I got a full set of shellac manicure by Tina! The staff are friendly and it was great getting to know them. My nails look amazing and it blends in perfectly. I was very comfortable and very satisfied with my results. Come Glamour Nail Lounge if you want to experience top service at a reasonable price!

My first time visiting Glamour Nail Lounge and I actually enjoyed my service. They were busy but the tech didn’t try to rush through my pedicure and I appreciate that. I will be visiting in the future.

This was my first time in Glamour Nail Lounge but the best nail salon I've ever been to. The workplace is very clean and the customer service is excellent. Good price! Overall it was a nice experience.

Favorite place to do my nails. Comfortable chairs for pedicure and Lisa (my only go to nail tech) is awesome. Excellent efficient and quick! Great prices and nice staff! Definitely going back Glamour Nail Lounge!

I love getting my nails done at Glamour Nail Lounge! Associates do excellent work on both medi and pedi. They have done my nails exactly the way I have always asked. They take pride in using eco-friendly and cruelty-free products whenever possible. When I got here early Saturday morning the place was packed but they got to me very quickly

STAY AWAY.i got an infection on my toe from Mango doing my nails. I had to go to the doctor to get cream and antibiotics. All this for a simply pedicure. Not to mention my Finger nails where done horrible. They should be shut down.
The first picture was taken shortly after my Monday Pedicure, and the second is today after a few treatments after seeing the doctor.
I did not come in with any type of ingrown nail at all. I asked the nail tech to stop digging several times as she proceeded to continue. Small tools are not one time use as per the cuticle clippers used.

Amazing I will continue to only use service at Glamour Nail Lounge It is the best acrylics with french tip I have ever done. Always do an excellent job on my nails. The salon offers a variety of payment options, making it convenient for clients to settle their bills. Great customer service and awesome vibes!

Went in with my girlfriend for a pedicure the technician destroyed my feet even after complaining she insisted it was normal after my feet being torn up and have to take the day off Monday from work my girlfriend proceeded to speak with the owner Cathy pretty told her nothing we can do to bad so sad sue us. Do not recommend

I always have a delightfully relaxing experience when I go to Glamor Nail Lounge. The ladies who work here are so nice and do a great job - after every manicure I always get so many compliments! Amy is super talented - especially nail art.

I wish I could give them zero. I would not recommend this nail salon. I just got my pedicure and I am shock that they do not have proper equipment to dry basic pedicures, and they did not warn me in advance. She just told me there is no warranty for basic pedicures. She did not mention that they don’t have the equipment to let the toe nail dry. The staff was also very rude and provided sloppy service.

They had very weak service and customer service. I had toenails shelak (polish) but after 10 days the shelak Detachment, i called theme to fix it, but they refused. I am not satisfied with their quality.

Glamour nail lounge is AMAZING! I literally drive almost an hour away from where I live to come to this wonderful nail salon! The staff is amazing but especially my girl Lisa! She always does my nails and pedicure exactly how I want it and she’s also very friendly and polite! I absolutely love this place.

Online booking is available, cash payment with no tax option, staff knows what they are doing, i re-visit many time. Only complain is the store has a strong chemical smell

Couple employees not available anymore.
Recently had my nail done there, very disappointed. Re-done 2 times but the problem still there.

Problem: color peeled off and top coat winkled.

They lost my business.

Had a very terrible experience here years ago. Decided to give this place another try and yet again it was unpleasant. Had scheduled an appointment with a specific employee. As I walked in she was with another client at my appointment time and completely disregarded me. They gave me to another employee who initially was nice in the beginning but had attitude the entire appointment as I was letting her know what I would have liked done. She then proceeded to become rough when doing my nails. This employee also left a bunch of bubbles and a fluff of hair under the shellac that was done and did nothing about it! Do not recommend!

October 13,2022 - I had a 430pm appointment today with Anna and she was absolutely wonderful. She did my nails to perfection and she’s always very welcoming and friendly and professional! A very nice visit with Anna! Thanks again!

Would leave 0 starts if I could. I used to come here to do both nails and pedicure, went in a few days ago the staff was rude and didn’t follow my instructions. I told her I didn’t want my nails shorter she cut them to the shortest length possible and started shaping them how she wanted when I told her I preferred a different shape she gave me attitude and filed down my skin instead of my nail. And when I would since she would say it’s because my nails are too thin but she wasn’t touching my nail it was my skin she was filing. She also didn’t fulfil 50% of the pedicure service and charged me an absurd amount.

