Was one of my best Pizza experiences since covid! Delicious! Hot! My unusual order was correct (thin, well done), and this is rare to find

Wide range of varieties including tandoori chicken n paneer pizza. Gino's pizza is always loaded with veggies and meat, they never compromise on taste or quality of meat and veggies. Best pizza in town. Excellent customer service

Totally taste less, garlic bread with no taste of garlic.will never waste my hard earned money again

Delicious food with many options to choose from. I got the tandoori chicken and tandoori paneer pizza with popper rolls. Really liked the fresh ginger garlic and their tandoori marination. Customer service was exceptional as well, will definitely come back to try other options.

Best pizza to get and amazing that they have halal toppings i always get grilled chicken and green peppers with garlic drizzle and it’s always fresh and delicious

I have visited this place twice, and both times I found the girl with nose pin rude. She didn't said anything wrong, but the way of talk was not appealing and felt rude to me. This is not the way customer service looks like.
This comment does not have to deal with food service. Food is very good.

We really love ordering pizza from this location! The staff are always welcoming and polite whenever I place an order. Our pizza is made to perfection and always on time.

This place has changed a lot (in a good way) since I last bought a pizza from them. Seems like they have new management as there were major improvements in quality and quantity.
I had a pineapple and tandoori pizza, both tasted great.

BTW the crust was amazing.

Pizza is good but asked for a dipping sauce and gave me a local packaged dipping sauce instead. When asked to give me a gino's dipping sauce I was told this is what they had. I guess there is a change in ownership!

We ordered an extra cheese pizza from this location today and were disappointed to find barely any cheese on our pizza. The pizza tasted ok. Not cut properly and very chewy. Won’t be returning.

I was a bit hesitant to go after seeing poor reviews but was pleasantly surprised by a nice worker and a good pizza (wasn’t as thin as reviews say)

i would only say for the workers to wear masks properly as they are handling food in a pandemic

Recently this location has become under new management, long story short I now see a reduction in toppings used on pizzas, non Gino dipping sauces given without informing the customer (fyi they are tasty's dips and taste terrible with pizza) and generic white box for my pizza (not Gino box) 2 of these items could be supply chain issues but the toppings reduction and $1 increase for pizza is just unfortunate. Inform your clients when there is not the appropriate sauce we are accustomed to, I bet your franchise would be interested to know why the different dips and white boxes.

Wanna get harassed by "Customer Service" representatives about a 10% discount that you put on your order? Place an order at this location. Wanna be chased by callers for 20 minutes telling you they cannot cancel your order because you've had enough of their nonsense? Order from this location. Otherwise, avoid AT ALL COSTS. Disorganized and borderline sociopathic with their practice of calling to ask "where did you get this coupon from? " Directly from their website. Frankly, I will never order Gino's again after this experience. Horrendous all around, do not waste your time.

As a student at milton district is often went ginos for cheap, quick and good pizza. Since the start of the year prices have increased, pizza quality has been getting worse and the wait time has trippled In time most likely because of the new management

Been a customer for alomst 3 yrs. The service and taste has really gone bad since the old management left. I ordered something and the quality was extremely poor. When I went back to show them and complained, the manager was arrogant and denied. Very disappointing since I have been a long time customer of Gino's Pizza in Santa Maria Blvd.

Had the worst pizza ordering experience of my life from this location, avoid at all costs! Made an order online with a coupon code provided via email. Received 4 phone calls asking us where we got the coupon code before processing our order. Then we were told they didn’t have one of the toppings we ordered. We said we’d like to cancel because of the 20 minute game of phone tag interrogating us about our coupon code (from the Gino’s website). We were then told we couldn’t cancel our order unless we called the service center ourselves. A ridiculous experience; this location is a tarnish on the Gino’s pizza name.

I personally order from this location on a regular basis. They never seem to disappiont, always great service, aslo great quality pizza's for very good deals! Very happy with their service and friendly staff!

Ordered a chicken shawarma pizza from this location and it was DELICIOUS! Definitely would recommend this place!

Love this ginos pizza! They always have slices I never have to wait. Love the deep fryer they have and my slices combos are always a even 5 dollars never have to worry about tax. Everyone who works there is always super friendly and nice.

They don’t have manner to serve very bad experience and she don’t know how to talk with customer. I personally recommend don’t waste your money in that store.

No hygiene, they don’t wear head nets. When I ordered my pizza it had a huge strand of hair in it. Next time I’ll prefer never to order from here.

I've been going to this location for a while now and every-time, delivery or pick- up, my order is perfect. This location always has something new to try. The staff is friendly, always smiling. Store is sparkly clean at all times, it pretty impressive compared to other stores.

We ordered pizza today and said same order as of yesterday. But sent only one dippings. When we contacted the store, lady did not how to talk. I will never buy pizza from this store.

Service and food are great! I used to go to Main Street location but this one does it better I find! Not to say don’t go to Main Street but this one is my favourite now! Keep up the good work and thank you for the Shawarma sample, getting that as a pizza today!

Food is always Amazing, definitely a regular spot for me, kind and friendly staff, prices are very reasonable and affordable with great quality service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone hungry or not.

I love this Gino’s location. I’ve been a regular customer for a while now and I’ve never seen a pizza store so clean. The staff is vary friendly and the cashier always has a smile on her face! Today I tried their new Shawarma Chicken Pizza. AMAZING!

I vote this Best Pizza in Milton! The crust, amazing - Soft yet crunchy! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The toppings are delicious and they are generous. You can taste the LOVE in every pizza. I gotta hide my eyes from the desserts and cheesy bread sticks haha! The place is always clean and you can see the staff are vigilant in ensuring cleanliness. This is now my go to spot!

Derry and Santa Maria. The franchise owners have your best interest at heart. Great people. Awesome care and detail to service. And of course. Excellent pizzas
