I’m going to Paris & thought I’d get a shellac pedicure so that it can last the entire trip. 2 days later and it’s already chipping. The girl who did my pedicure (Hannah) didn’t cap off the top of my nails which is a must for any pedicure to seal the polish and that’s why it’s already started to chip. Even when I get a regular pedicure my polish lasts several weeks without chipping. This is so disappointing, I won’t even have time to fix this before I leave. What a waste of money!

Amazing experience today. First time at the salon and I walked in without an appointment. Was told I would need to wait 20 minutes but it ended up being only 10. While I waited, I checked out the nail colour samples—I like how they are organized by brand of product. Kim is kind, friendly and professional. Place is modern, clean and welcoming. My nails look great! I would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to go back. And I’ll certainly make an appointment next time!

She was very kind and made the experience relaxing. I arrived early for my appointment and was taken early as well. I will be returning in the future!

Chronic nail biter so went for the bio gel nails and I am sooo happy with how they turned out! Hannah was amazing with helping me choose nail shape/length/colour. Her attention to detail is insane. She literally said "I just want this to be perfect" and they were! Would definitely recommend. I've also had pedicures from Glamourous and they have lasted for weeks with no chipping

I had the absolute BEST experience today at glamorous! I wish I asked the name of the technician who worked on my shellac nails today because she was so fantastic and I need to go back and have her do my nails again next time. I came in with a broken thumb nail and she glued and powder dipped that baby perfectly so I didn’t have to lose any length. The place is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

As cute as my nails are, I will not be going back and I would not recommend this place to anybody. After confirming the price before she started my nails, she then charged me an extra $5 just for the shape (which she did not disclose when I confirmed the price with her). I then was informed that they do not take debit and ultimately the service was very bad and I will never be going back

Honestly this salon was just beautiful I have not been to in a very long time but walking into the salon was so worth it, Tammy who was absolutely amazing the conversation was endless and she is just a beautifulsoul, I had my nails done and she did amazing job, I would recommend this salon to everybody that I know It was a clean shop when I walked in everybody smiled said hello, friendly people and that's what you look for when you go into any business, Thank you Tammy for doing such an amazing job on my nails I appreciate your work and your creativity Keep up the great job!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I cannot believe they hired people that don’t know how to even remove shellac! I have never ever in my life written a review on anything except this to go out of my way to write this means how mad and angry I was. I was left to remove shellac and she couldn’t remove it! My nails were sharp and aren’t filed properly and are bumpy everywhere and wanted me to pay $26! Helll no, I paid for removing only! Never will I enter here.

I go to Linda or lily for anything nail related. Vy and Monica also do great work.

I go to Van for hair. She does excellent balayage work at very reasonable prices.

I have gone to this salon a total of three times.the first two were right before covid hit February of 2020. There work wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t nearly as bad as it was today. The staff are very friendly and welcoming but the lady who did my acrylics if I’m correct her name is Vy was taking her time in the process of shaping but as soon as she started with the actual acrylic powder is when it went down hill. Big clumps, uneven spots, the apex of the nail is different, underneath the nails look disgusting, etc. I was being understanding though because hey were all humans and not perfect. Anyway, then came time to start the polish (I had picked a French manicure) started out great until it wasn’t. She got very carried away when using the actual nail polish brush instead of the thin line design brush. She was very rushed at this point not to mention I had been sitting in this salon for a good hour already. She had finished and let the air dryer on my nails for about ten minutes and keep in mind they were not dry at this point but after ten minutes she sprayed a red bottle of nail enymal on my nails.big mistake it spread the nail polish on my left hand around causing air bubbles. I left and came back five minutes later asking for a fix they agreed however did literally nothing. Good thing I know quite a lot about nails and can probably fix her mess on my own but I’m the future not giving these guys money again. It really does suck bc the place is gorgeous, the interior and exterior, along with the staff are so friendly however, there techniques, job performance are really bad,

Best salon I've been to in Hamilton. Make sure you make an appointment, they book quick. Also very clean, very nice. Reasonable price.

My first visit here was very pleasant and relaxing. Just what my best friend and i were looking for. It's very clean and appealing to be in. I've had bad luck with salons, and always end up disappointed and not happy with the service. Glamorous nails & beauty salon has everything you need for a pampering day, the ladies are very nice, licensed and make sure you are happy, which I was VERY HAPPY I love this place and plan to go back for all of the services they offer.

Got a manicure here for Christmas.the nail polish started chipped the same day. The next day one of my nails fell off.when I called they said it's $5 per to fix each nail. Why would I pay to repair bad quality, I don't recommend

I paid $40 for my nails. They started chipping that same night! They they broke off 2 days later! Not worth the price. When I called and ask for them to fix then, they said they'd charge $5 per nail. They looked nice at first, then the poor quality started showing. I refuse to pay for poor quality

Very disappointed/upset, my daughter and I were looking forward to our nails done for the first time since Christmas lockdown so we made a trip to the city (1 hr away). Very beautiful interior and friendly staff just not at all happy with product. What I ended up with was poorly executed french manicure/crooked/uneven. Even the paint job was not at all what i had expected. I asked the manager? When paying for both mine/daughters a couple questions and expressed my unhappiness, she offered to fix them, I originally said no that i would wait and get them redone but when she saw me filing them in my purse, called me over. Her fix just made it worse, by the end of it i just wanted to leave we’d been there over 2 hrs for just a set of acrylics. It was over $100, and currently I am trying to file the rough spots and repaint them myself. At least my daughter was happy with hers, though she kept apologizing on the ride home for picking it after i got a little teary over the situation.