One of the BEST nail salons I’ve been to in years! Customer service was impeccable and my nail tech Ny was literally the best her work is phenomenal! Thank you thank you thank you for my birthday nails! I’ll definitely be back

Worst experience worst customer service. Worst pedicure ever it chipped after a day on both my toes. My nails broke within 6 days. I came back to get them removed I explain how I just got them done but I want them off and they Charged me for the removal. So they took almost 200$ for nails and toes that didn’t last a week. Do not go here they’re cheap and use cheap supplies.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST, you are better off doing your nails by yourself…blindfolded! Kept trying to find a good master to do my nails but every person I went to have failed me miserably. The staff is nice to you at first but as you keep using their services, they become ruder by a minute. They are RUDE, unprofessional, always late, and on top of all the negatives, they are unreasonably too expensive because they charge you for extra services without notifying you about it!

I have gone here for the past 5 years, consistently. Since their grand opening. However how they treated me in the last case was extremely unprofessional. I had gotten a full set elsewhere and went to Glamour Nail Lounge for them to add a chrome layer. They charged me for a colour change. No problem - I was happy to pay it just to receive the chrome.

When they did the chrome layer, I asked for white chrome but they instead added (1) a colour onto my base and (2) used a pink chrome.

When I called the next morning, they were not willing to fix the chrome. Even though I paid the amount of a colour change!

I explained that I’ve been attending this salon for the past 5 years and this is not proper customer service. They maintained - while yelling at me - that THERES NO warranty on fixing my chrome colour. I find it extremely unfair. When I asked for the chrome, I asked for white chrome but they provided me with pink, as well as a pink base. I even showed a photo of what I wanted. I even paid for a colour change.

Regardless, if someone is not happy with a shade less than 12 hours after you do it, you should honour to remedy that. Especially after paying for a colour change. Or come up with a solution to fix it for a lesser fee, even. NOT yell at the customer over the phone.

Also, every single time I’ve gone to this salon, they’ve been fighting with people. Whether on the phone OR in person. Their work product is good but their customer service is absolutely horrible. I never thought it would matter to me, but it did. And I’ve provided this company with numerous Instagram posts as well. Just horrible, horrible customer service.

I went for refills hand manicure, Jessica cut my finger badly then she said I have nail fungus and then removed all of my nails (the day after I had party), I went to the doctor, I didn’t have any nail fungus! I was a regular customer, their prices is higher than other places, I expedite more respect!
But unfortunately seems the management is really bad!

Just two nails had small black spots which I told your technician, these are paint color! I think the major problem was another finger which she cut badly!

I’ve been going here for 4 years and I was 10 min late for my appointment and I did not expect such disrespect. I have been going with trizzie as my nail tech and 90% of the time I like the way my nails are done. However, today I got French tips and I did not like how the tips looked and I asked for another coat. She said she’s gonna charge me extra to fix the places I do not like then gave me attitude about being late. I’ve been late maybe 5 times in the past 4 years. Things happen and she should not be saying things like “you come in late and ask for a manicure and French tips now you want this”. Just because the staff knows how to do nail designs doesn’t mean they should have bad customer service. They have lost my business, this is not the first time I have received attitude from the staff there.

Wish I could show an image oh how horrible my manicure shallac was. Didn't even want to come back the next day to ask for a fix because I knew I would get questionined as to why I need a fix and asking me to pay for the fix. I took off the shellac myself the same day I got them done. I've never been to a salon where there were so many nail technician's working at the same time. Everything felt rushed. A Mani shellac is $30 but because I got two little hearts painted, it was a $40 total. Quality of shellac is poor. Quality of shellac application is poor. Bubbles, uneveness shows on the nail. I booked an online appointment and requested a specific nail tech, which was disregarded. The lady told me if I wanted a specific nail tech I should book an appointment and request her (which I did) It's very hard for such a fast paced business to be looking at the small details when it comes to customer service and quality of work. It was my first time there and my last. Ladies save your $40 and go somewhere that has the health of your nails in mind. Luckily I found a nail salon the next day and they did exactly what I asked for. I wanted to love this place but it was a complete let down. I advise you to call in to make an appointment with specific nail technician's instead of booking online.

