Kudos to Jamie and Mike of Glass Canada London. They did high quality work on a big job to replace a 3-piece bay window - took them most of the day. The colour matches the existing wood work perfectly and both the inside and outside show excellent attention to detail. We are delighted!

This was my first transaction with Canada Glass (London). I don't normally post reviews for Customer Service. That, should just happen. However, it's an entirely different thing when it's about how an organization handles "problems". Problems unfortunately occur in all business. Without going into the details, this "problem" begins with a misunderstanding on one side or the other, or both. I had such a situation. At first I was upset but, upon discussing the "problem" with Karl (Service & Installation) and Nev (Sales) their professional, calm approach to solving the problem was amazing. I never once heard "well that's your fault", all I got was "Let's get this solved to your satisfaction". I'm happy to report, it was. My windows will need to be replaced soon. I'll Be Back.

I would just like to say it was a please dealing with David and Jason came in and replaced an industrial hinge great service and work from these 2 guys.

Glass Canada installed balcony screens in our downtown high rise condo building years ago. Due to age and weather the screens on my balcony were deteriorating. I asked Glass Canada for a quote on repairing the screens. They responded right away and sent someone over to assess the situation and prepare a quote. Within a few days I received an affordable quote. The repair was arranged for a day just about a week after I accepted the quote. Dave was on time. He was courteous, skillful, and efficient, completing the repairs in about 2.5 hours. The screens, now built to last, look great. I would highly recommend Dave's quality workmanship along with the team at Glass Canada for their prompt professional service.

Just had a new sliding patio door installed by Glass Canada. Mike and Jamie did the installation and we couldn't be happier with them and the results. They are very patient. They work clean. Discussed the procedure beforehand and went the extra mile to ensure everything went as planned. Therefore a 5 star rating to Glass Canada, Mike and Jamie.

Dave came to fix our patio door and explained what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix them. He was very friendly and we would definitely request Dave for any other window issues.

Andrew advised, measured and installed the film on my very large windows in an efficient, accurate and methodical process. It was a pleasure watching him work. I am very pleased with all the results.

Andrew installed the window film at my house today. He is knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer all my questions. He worked hard and it looks just great! Visit was February 1,2023. This was a last minute visit and they were able to squeeze us in for the day; I believe it was called in the day before the company was very willing to schedule which was excellent service. The service tech gentleman that came out Dave. …. I joked and said he is probably known as “the Dave” was very knowledgable and quick with service. Our back patio door locked did not work and was broken, it has not worked for about a year and a half. Another company came out and said they would order the parts; we never heard back from them. Glass Canada- Dave came checked the lock out, went to his truck found a lock or parts within minutes. The service was exceptional and Dave was very personable, friendly professional, and honestly amazing. Thanks for the excellent service!

We've had the absolute pleasure working with Glass Canada. I was assisting my mom, who is a senior in getting a custom window done and installed. From my first interaction with Karl, coordinating the measurements with Nev, installation with Mike and Jamie to closing off the project - the whole team and the process was phenomenal. Karl kept us informed every step of the way, the work was done beautifully, high quality, ahead of schedule and very quickly. Karl is one of the most polite and organized project managers I've worked with. Mike and Jamie did a superb installation in no time. My extra appreciation is for Karl's consistent consideration of what my mom needed and wanted. Karl ensured that while I was the main point of contact, the end client was my mom and provided extra time for us to work through questions and specific requests. Great service all around, much appreciated and highly recommend!

Great experience from start to finish! Nev came out and measured the windows and was knowledgeable, and able to do a retrofit to keep the existing trim. Karl did the booking with us and was very accommodating, great communication from start to finish and a follow up call after the install to make sure we were happy. I have an 83 yr old Grama and she was nervous about the install, Jamie and Mike the installers were absolute professionals while in her home! They were polite, and very clean, when they were done there was no mess. They did 3 windows in under 3 hours, everything turned out amazing!

Glass Canada is a great company to work with. “Dave” did excellent work repairing some older windows and putting in new weather seal. They also did fogged up glass replacement and installed a new sealed steel door to cellar. Great job.

Couldn't be more thankful for Dave and the crew at Glass Canada here in London. We had a break in early in the morning and the team had Dave here quickly to assess what was needed and was back to have the glass replaced by 2: 00pm. Thank you for the speedy service in a time of need!

We have 4 matching side tables in our great room. We had protective glass tops made for them years ago. Unfortunately one of the glass tops was knocked onto the floor and it broke. I called Glass Canada and they agreed to match the glass top. I took one of the glass tops in for them to use as a pattern as it is not straight forward.it has a scalloped pattern around the edges. Within 24 hours, the new glass table top was made and it matches the table exactly. Very pleased with the service and with the work done. Will definitely recommend them to our friends.

We consulted 4 companies for comparison to replace basement windows. Upon meeting Nev from Glass Canada we immediately felt comfortable. His knowledge and experience was game changing. Nev had options and ideas that no one else mentioned! He measured and was out in under an hour.
Quotes came back and were somewhat comparable but the options and ideas that came from Nev sold us on Glass Canada. The basement windows were installed and we were so impressed that we called them back.
Our 2nd job was for a patio door and upper bedroom windows. Their professional Installers Mike and Steph completed all of this with ease in a short day and you'd never know there was construction here except for our FABULOUS NEW GLASS! Tint was applied to the patio glass and frost applied to the crescent glass on the upper windows and we couldn't be happier with the finish!