Fantastic salon! All employees do a fantastic job and you can guarantee to have great nails no matter who you have an appointment with. Very clean and great at responding to phone and social media inquiries:)

I’ve been getting my shellac nails done here for a few years now, which always last me 3-4 weeks! I normally go to Kim but when she’s busy I have been to the other girls in there — they were all good to me. Love their level of professionalism while still being casual and comfortable. Would def recommend!

I’ve been coming to Glamorous for a bit under a year now, and Linda has been doing my nails. She’s extremely talented, friendly, and professional. Every set she’s done for me has been amazing!

I absolutely love this salon! I've had bad experiences with other nail salons before and I'm so glad I finally found one I can trust. The first few times I went I got Monica and now I just always book with her, she's amazingly talented! She checks the nails several times to make sure they're absolutely perfect and I never leave without feeling great about my nails. Monica is also super patient, talkative, and helps me out with my designs while putting her own lil creative twist on them! My sister has come here before and had other technicians and she's always satisfied too. Would definitely recommend this salon, you're missing out if you don't at least try it out!

Use to love this place. But the last 2 times have been just not good. Wet nails. Uneven nails And over priced. Will not be going back

Enjoyed my pedicure. The ladies were polite and professional. Loved the decor and the massage chairs. I wish the ladies would have checked in with me while my feet were drying, instead of me having to ask if my feet were done drying. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this salon!

I love this place and so does my daughter! Every once in awhile we treat ourselves to a special day and She goes in for her mani/pedi and I go get Acrylics done! I've never been unsatisfied with the work they do. My nails always look so great when I leave. This is the only place I go and I'll always continue to go here! Highly recommended these ladies!

Moving here from BC, I’m usually very picky with my hair. Before I found this salon, I would plan my visit out West and get my hair cut there. Van is super talented at what she does. She has amazing knowledge of colors for my virgin black hair and is my fav hairstylist for cuts because not too many people out here know how to work with super straight Asian hair. The salon environment is very clean, modern and makes me feel right at home! Will be back here to get my nails done:)

I went there for the first time to have my nails done for New year's. Loved my experience. Staff was very friendly and my new acrylic nails are so awesome. I found the location to have a lovely atmosphere.

Waxed a family members eyebrows, left a huge blister and gave refund.

I absolutely love this nail salon I've been coming to it for almost 2 years now or just about 2 years now the services that I have received from them are amazing I've done acrylic nails I've done SNS nails shellac nails shellac pedicure and eyelash extensions the one I mostly go to is Monica she makes all of the services amazing especially the eyelash extensions sitting in a chair for 2 hours completely bored of your mind she makes it feel comfortable she'll talk to you she'll make sure that you're doing fine and if you need any help you just ask her and she'll help and honestly if it wasn't for her I don't think I could ever get my eyelashes done by another person and for nails I have always given her weird and wacky designs and she is always blowing my mind with how she can do them and she is the one who actually suggested the SNS nails for me and because of my length of my natural nail that day I was supposed to get acrylics and she told me that it would be such a shame to actually put fake nails on my natural now I've never heard that from a nail technician in my life 100% if you were going to go there go to Monica she will make it worth your wild I have also been to Linda she's amazing with Nails and I have also been with her for my classic sets of eyelash extensions she is also very very good at them to definitely this salon is one of the best I've ever been to definitely worth the drive for me being out of town I've never ever had a complaint for them these girls are very professional and we'll actually have a conversation with you and they're very stylish I absolutely love this one and always tell everybody to go to it

Had my toes done a week ago. Lovely pedi, very thorough with getting the dead skin of barefoot summer walking off, and a great little massage as well. Thoroughly enjoyed it! One of the chairs does not massage tho, that was my only downside.

What I like about this place is that they're stylish and stay up to trend! Also It isn't just a shop that's trying to pump money from you, they take their time with you & make sure you're taken care of. Not to mention the work they produce is great! My shellac always lasts 2-3 weeks. 5/5 would recommend.

Love this nail salon. It's one of the best nail salon in town. Miss Kim is very professional and their nail cleaning service is really outstanding, Now my nails looks very beautiful. Definitely will comeback soon!

Girls are young and modern and do pretty good nail work. Should remember not to make clients feel rushed or inconvenient because other clients appointments are coming up. Women usually know there are wait times even with appointments.

I love this nail salon! I have had my nails done at multiple places but this place beats them hands down. Beautiful salon, great service. They offer drinks while you get your mani/pedi done. Vy was absolutely delightful, she was personable and made my experience so relaxing. She noticed that the shellac top coat dried a little bumpy on my nails so she took the time to fix it even before I asked. Prices are reasonable too. Would recommend Glamorous Nails & Beauty to all my friends for sure!

Second time I've booked an appointment with a particular person and when I got there, they gave me a different person without explaining why. Second time this has happened and i was not happy with my service. My heels are rougher than they were before i got my pedi cause my heel was roughened from a course buffer but never smoothed over after. It looks terrible now. I'm gonna look for another place: - (