Great service! I got there earlier and they took me right away, my appointment was initially booked with Ana but instead I was taken to see Amy, she did an amazing job! She is a real artist! I am very happy with my Nails, thank you Amy and thank you Cathy for your welcoming smile!

I have been to this salon three times, and have been very dissatisfied every single time. It is very close to my house so I wanted to make it work, but I will NEVER spend another dollar here. I’ve tried three different people on three separate occasions doing bio-gel with shellac on my nails, uv with shellac and just shellac. None of them have lasted more than 3 days. This time I did shellac and the picture shows how it looks the NEXT day. I went in to get it fixed and they told me to come back within an hour. I don’t have the time to go to the nail salon three times in one week. Stay away, go to any other salon.

I have gotten my nails now done from them multiple times now and honestly loved the result despite them being a bit more pricey than others. My recent experience with Tony was not good at all. Everyone who looked at my nails after 1 hour itself were like they look old or they look worn out. Like its been only AN HOUR! The glitter fell all off. He also cut my nails shorter than I wanted.like cut it too little once and then when I was like a lil bit smaller he went too small.but anyways the end result of my nail was sooo dissatisfactory. I went in to get it fixed but they had an attitude and when Kathy "fixed" them she wouldn't listen.kept saying that is normal.like I have gotten them done before.but honestly other technicians like Ann or Quinn. Quality and design I can understand like okay it was a mistake both times but the customer service is not acceptable.

I went in for a shellac french manicure and got Tony, he was terrible. He was talking to other staff or looking at clients walking in (while filing or painting nails) and getting distracted/look away from what he was doing and would either miss filing properly or not trim cuticles, I had to keep asking him to fix my nails as he was doing them. I asked for non-square nails, he filed them down to square, then when painting the white part he did it uneven on one nail so I asked him to fix it and then they charged me an extra $3 for that.he was treating my hands like a foot. When putting cream on i noticed my fingers were stinging and when I got home I realized that my cuticles were filed off raw.probably when he was distracted talking to other people.

My favourite set of nails that I’ve ever done in my life! Kylie was very professional and efficient - the travel distance was almost 30 minutes for me but I am so impressed with her work that I’m willing to make them my usual spot:)

I really wish I could rate a negative number! This is actually my first time writing a review for somewhere and I really wish I didn’t have to! BUT I am so that this does not happen to anyone else. I have been to this nail place more than one time. Don’t get me wrong from the outside it looks clean, fancy and professional. But please don’t be fooled! Every single time I came here, my nails chipped up after two days. They say they have a 7 day guarantee policy! Well this time I came in after 9 days because I live all the way in vaughan (yes I thought this nail place was worth the drive!). The so called manager said oh yea we can’t do anything for you it’s been 9 days, and when I explained this isn’t the first time and that I couldn’t come in earlier because I was working! She replied that oh your nails are probably the problem. So please find somewhere that will live up to its appearance and show respect to their customer. Somewhere that valued customer service!

Amy did an amazing job with my nails; she painted them exactly the way I wanted and perfectly added on delicate white snowflakes onto the exact shade I wanted. I highly recommend Amy, she's fantastic and really knows what she's doing.

Went during the summer my nail tech was yin i showed her a picture of what i wanted (all white with a white ombré on the ring finger) she attempted to do it but messed up, wiped it off and said “uhh it looks better clear anyways” after she finished doing my nails i had 4 cuts on my fingers. 1 on both my pinkies, 1 on my middle finger and 1 on my ring finger. The middle finger ended up looking lumpy and the thumbs were shaped weirdly

I requested burgundy swirls and this is what I got cherry red ones after multiple times telling the nail tech that it’s cherry. She doesn’t listen and does what she wanted

Went to get my shellac + design repaired.amazing artistry/work!
Place is a wee bit too busy for my personal comfort (I like lots of personal space, more than the average person)
and I waited almost 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before I was called to begin,
but the artistry was unbeatable, unless you go downtown Toronto.
Very pleased.

