I would give them a 0 if I could. They make up prices as they go along. Every time it’s a different charge for ridiculous stuff. They charged me 80 dollars for a basic set and French no shellac it’s already chipping. The girl didn’t even do coffin shape and then had zero customer service. Even the guy at the front. They didn’t let me know how much for each service. She tried to have me leave without doing two coats of the polish. The worst salon I have been to they are in it just to rip off people

The staff is welcoming and friendly and I had such an amazing experience! They took their time on my nails and was nice. I've been to Glamour Nails & Spa several times. My nails get a lot of compliments. It is the best acrylics with french tip I have ever done.

I’ve come here a good amount of times and continue coming back. They all do an amazing job! Glamour Nails & Spa can be considered the best in town I look forward to my next appointment. I got a fancier set than normal and the prices are always reasonable.

Edit: This used to be my go to place but as of recently I’ve dreaded going here. They overcharge for even the simplest designs and never tell you how much something is going to cost till it’s time to pay. They also don’t honour appointments anymore and sometimes make you wait up to 30+ minutes. Very disappointed as I used to get my nails done here all the time.

I am blown away by how well this business is run. Natalie cares about her clients. She is amazing at doing nails and gives you advice on how to have the best nails. She takes care of you and makes you feel beautiful! She is the hardest worker I have met and goes above and beyond to make your experience a great one.

Best Nail Tech I have ever had. The overall experience is easy and stress free. I’m not worried that they will file my natural nail down, he takes his time to shape the nails right and he seems to be a perfectionist in making sure my nails are on point!

Nice and neat place, but poor customer service. I had asked for coffin shaped, and medium-length nails, with nail art on one finger on each hand. I had booked my appointment for 11am. Finished at around 2pm. Lady initially doing my nails, forgot to do my nails on my two ring fingers, and moved on to another client.props to Hendry, for trying to save nails. Definetly will not come again.
