Gladiator Burger & Steak

I was looking for places to have dinner close by and stumbled upon this burger place, and boy, the best choice we made tonight. Probably THE best burgers we have ever had. If you are in the Toronto area it’s a must go for their food. We had the mushroom veggie burger and my lady grilled chicken tender burger - just looking at the photos speaks for itself. The burgers were so large, juicy, fresh, and sizzling with fresh flavors. Hats off to the wonderful chefs and staff to make this experience memorable. A Must go, I can guarantee that you won’t regret it!

It would have gotten 5 stars, but my burger was so big and messy it fell apart and I had to eat it with a fork

Gladiator Burger! Absolutely the best burger chain in town. Been to their various outlets and the quality of food and service is consistently superb. Can't get enough of them

SERVICE: the staff were polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Wait time for our meal was fairly quick.

MENU: Incredible selection of burgers, chicken and steak sandwiches. Variety of fries and poutine.

FOOD QUALITY: the burger meat was excellent. Lean yet juicy. No grizzle. The French fries were fresh, hot and had that fresh cut taste and feel. Quality of the meat was extremely impressive.
Real mushrooms, pickles, lettuce and tomorrow’s were all excellent quality and fresh.

PRICING: the average burger was $10 and up to around $13…. Which is excellent compared to large fast food chains using much less quality products.

WASHROOMS: very clean!

This was one of the best, if not the best, burgers I’ve ever had. The freshness, taste, combination, and quality was too notch. Big fan here! The whole family loved their meal! 5+

I misordered between different locations and they had worked with me to correct my mistake, loved the customer service. Their fries portions are always huge and not to mention burgers are stellar!

Always in love with the burgers so far tried Entertain Me, My lady, Revolution and chicken shield.best location according to me is dixie one.

I have ordered burgers from here before and they are great. Recently, as I was getting a larger order for the office, I received a phone call from the staff saying that if I left a positive review, I could get one burger combo for free. So I did that. Once I picked up the order and drove back to the office, I realized the free burger was missing. I called back the location and to tell them they forgot to include the extra combo. The girl on the phone said that they were only offering free fries and pop for the positive review, which is not what was originally said. She blatantly lied to me on the phone trying to gaslight me. I'm updating my review accordingly, don't lie to your customers if you aren't going to do what you said you would, simple.

Had the cheeseburger and fries combo. Good flavours, crunchy edges and juicy middle. Good bun. Best eaten ASAP in house as steaming in the wrapper would probably loose the crunch. Fries are tasty, had to add salt but can appreciate leaving it up to me too decide how much to add. Nice time I’ll have to try something more than the basic cheeseburger and try their poutine and steak sandwiches.

There burgers are absolutely delicious and are very filling. Not to mention the staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We got the César Burger and Victorious Burger Combos, which came with Fries and a Can of Pop. The César came with Sauteed Mushrooms, Fried Egg, Garlic Aioli and Cheddar Cheese. The Egg was oozing out as you bit into it, and the Garlic Aioli was absolute perfection! The Victorious Burger came with Cheddar Cheese, Crusted Jalapeno Stuffed with Mozzarella Cheese, Guacamole, and Salsa. This burger was THICK, and the Stuffed Jalapeno was crispy, it packed heat and cheesiness, which was absolutely wonderful with the juicy patties!

I ordered a lettuce bun burger from here. The food was cold, didn't taste very good and wasn't wrapped in the lettuce as you see in the picture!

The burgers and fries did not meet the expectations for the amount of hype the internet give this place.

Great selection of burgers. Tried the “True Emperor” pretty much the best of everything in one. Tasty and filling.

Overpriced for what you get, but sadly pricing like this is the new normal as restaurants struggle to survive. Otherwise the food was pretty good. If I ever start earning six figures, I'd swing by again.

Really good food! My boyfriend and I decided to give this place a try with their enticing opening special and boy did they get us hooked! We tried their Commander & Chicken Shield on lettuce wraps (super messy to eat without buns, presentation wise could also use some work too). We were really surprised at how big their burgers are! My bf enjoyed the beef but I enjoyed their chicken (something in the way they season the tenders tastes so good! Lol).

We returned 2 other times to try their other menu items. Their sweet potato fries was the crispiest sweet potato fries I've ever gotten - pretty good imo since I love crispness in foods; my bf on the other hand doesn't so he didn't enjoy it as much. Their César burger was extremely oily for some reason but was still good.

I gotta say, my favourite burger so far is their True Emperor - highly recommend.
Each visit was a fast and friendly experience; great customer service. Definitely will be coming back for more!