Always customer is last at this business. They are so rude and when you complaint to them they start arguing with you. They had 2 different colours which is not what I wanted and when I told the lady she said her time was up. Too crowded ، and no cuticle removed, no towel no cream, a little bit bompy, I'm not sure visit them any way

Their customer service is so extremely unprofessional and rude- not to mention the butchering of my skin.as soon as i got there, they basically forced me to do an overlay which would cost $20-$30 more than what i was originally planning to pay- but they said it'd be better for my nails bc they're long and would hold up nicer- which is fine.the artist and i had several communication issues but none of which compared to the butchering of my skin.i literally had swollen, peeling, dried blood, and butchered skin all around my nails.they were bleeding during the service and the artist could clearly see how tense and uncomfortable i was since he kept telling me to relax.my skin has never looked like this even after getting my nails done several times other places.i genuinely cant even dry my hands with my towel without them hurting.i reached out to the salon and their response was that i already had dry skin or that it might be an allergic reaction. (if it was an allergic reaction i would obviously have a reaction on all my fingers.it was mostly just my right hand where he was filing almost violently lol) when i sent them an image of my nails the morning before my service to show them that the skin around my nails was not at all dry or peeling, they sent back a zoomed in picture of a tiny bit of skin poking out of my thumbnail.im literally in shock.im a generally shy and reserved person and never usually write bad reviews like this but this time was too horrible not to speak up about.the lady next to me at the time of service was also really dissatisfied with her service.i'd recommend anywhere else.

I went there for a Shellac Manicure on Aug 15th 2021 (last Thrsday) They have charged me extra $10 for the Shellac to last longer and it started chipping the next day. I went back to the salon the next day (Sat.morning) talked to 6 different people and they did not want to help me. They were all so rude and asked me to leave and come back another day. Finally they took 3 minutes to fix my nails and made it even worst. Picture is added. 1 Star review is way too much for this place. Never going back.

I look forward to coming here every two weeks or so! I have no complaints! This nail salon never fails to impress me when it comes to service.

I've going to Glamour Nail Lounge for a few years and have been happy with their service. When I booked my appointment online yesterday the website stated regular nail polish service. However when I arrived today I was informed they only do regular polish on toes and are continuing only doing schellac on hands. I was a little disappointed by that so I didn't get any polish on my hands. Most places are offering both so I'm sure why they still won't so regular polish on hands. Unfortunately this may have an impact in whether I go back as I don't like having only one option for my hands. Otherwise I have always been satisfied with the service.

I had a pedicure shellac done that didn't last a week, and cuticles done poorly- means that I will have to get another pedi in 2 weeks time when a proper pedi would last at least a months time. Not happy customer-I addressed this matter and got "shrugged shoulders" from staff

She literally raise her voice as soon as you have a complain about something
Ofcourse staff follows her as their role model and act very unprofessional
I went two weeks ago and i had one nail that gel was broken and instead of fixing it they decided to take a quicker action which they put super glue
I went for a bio gel refill which took Trizzie to do withing 20 minutes
4 days the nail that they applied super glue on broke again and the gels were chipping off from other nails
I called and the staff there gave the phone to kathy and she was so rude and she was saying that she will not fix it for free? Like who asked you to fix it? I called to complain about your poor service what made you think i would come there again?
I went to another salon today to get my nails done and this actually get them done by someone professional
And when she removed the color i find out that couple of my nails got fungus and they were dark green
I freaked out because it wasnt like this when i went to glamour nails two weeks ago
The lady today explained to me that because they didnt apply the gel properly, it didnt stick to my nail and water went inside which caused the fungus as well as using not clean equipments
This clearly explains their poor quality of work and unprofessional people
Would rather drive half an hour but not go to this place again
Will definitely share my experience with people around me and will encourage them to never visit your place

I did mani pedi shellac there few days ago. Colour was not even and fell off in two days. The technician was also unprofessional. She tried to take off my old shellac by peeling instead of using a proper drill. It caused damage to my nail. Never going back again.

This place is not only clean, but they're very friendly. I've been to nail places where I didn't get what I paid for. Stella has been my girl for the last little bit and today is the second time where I gave her a design and she did such a fantastic job. Love coming here and happy to be their customer. Definitely reccomend this place to anyone!

Been here a couple times. Used to love it considering pre-covid, they always had sanitized separate packs of nail tools (filers, clippers, etc.).

Unfortunately, my shellac toes didn’t last very well and noticed there was a few smudged areas on my pedi. I assume the girl I had was new.

Definitely my go to place for Mani and pedi! Their work is phenomenal.and their colour selection is fantastic!
