then too make better they say they will give free replacement next time we order. Doesn't help now, and definitely no more chances left. Pizza Hutt it is. Cost more but never had any issues before.

DO NOT GO HERE! Nobody inside wears a mask, and with the way things are right now, it's terrible practice. There is no screen between you and the workers, it's all just open.

Today was my first time ordering but also my last one. I found this [see picture] inside of my pizza. Whatever this is, I am glad I didn't swallow it.

Giving this place 1 star is being overly generous. I ordered a medium pizza and had specifically asked for it to be baked well done.well it came soggy and disgusting. My salad was wet (the lettuce) so i had to toss that out, since it wasn't edible.and the fries were soggy, as well. Why are you selling mediocre quality to paying customers? This is unacceptable. I had to trash my entire order because of the disgusting state of the food. I deserve a refund.

Worst customer service! Said pizza will be ready in 25 min, after 30 min pizza still not in the owen.
