Food was excellent, however food was slow to come out. The servers are top notch though. Very kind and accommodating.

Grilled chicken goat cheese sandwich is amazing. Fries are crispy, staff is friendly and place is clean! Must checkout for anyone

Lads and I stop here after hockey on fridays. Great atmosphere, servers are awesome always a great time!

If a weekend neighbourhood bar is a vibe you need, then check this place out. It can be loud or quiet. If you subscribe to the MMA scene, then check this place out. A cool sport bar game area as the lower level. Conventional bar grub. Beer has never been flat, stale or warm, so they are keeping up industry standards. Servers are friendly and accommodating. Good idea on the rebrand. Owners are good people too.

Terrible experience trying to order food for pickup. The job they've done making themselves completely unreachable and making any effort to order food from them impossible is honestly impressive. They offer 'online ordering' on their website, but it doesn't work. They have a phone number. When you call that phone number, no one answers. You could call them a thousand times and they wouldn't care. Their ability to alienate customers is practically unparalleled and akin only to the garbage service provided by the Boston Pizza at Princess and Barrie. I hope that Gladstone's shares its fate and that of the Don Cherry's which formerly graced the same fetid land.

In town for the weekend. Amber was my server and I thought she did an excellent job. I ordered nachos and the portion was huge and filled with toppings. I recommend this place if your in town and looking for a great place to relax and enjoy a great meal.

The food was actually pretty decent, service was bad enough to merit a 1 star. Absolutely terrible.

Ordered from Door Dash. They got my order completely wrong. 2/3 things I ordered (including my main dish were missing). When I called them letting them know of the issue, the manager took my order and said they would deliver it to my house. I never got the order. No one ever showed with the delivery.

Horrible service. When people are trying to support small businesses during times like these and service like this is received, it is very disheartening. Will never be returning or ordering from them again.

Went there on a Thursday night with barely anyone there, still took half an hour to get served. Food was terrible and probably cooked in a microwave. Then when the manager asked how it was and I told her the truth, all she had were excuses and attitude. No apology or anything.

Went 3 times while I was there for the Brier. Club sandwich was very good. Smoked meat sandwich was stacked. Good selection of different beers.

Clean decent sports bar. Nice clean-cut clientele upstairs and friendly staff. Food wasn't bad at all for upper scale pub food. Okay beer selection, need more hoppy choices.

Downstairs is more like a bar in Mos Eisley Spaceport but that's okay too if you are into light sabre fights with strangers because you looked at someone (or didn't) and have a problem with their appearance (or don't).

All in all a great night out.

Came here for a hypothesis show. Great show. Doesn't get much food. Just spinach dip. It was ok. They add something to it, like onion or something that I didn't like. But other than that it was good. It was busy because of the show, so the waitress wasn't as attentive but she was very friendly.

Probably my number 1 go to.but pleaasseee get moosehead on tap! Or in bottles! But preferably on tap. Don is the most "pro Canada" human I've ever seen, but theres no moosehead here?

The staff are nice, the decor is crisp looking and clean. My friend only got a large beer so I can't say much about prices but I found that item pricey personally!

What.a. Place. Waitress forgot some of the food we ordered, and didn't ask us if we wanted another drink for 25 minutes. One of us cancelled our food order after she forgot about it. After 35 minutes we reminded her and asked to cancel it as we were now planning to leave. She said it was already on the bill. I had to argue to remove something that hadn't been cooked or delivered.

2nd attempt here, both brutal experiences. Kingston has the most restaurants per capita in Canada, so this not going to be another stop for us.

Firstly this place was great! Our food was delicious and staff was friendly and attentive. Would just like to respond to Jason Willis below who we had to deal with first hand as well.

We were a table dining at Don Cherry's right beside his. The waitress was very friendly and was frequently at the table. Jason Willis' table came into the establishment very loud, obnoxious and clearly intoxicated. They were being demanding and loud several tables noticed it was very disruptive. We also noticed the owner or manager who seemed very friendly came over to smooth things over

A guy at the table several times loudly announced that he was the sales manager at Honda. Imagine someone treating him at Honda the way he did to that waitress and staff. Absolutely ridiculous.

Again a case of a bad review because some drunk idiot didn't get what he wanted.

The food and atmosphere is really nice, good place to pay pool and have a drink. (pools on the lower level) Although it's unfortunate the last 2 times me and my partner have went with a gift card they could not take it because they were still switching over systems. I'd hope it's all working now.

Slow service, waited nearly an hour for our food as did the table next to us. Nachos, tater-tots and salad do not take an hour to prepare. Only 2 people working in the kitchen was the reason we were told. Our server was friendly/apologetic but only so much she can do. Value for dollar, Nachos 14.99 +5.99 for steak on them and 1.99 for a small amount of Guacamole =24.00$ plus tax.you decide.

Had Watermelon Sangria shared with wife $23 good deal and Friday Happy Hour special. Fish fry was double Haddock nicely prepared with malt vinegar and fresh cut fries on Special. Would Recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. We had a large group reservation and they were completely unprepared for us. We waited over 2 hours for our food. When we addressed it with the owner it was an even more unpleasant experience as she had only excuses and no apologies or attempts to make it right for our group. It ended with the the owner personally insulting one of the adults in our group before she stormed off and was not to be seen again. She left her servers (who were much more pleasant) to deal with her mess. Customer service in this industry should be #1 and this place failed miserably.

Beer and wings are great and they opened the downstairs bar for pool for me and my buddy when it was closed so great staff

Just like any other pub the food is similar, but great! I love how big it is ans the service is good - perfect for sports events! We watxhed a few of the world cup games here and it was perfect.

If you want a wannabe Jack Astor this is the place to go. Over cooked breaded fish with a basic blah beer choice. Tons of TVs and few customers.

Wait staff were very friendly and helpful. Food.well I ordered the smoked meat sandwich and for $14 I expected a lot more than the tiny sandwich I received. However, it tasted good and the side salad was decent. I was quite shocked that although Don Cherry himself is a huge supporter of the Canadian military, his restaurant chain offers no military discount! Competitors like Boston Pizza offer 15% off to military!

We have been here for a few comedy shows, it is a great venue for comedy!
